Parlor is a new entrant on the cocktail scene in Saskatoon. Great drinks, appetizers with a speakeasy feel. Definitely recommend.

Great hidden lounge in the bar district of downtown Saskatoon. You are not looking for St.Tropez, it is the door to the left with no sign. The lounge is very small so you will need to get there early if you want a place to sit. The cocktails are expensive but very tasty. Great spot to start off or end your night with a drink or two. The story behind Parlor: Legend has it that the owner used to live this place as a studio apartment. As the night scene in the area picked up with the nearby bars it became unbearable to live as partygoers would keep him up until early hours of the morning. With a bit of inspiration and a love of great cocktails he decided to convert his studio apartment into a cocktail lounge. With 1 bathroom and a rooftop garden of fresh herbs for the drinks (and tomatoes for the restaurant below), Parlour is truly a special place to have a drink or two in Saskatoon.

When an establishment is referred to as a "hidden gem", this exactly it! Great service and a huge drink menu! Fresh PEI oysters were on special, when we took it in.

When I first walked in, I didn't know what this place was. When I asked the lady, she pointed at the sign and said Par-lor. Like, yeah, I can read but the attitude? What for? So my first impression was bad. Overpriced food menu, unpleasant staff. Not coming back again. My 3 friends said the same thing.
