Service is great! Helpful staff especially in figuring out which drink to try out. Lots of variety but my favourite is the wintermelon with basil seeds plus pearl. Clean place. Karaoke rooms look nice, modern decor but didn't try out. Open late til 2 am.

Very clean shop. Good variety of drinks. The peach smoothie is the best. Comfortable seating. There is a loyalty punch card where you receive stickers for each drink you purchase. After so many drinks, you receive one for free.

The singing experience was extraordinary. However, the music choices are super outdated. No "new" songs. It was hard to navigate and control the song queue as well. I don't quite fancy the idea of only two karaoke rooms that aren't really sound insulated. Otherwise, I had a really fun time singing my heart out with close friends.

#waffles #matcha #taro #mango & $25 later. It was okay, definitely not the best in the city. The waffles (5☆) the flavour is good, it was crispy on the outside & soft/fluffy in the inside. Mango w/mango jelly (4.5☆) was good with stong flavours. Taro w/boba was very disappointing (1☆), the ice was not fully crushed & the flavour was very very lite. The matcha (2☆) had a bit more flavour but again ice was not fully crushed & it lacked in flavour. On a positive note, the boba(bubbles/tapioca balls) are definitely fresh. Would I come here again? Tough to say, it's conveniently located close to my workplace but I'm not sure it's worth my $. If I go again, I'll definitely order the Taro w/boba in hopes for a better experience.

Great place to get a refreshing drink downtown with no parking issues. Hype place to flex yeezyz while getting an exotic beverage of your choosing, Personally i really like the Milk Tea n Pearls or Mango Smoothie < 3

I enjoy getting bubble tea at this location. Has a good selection of different kinds of bubble teas and also have a special Evey once in a while. I personally enjoy the Earl Grey Milk tea with regular and white pearls. I also enjoy the strawberry matcha with the pearls as well. If they service both hot and cold bubble teas and have a small selection of cakes and snacks. Neat thing about this place is they also have Karaoke. Would definately recommend this place!

One of my favourite places to get bubble tea! This location makes one of the best bubble teas in town and many flavours to choose from. They also have new ones that come out so you can experiment with your tastebuds on which ones you may like better! I haven't been to the Karaoke section but sounds like a good time everytime we walk in. Very quick and polite service. They also have a stamp card reward system and after a certain amount of bubble teas purchased you can get a free one any type and size! High recommend this place. ????????

Not impressed! I came in today for the first time ever, specifically stating that and asking what she recommended for a bubble tea and that i wanted something fruity. I proceed to look at the menu above her head and asked for the fruit number 3 which looked colorful and pink...Well she proceeds to make my drink and it was absolutly awful, ended up reading the label it was earl gray and black licorice tasting pearls...DISGUSTING I paid 6.50 for such a nasty drink. Pretty rude if you ask me, a simple 'do you like the taste of black licorice?' would have been simple to ask me. Will not return! :(

Worst customer service experienced????????. I am a regular customer at this store. My wife ordered online bubble tea today. The tea had excessive sugar, at least double the 70%sugar I ordered. I told the guy it had too much sugar but they do not acknowledge it but he repeatedly told me that it has 70% sugar. He started to scream to me. I was just asking to change or pour more water in my bubble tea.I would never return there nor recommend anybody to go to this store. ????????????

I do not recommend this place. The servers are rude and very unfriendly. The bubble tea that I ordered was not what I was expecting. Went to use the washroom, place was dirty and unsanitary. Find a good bubble tea store. It is not worth going here.

When I arrived there was no one waiting in line I was the only person ordering so I didn’t think it would talk that long to get my 2 drinks but boy was I wrong. As I placed my order 3 people walked in and ordered as well Along with 3-5 people come out of there karaoke room. The people from the room got there order first. By time I got my order 35 minutes pasted and as they made my bubble tea they put mostly ice when I told them little to no ice. I wouldn’t be that mad usually but considering they ask how much sugar and ice you want in your drink I got a bit bent out of shape like why would they ask you how much you want in your drink if they don’t listen! Also when I got back home to enjoy my drink there was a piece of hair in it. All and all I was disappointed with this visit I usually get good service and am happy with the order but this time it was not worth the trip.

They charge MORE money when asked for NO ICE in your drink, the staffs didn’t tell me when I was ordering, when I realized that I requested a refund, I wanna cancel my order and I didn’t touch the drink, but they won’t let me coz the drink is already made! Apparently the staffs don’t think it is RIDICULOUS to charge more money when you ask for NO ICE!

I asked for slushies and got two drinks with too much ice that was not crushed well and was in chunks (not slushie), not enough flavour and even though I asked for sweet they were bland. Paid over $12 for two drinks what a disappointment.
