Went and completed Trapped with a group of 8 and had a great time. Staff was very friendly and engaged in what they were doing. Puzzles were fun and a couple that were completely unique to me. One puzzle was broken and the walkie talkies didn’t function properly but otherwise it was great.

The best escape room venue in Saskatoon! The perfect blend of great puzzles and good looking sets, plus this location includes admission to their lounge so you can hang out before and after. Very willing to accomodate last minute changes, smaller groups, etc. Can't wait for more adventures to come from their team!

It's Ok. There are certainly better escape rooms in the city. We did the Genie lamp one, it was disappointing. 1 room, mostly just opening locks. Finished with ample time - 15 minutes. I would not recommend for more than 2 people.

Great place for escape rooms. The rooms are well though out and not too hard. Some rooms are better than other but overall, very good!

Had a great time with my friend! Definitely would recommend coming here for a party or even a hangout time with someone. They follow the COVID-19 guidelines perfectly.

Our group of friends, The Optical Club, have finished 3/7 rooms at Breakout. All have been fantastic experiences. We finished A Rip In Time tonight and had so much fun. Next up: the scary ones!!

I really enjoyed playing "The Collector" here! It's a fun game, and our gamemaster Ang was really funny. Definitely play a game here!

The key we needed to solve a puzzle fell out of the bucket we were supposed to find it in so it wasted some of our time and the game master kept telling us to check the buckets before she came in and opened the locked door for us, it gets hot in the room, and the board we were given wouldn't erase properly so we could use it better, and there was leftover writing from a previous escape puzzle that we spent some time on as well that wasn't relevant to our puzzles.

Hosted kids birthday party. Booking the party packaging went smooth. Kids had a great time in Home alone room. 8 kids and 1 adults. But kids said it was too hard for them. But i heard a lot of excitement from the room so they enjoyed. After escaping from the room we had a cake and gift time. We got our own cake. They provide utensils, plates, cup, iced tea. Ice cream float for birthday girl. Popcorn and candy to share. Treat loop bags could be better. It was very great day! Thanks. :)

Had a great time and really enjoyed the room and puzzles. Will definitely go back again! I do have a small bit of feedback I'd like to share for staff; This is not meant to be negative feedback just a suggestion because overall we had a great time and found everyone very wonderful and had an awesome experience! I'd like to recommend that the staff check in with the group first to see how much involvement or help they want before the experience starts. By this I mean, our group heard the rules and we were aware that we could ask for hints if we needed them or got stuck.. We wanted to feel the excitement of solving puzzles or getting on the right track on our own. (I guess that's the point of escape rooms lol.) Anyway we just felt we were getting a little too much "help" that it took away from experience a little. Getting asked every few minutes "do you need a hint?" Or being told " oh you're on the right track!" Or "If I were your I'd look over here..." Just made it feel like our helper thought we couldn't do it. There were a couple instances that we would literally just be on the verge of solving something and then the staff would pipe in over the speaker and give us a free hint that we didn't ask for and we were close to solving already, it would kind of take away from the excitement. We solved the room with about 10 mins to spare but I don't feel like we really accomplished that on our own because we got so many free hints. Next time we will try one of the more difficult rooms! (Then maybe I'll regret writing this suggestion hahaha!) Still, we had fun we were entertained and will definitely be back! Thank you Breakout! ❤️

A great variety of puzzles and the staff were really passionate and knowledgable. Game lounge has a great selection of games for all moods. The rooms were fun and had enough for a group of 5 to 6 players to do without one or two either g bored or left out. Great experience, we will be back!

Acklands Grainger had their team of puzzle solvers test their skills at “Break Out” Thursday evening. As a group we found the experience very entertaining and challenging. Had a good time! The game person sent us in the wrong direction a couple times because they didn't see we had finished a task, but it must not be easy to pay attention to that many people running around a room frantically so it's understandable. Still, we might have escaped the serial killer!!! :)

We did an escape room for a new years activity with the family. A really good experience. The staff was fun and engaging. The room and challenges were interesting and fun. It required a variety of talents to solve. Every member of the family got a chance to shine, and solve a puzzle or two. None of us really knew what to expect, but within five minutes, all were completely engaged. Thanks for a fun evening! Glad we went.

Just played the game known as "The Collector", I had an amazing time with my group of friends it was an intense and exhilarating game which was very rewarding in the very end. Our game master Ang was superb and I loved her cheesy puns! I'm totally coming back in the near future and I totally recommend this to everyone!

We did an escape room with another family - 3 young kids and 4 adults. The staff was excellent in making sure that the kids would have as much fun as the adults without being scared. It was fantastic! The kids loved it and were asking to do another one! I definitely recommend Breakout Escape.

Our favorite place to go for an escape room evening in Saskatoon. Great staff, clever puzzles, just the right amount of scare in the scary rooms. Our 14 yr old and her group of friends have gone a couple times here and the staff are great with that age group as well.

Everytime I come here with my friends we have such a blast! We can't wait for new rooms as we have done them all! Our gamemaster, Tierra, who we have every time, is so great and is so helpful. The owner is always there too and is so passionate which makes the experience that much better.

The staff at Breakout were so accommodating and helpful, they organized our catered lunch and were on the ball with serving food and clean up. We were all very pleased with how the event turned out. I had an absolute blast here! Megan was extremely nice, and super helpful, I would 100% recommend her. She only gave us little hints that directed us in the right direction. I loved all the puzzles, they were very clever but not extraordinary hard (at least for Arabian night). I will definitely be coming back again for another escape room!
