Amazingly understanding customer service. They were very understanding and courteous to let us bring treats from outside because of a special surprise. My friends and I had lots of fun. They have lockers to store your things in, though I’m not sure if it’s pay or not. They also have a bar and grill there as well. My only suggestion is to renovate the bowling lanes and get new balls. They’re kind of overused and lots of bumps and deep scratches on balls and holes of missing flooring in the lanes. The machines also glitch quite a bit. But overall lots of fun. Would go there again since it’s near my house and the service.

Located two flights down to basement,you’ll meet lots of lockers to store your valuables. Came here on Saturday afternoon which is quite busy and we’re in luck to get an available lane as we didn’t reserve ahead of time. Lots of lane on both sides either for adults or kids to celebrate parties. Shoes rental for $4. They also have a bar and decent food. I’d recommend this place to my friends and family. Can’t wait to beat them????

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First thing I noticed about this place was the stink of urine in the stairwell. It is a small bowling alley with the basics of what you would expect. However, the guy totally ripped us off and didn't even come close to compensating us for their mistake. We asked for 2 hours of playtime so they charged us for 2 hours plus shoe rentals. After one hour, the game ended and we had to talk to the staff to fix the problem. He then tells us that they don't offer more than 1 hour games after 9pm because they closed at 11pm (they conveniently left that out when we paid for everything). On top of that, they refused to give us a refund for that extra hour we paid for because "the guy who does refunds wasn't there". What kind of business is this? How can you not have anyone working who can handle problems like this? A supervisor should have been present because clearly their staff is incapable of handling their own screw ups. I bet they just pocketed the cash for themselves. I think it's fair to say that I will not be returning to this place again.

Weekly, I bowl in a league here with family for the past 3-4 years, although I have been coming to this bowling alley on and off for the last 35 years. The person at the counter—Kevin—is always pleasant. The bowling alley is pretty much under the plaza. It is an older ten-pin bowling alley. I think.... there are about 30 lanes. There is a snack bar and a bar. And a place to sit and eat or drink by the bar. There is also a Bowling Pro Shop as soon as you come through the downstair doors. They recently got new bowling lanes and are no longer the old wooden lanes.

Bowling machine faulty (avoid lane 3!!!!). Didn't get any compensation or the option to get a new lane. The place was also very crowded when we went (6 on a Saturday). Time wasted, would definitely not recommend.

The place was clean,lots of participants bowling,and there was a party at the time we went so it was a great atmosphere.I would go again,the scoring board calculates for you so you can concentrate on Bowling.

Kennedy Bowling, is now the only full ten pin alley left in Scarborough. The owner and staff have gone out of their way to insure league members and customers are safe. Staff ensure all rules and regulations are followed. Things are quite different than it was before the pandemic. The experience now is a good one, most people who visits or bowl's in a league at Kennedy bowling alley, are more cautious ⚠️ now than before. I would say, it is a safe place to visit.

Can't judge a book by its cover! From the outside this place seemed to be way too small... among other things. However, once inside, you'll find it is quite spacious. I'm new to bowling and I can't knowledgeably say how well equipped the place is but it seemed to be adequately so. Recommendation: bring a pair of socks from home. Full marks for being a great way to spend time with family or friends and at reasonable price

Yesterday i went to this place n they asked for vaccination n identification proof. I gave them both as I am new in here i don't have Ontario's identification proof so i showed them my passport. N they said no, they said u have to be a Canadian identified person.I asked to see the document n in that document , it was clearly written that indian passport is considered in identification proof.still they refused me to play. For me this is kind of racism, coz there were too many people who were without mask n still they were playing n me, who had evet except Ontario identity.they refused????wowww such a nice way to welcome their customers.i will never recommend this place to anyone .

