Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff, so much FUN. Pools were clean and fiod was AMAZING. i suggest the Jerk Chicken wings and the maccaroni salad that comes with it was a tasty treat! For sure going back :)

A poor excuse for an "upscale establishment." Placed awkwardly in the middle of an industrial zone, surrounded by 12 foot wood walls, this club is merely a money grab; a sham; a waste of time for my friends and myself. The staff are incredibly rude and shockingly unhelpful. In fact, the wisest choice we made that evening was leaving early; something many other angry customers were also choosing to do thay night with no regrets.

Owner extremely unprofessional. But don’t take my word for it try booking a place and find out how terrible it is yourself. Your experience will let you believe that a small bucket filled with water and a Bluetooth speaker will be better than this dump. That’s why I opened up a bucket Bluetooth party right outside this poor excuse of an establishment.

My girls and I went here on Saturday night and had a fabulous time! The atmosphere was very unique and enjoyable, the staff were all great, the music was soooooooo good, drinks were a bit pricy (but made proper) and the food was excellent! I wish my pic was before I had started to eat but as I was enjoying the first few bites I wanted to share how delicious it was!!!! I had the shrimp, my friends had salmon and the chicken wrap... all DELICIOUS! We will definitely go back soon!!!

Its Durham's verson of "Miami beach infused with Rio on a beautiful setting of Caribana....if you know what I mean? The security is A1, food is tasty and owner is extremely friendly. Leave your expetations at home along with your broke friends and have a "blast" there anytime......."Live your best life there with respect and decency". Nuh problem man!

The booking needs improvement/customer service training.. 1st time they gave our reservation away n told us last minute … 2nd time when you book a table with personal hot tub they should tell you the pools are close & not embarrass you once you are in the pool telling you get out of the personal pool assigned to your table they are closed … & the grill is also closed during the week ???? Besides that it’s really nice n the staff is nice… I love the security guy ❤️

What a shame. My first time here was a horrible experience. First of all, when I called to make a reservation, the woman who answered the phone suggested that I get a Cabana, since I would be expecting 4-6 guests. Fine. I then asked her how much it was? She said, $200, and that a $100 deposit was required. She went on further to say that the $100 would be put towards our total bill. Fine. When we arrive, the greeter said that there was a $10 cover charge. I wasn't made aware of this on the phone, but whatever, we each paid $10. Then they bring us to the Cabana, with a big hot tub in the middle of it that we can't use. Fine. It ended up being three of us, and we wanted to all sit together, but there were small benches sporadically spread out around the Cabana. My friends and I are all thick, it would be very uncomfortable for us to all sit on one bench. We asked if we could move one of the benches close to the one we were trying to all fit on, the waitress said no. Ok fine. Now the ordering. The waitress came up to us and said that we would have to spend $300. But, this was never told to me on the phone. I was definitely told that we had to spend a $200 minimum. Then she was trying to persuade us to buy a bottle. I barely drink. If I knew that one of the requirements for me to be in a Cabana would be to buy a bottle, I wouldn't have made a reservation there. The waitress finally said, that we can spend our $300 on food. $300 worth of food...for just 3 people ....fine... Then...the icing on the cake! Before even offering us water....she bring us a debit machine to pay the $300 before we even got started! Never in all my years have I experienced treatment like this at any eating establishment ever! Disgusting! The food was definitely not worth the $300! It tasted horrible! The dj saved our night! Big up to Dj Ritz! Even though DJ Ritz was awesome! I will NEVER step foot in there again!

Doesn't have free seating everything you need to pay for, and food never comes on time or is correct. Music is good and there isn't much of a pool as they say. Drinks are fair.

This place is terrible, the staff was very unhelpful, they made me feel un-welcomed. The bouncers were being EXTREMELY rude they were making fun of my friends it was strange I have never experienced this anywhere else before. The drinks were over priced. A booth cost $800, absolutely ridiculous. There were not many people there on a Saturday night. The one DJ we heard was absolutely terrible, everyone was leaving. The overall atmosphere were just junk, I will not be back. Honestly not even worth coming here. Skip this place and go somewhere better.

