The service here is disturbingly horrible. Two times I caught my waitress tonight cutting my change short by $5-10, not including tip. When I addressed her she chalked it down to a simple, "oops, I forgot to give you your proper change." .... what? Twice you forgot, and both times didn't say anything until I addressed it? Bologna. The female bartenders tonight were unfriendly, made my two buddies and I feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The petite redhead was especially unpleasant. While we understand and sympathize to the stressors of reopening, on behalf of my group and I who simply wanted to live life normally again tonight, we would appreciate that stress is not taken out on paying customers. We definitely will not be returning here, and will make sure to advise our friends to steer clear.

Not sure if the weekend outdoor bar staff haven't been properly trained or if they have their own little scam going on, but I've been there three times now and there is some SERIOUS UNDER-POURING going on. First the ladies pack the cup with ice and have about a 2 second liquor pour at the wrong angle. I can't even taste the alcohol, not to mention that it takes about 5 sips before you hear the ice sucking at the bottom of the cup. A simple & classic drink every bartender should know, however, even when I specify that I want Captain Morgan & Coke, they still pull & under-pour the bottom shelf well rum. After paying full price for a fraction of the drink value about 30 plus times in total, and then watching my husband pay for 'doubles' in addition, I feel foolish,robbed...and sober. If we weren't with a group we would have left without return. Fortunately for them, our friends enjoy canned beer. Can't mess that up. For the staff: Rum and Coke = 1 pt rum to 2 or 3 pts Coke (depending on rum quality with a minimum pour of 1½ oz rum)

Honestly? Hands down one of the best bars in town! Always feel safe, with amazing staff and security. If you want a great place for a fun time, 100% my go to!

The head of security, Kevin and his team are very rude and do not care about customer experience st all. They go out of their way to drive away business by hiding behind “bar policy” rather then trying to accommodate new customers. Very disappointed, they should focus on gaining new business rather than pushing people away with poor customer service

Bouncers have the best sense of humor, waitresses are friendly, the food is greasy goodness and never a dull moment. Will definitely go back:)

They always play the same music that isn't relatable at all. Only good on Saturday. Definitely not worth the $4 cover

Cross the bridge regularly just to come and play pool. Open space and clean tables. On a negative note some of the staff are not fond of Americans to put it nicely.

Great place to play pool with some buddies. Staff is always friendly to me and my friends. Music isn't always to my tastes but it still has a good atmosphere.

Waitress tried to rip me off saying they don't take credit or debit cards and only accepted cash. When I said I didn't have cash, she said they would make an exception this one time.

I am rating this for the club experience. It is expensive and packed and sweaty and has little to no redeeming qualities. On the week nights, however, it becomes a nice quiet place for friends to drink and play pool.

What a Terrrible experience. The meathead security clan was pathetic, no mask needed to dance with random people but full mask mode to play pool even know your playing with people you come with. Long long time customer that will now go out of his way to tell everybody what a joke this establishment is.

the people and staff are friendly but, had a Pint and a half while we were playing a game of pool, we were then kicked out by security because we had too much to drink... ??heavily watched by security cameras, staff pouring and offering drinks really nice for the 30 mins we were there, once again, Had a pint and a half, couldn't even finish my second beer before being told we had to leave... listen, if your stopping by salte st marie, theres another bar about a block away that actually has a crowd, don't know what they're called but had a great time, you'll waste your night and get a bad picture of the town with this place, the people that we met were nice, the servers were great, but seems pike security bullies a bit too much, will not return. strongly recommend the other bar there though.

Joke of a establishment. The "bouncers" actually instigate and cause fights, the girls behind the bar are great and friendly but the atmosphere is horrible. This is what happens when you hire bouncers with the accumulated IQ of the syringe they use to inject steroids. Used to love coming here. Now its the princess all over again.