Worst customer service, they won't split the bill and their excuse is that they would be charged for each transaction the customer make which is not our problem. They forced us to start playing and can't wait for one more friend to come. They even close our lane 5 minutes before the time is up and he was mad. Lastly, he intimidate us if we don't cover our mouth and nose he would shut it down and ask us to leave, instead of coming politely and ask us to wear our mask properly. Yes, there are cheap compare to all bowl alley in the area

A great time out with family and friends no matter the skill level. Came here to Kennedy bowl with the family in the afternoon, late 2017, for my first time bowling. We got two lanes, rented shoes, put our names up on the automatic scoreboard and knocked down pins! Most of the time. Which is what makes bowling fun, right? So I suggest that you don't pick the gutterless lanes. And the folks here seem pretty easy going about how you toss that ball so long as nobody gets hurt and nothing gets wrecked. Facilities are a bit of a step back in time but the whole experience from people to place and the game definitely has its charms. Worth a try with the whole family or a big group of friends! Came back and repeated the same fun experience in late 2018. Good enough to become an annual event now!

Clean and cheap alley for a night of bowling. Each lane is maintained and there is enough people working there to make sure the service experience is good. Drinks served fresh, makes it great for a date night. Recommended!

Terrible customer service. Serious double standards. Manager has terrible attitude. We were group of 5 who went to this place on Mar 17 2018, we got our Lane at 10.16pm as per bill. But the lane assigned was crowded by other lane group, so I requested the line member for a lane change he spoke to his manager and I spoke to him directly he asked us to wait for 14 min as lane beside would be available. After time, I went back to manager to help us assign lane requested he said we have to pay extra $53 later on clarifying we were same people who he asked to wait for 14 min he did assign the lane with no extra charge. We started our first ball at 10.35pm, but shockingly by 11pm we saw a screen saying 14 min left. When I went to the manager he said the data is recorded automatically and it doesn't lie. I asked him to check when was our first ball he confirmed it was at 10.14pm which is BS as 10.16pm was our billing time. Manager was rude and said our time was up. Stay away from this place they do cheat on their times. Never coming back to this shady place, racist, rude, petty manager

The Pricing wasn't reasonable. They Made us Pay for 2 lanes for 5 people. The Place wasn't clean and very outdated, needs some upgrading to keep up with modern times. Needs new balls and shoes. The balls were disgusting shoes got no grip. The machines were broken. We wasted half our time trying to get the place to work rather then enjoying our time. The place was in a basement super sus. I wouldn't recommend a single soul to go here. I wouldn't even give this place a star if i had the option to. Disgusting.........

Great place to have a lot of fun. Me and my friends went to play and it was all fun and well. But one particular person (James D.) was unhappy because he was bad at the game. He kept missing ,At the end of it, he was just making all these excuses and made it less enjoyable. Just cuz he lost. Nevertheless, its a great place that I would highly recommend (if you don't play with any sore losers...).

Once a year, the employees at my work get together and take over this long-established bowling alley. A local fixture for decades, it provides hours of fun and healthy activity for those of us who aren't terribly athletic or sports minded. On our way out, we checked the prices for their regular bowling. We were pleased to discover that at certain times, a group of 4 can bowl for as little as $7/hr (plus shoe rental fees if you don't own your own)! To quote Arnold, "I'll be back!"

This Place is located at the basement, but very clean and quiet. You can just walk in and book a lane or reserve your spot over the phone. 4 people are allowed per lane. But I suggest you to come by 4:45 pm if you want to save 4 extra dollars. In that case, you pay $28 for first hour and then additional $14 for every extra half hour. And don’t forget, you have to pay for the shoe rental for $4 per person. There are about 36 Bowling Lanes. Behind each lane, you find multiple sitting areas. No foods or drinks are allowed from outside. If you need to eat some snacks, you can buy it from the Grill beside the Receptionist. No Alcohols are allowed beyond the Basement Gate. Washroom is also available at the corner. You need to wear mask if you during the Covid Season. Overall Good Experience at that price.

good bowling alley prices are cheap on thursday 10 dollars a person which makes it a good bowling alley. Would be better if the place was renovated, balls weren't as old . washrooms were more cleaner, and also when you walk inside the building into the basement renovate the walls and the smell of the place when u walk in smells like mold, overall good bowling alley to play at and customer service was amazing would definetly come again.this bowling alley could use some cleaning and could have new lockers,and new balls.just wish the place had new bowling balls.anyway good place

Only known bowling alley left in Scarborough? Place could use a nice scrubbing. This place does have an updated scoring system and a decently stocked food and bar. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bonus is one can pay for additional time in segments of 15 mins after the initial hour of play.