Clean and vibrant, new and exciting are just a few words to describe the atmosphere at Aquario. Even though there are restrictions on bringing people and entering, you can still have tons of fun without the hassle. Worth checking it out.

Worst experience of my life. Ordered food which took over an hour to come, then when it came they messed up our food and we had to reorder it. The second order took an additional 1.5-2hrs to come!! And when we voiced our frustration, the security guard said, "atleast you got it though". Smh never going back to this place again.

Good Dj!!! that was the reason my group of friends from Brampton came all the way down to Pickering... Great service from the bouncers and wait staff Unfortunately the food took forever to come, we are talking 40 min chit times on chicken fingers and nachos Groups 1-4 minimum spend of $100 Groups 5-10 minimum spend of $200 *these are to be sent upfront* I didn't like that, mind you I am someone that doesn't even look at menu prices and if my bill is under $70 bucks then I did good. I didn't appreciate being forced to spend money somewhere, especially when the experience was a negative one. The larger cabanas, the mosquito's are deadly so bring your citronella candles, and bug spray. It was so bad we had to request to be moved. Overall if they just improved their service this experience could have been much better.... wasn't worth driving all the way to Pickering for

Never again. The customer service here is below subpar and for all the hidden fees and extra charges you would expect everything to be exceptional. That is far from the case. The service was slow, the manager on Sunday August 9th, 2021 was extremely rude, the food was disgusting, portions ridiculous, even the chasers were gross. Who waters down cranberry juice? Definitely a first and last time for my team.

My hubby and myself have been coming here 3 weeks in a row Now, we bring different people with us each time, and it's been a great time every time! As far as DJs are concerned, Sydney Blu 2 weeks ago and FLIPSIDE last week?? I think they know what they're doing when it comes to music! If you live in the East, it's so worth the entrance fee, free parking, no worries about juiced up over zealous bounces like Cabana lately! And SUNSHINE!! LOTS OF SUNSHINE! Yes, they have a strict dress code! Get with the program and everything else is gravy! Easily our new favourite place. The only thing they need is more people to come check it out! SEE YA NEXT SATURDAY...and EVERY one after that!! xoxo ;))

Kept seeing this place pop up on my feed so I finally gave it a chance. That was a mistake. Got the braised beef, a veggie pasta and some wings. The braised beef was DRY and bland. The veggie pasta is a mess which the sauce tastes like it’s out of the can and topped with that cheap Parmesan cheese you find at the grocery store. The wings were over cooked and poor quality (lots of gristle and loose bone parts). Overall utterly disappointing. Don’t waste your money on this over priced under seasoned food. My dog wouldn’t even eat the food I didn’t eat.

Edit: We had some issues with our food but when we voiced our concerns the Owner Rob reimbursed us and assured us that it will never happen again and he will be taking the necessary steps to make some changes. We were happy with the outcome!

bottle service was trash, waited an hour an a half for bottles and not one employee came to our table to check on us before we caved and requested service. Our reservation was at 9pm and we werent served our bottles until 10:30pm Had we got the bottle shortly after we ordered we would have ordered more but that was far from the case. Bottle came after a half hour, warm to our table that had no ice bucket which confused the server. two of my guests were held outside for 20 minutes being told there wasnt a booth under my name. I personally liked the door man but every other security in there was rude and unhappy to help. The server apoloized for being so busy but she didnt tell me tip was included and i tipped an extra 15% which is super shady. A literal mess 0/10

Worse experience ever .stay away from this place. Booked a cabana for my wife's party .The manager was very accommodating at first until they got the money . The place was empty on a Saturday night. Literally had one other group of 5 in there. This place forced my wife and friends out earlier than their operations hours because they claimed that they didn't get the anticipated crowd . Ruined my wife's birthday and took our money . Called and emailed management for an explanation and a refund .Noone had gotten back to us . Stay away . Spend your money elsewhere. Crooks