I called and reserved a lane same day with no problems. Being new to bowling me and my partner didnt know what to expect but the guy behind the desk was a sweetie and totally helped us with picking out the right bowling balls and made sure we had a fantastic time. I would recommend this place to everyone- I was there last week and I'm planning on going back again today!

What else could go wrong? Last weekend when I entered this 1970's establishment I was first greeted by a guy who said he was head of security. He frisked me. I never saw a badge or name tag. He wanted to know if I brought my own balls. I didn't. Had to use their old balls. Getting shoes was fast because the guy at the counter whipped it at me which left a size 10 stamp on my forehead. They wasted my game time. Took forever to turn on my game.. should have gotten security guy to turn it on since he's good at that. The bowling assist ramp is broken It only assisted in gutter balls. I still won though on my team of 6. Food was the worst. The chicken strips weren't cooked enough. Pink, mushy and stringy. Even simple fries not cooked enough. When I went to complain they responded with a ladle of hot gravy in my face. When I went to the falling apart washroom to clean off I was greeted by security again and frisked again. Still no name tag. I liked it. I will still come back to bowl because I need to improve my game if I want to beat the seniors league.

Went for a bday party. All was great and fun until we ordered food. The people working had no idea who ordered what even though we said it was to be billed for the party we were in. Had to wait over an hour for 2 grilled cheeses and a hotdog. The grilled cheese was a hamburger bun with sliced cheese and mozzarella. No butter nothing. I had a very impatient 2 year old who was hungry. Also the one person working cussed under their breath for dropping something on the ground, cussed infront of a bunch of kids who were with the party. Staff needs a better attitude. ALSO** they served one of the guests in my party a basically RAW chicken finger. Also I asked 2 times for the bumpers to be put up and the guy ignored me twice...

Good one in scarborough. 32$ for a lane per hour is reasonable. 4$ per shoe pair. They need to have more snacks option.

Unprofessional staff as they told us on phone that we need any govt. proof to enter but did not mentioned that it needs to be physical one. Upon reaching ,they refused entry just for this reason even we requested as we were four people and only 1 person did not had physical piece of id. They went rude too , however at all other places there is no such rule to just enter the premises as they did not have proper reasoning for this rule .

Kennedy Bowl is wonderful. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. I take my autistic son there about once a week and the staff are always good to him. (I've been to a lot of other bowling alleys and many are NOT friendly.) They are reasonably priced and all day on Thursdays there is 2 for 1 deals so I can pay for 1 hour and get 2 hours of bowling - or pay for 3 games and get 6 games. Lots of lanes so we never have to wait. Love this place.

Great place. Standard bowling alley as you would expect. Rental shoes were clean and well taken care of, the lanes and all that were well maintained. The food and drinks all looked great and prices were very fair. What really impressed me was how much the people working there cared about their job. All so helpful and all seemed to genuinely care that people had fun. They also took the Covid protocols seriously which we really appreciated.

Ok bowling alley. It’s located in a shopping plaza with the smallest sign, making a bit hard to find. The inside is not super clean or fancy, it look like they haven’t touched it in 30 years. That being said, I’d go back. The couple of issues I have with this place are that the bar is not managed properly/customer service is not great, also last time I went there the lanes were waxed too much, the balls were greasy when they came back

Worst place to go. These guys don’t know a lil pinch of customer service. They didn’t allowed us to play just because we didn’t have “physical copy” of identy proof. We have digital id proof and vaccination proof. But these guys don’t want to earn and don’t care about customers. They are doing racism as we were Indians.

Clean place - Service is always pretty good. The balls sometimes tend to stick on the return, staff is on-hand to clear that up (and provides free play time to make up if that happens, just ask). Food is ok - Pop is $7 per pitcher which is expensive for what is given. Kid friendly atmosphere, large parking lot!

Prices where good and the place had a good vibe to it. We played for 2 hours and was able to squeeze in three games with 8 people. Great for team outings (which was why I was here), going it with friends, or even a date. The drinks weren’t overly priced and the glow in the dark stuff was a nice touch.

The place looks a bit run down, but the prices are really affordable. Been here a couple times and it's a great place to bowl. The ketchup popcorn tastes pretty good, so I'd recommend buying that. The service is also efficient.
