Seriously the place is lit. Parking lot everywhere..good location. BUT i dont know if it was about the event on Sunday August 13th but the service was horrible. We came at 5pm make an order : a pitcher blue sangria ..and chicken with fries. My plate came so quick..after 10 min. We asked for the sangria and the lady thought she brought it.. so she told us she will go get it. It took seriously 1h30 before we got the pitcher. Plus it was nasty. ???? I think the ice melt and they put more ice in it when they brought it to us. Never taste the alcohol or anana or anything only water. The lady excuse herself but we wanted more food but the fact it took all the evening to get a damn drink we didnt want to wait more. She came back saying she will give us free shots...but we damn know that was a lie cause she never came back. ????..later on we order a bottle of vodka with sprite and cranberry ...we took the only bottle left of vodka. Cause nomore cognac...the vodka came 40 min later.. with no sprite... we wait an other 20 min to have the sprite. Plus since it was a event turning to a party we couldn't leave our table to party before paying the bill. Which is reasonable but the lady took 1 hour after drooping the bottle. At least she could pass by to check if anything else was missing... ???? OH LORD...

(Translated) First, we called to have a reservation on Saturday, we confirmed 3 times over the phone and everything was as it should be. Rendered on the date of the reservation we arrive on site on time to confirm to finally be told that the reservation was for tomorrow. He still let us in we were a group of 20. We asked if it was possible to choose a meal from the menu but we were informed that we had to choose from the table d'hote BUT it allows some people to choose from the menu. A reservation of about 20 people was also at the same time as us and arrived much later than us. They brought them pitchers of water before the people arrived and some bread when we had to ask for it over and over. 25 minutes before having a long enough gin and tonic for a simple cocktail. We arrived for the reservation at 6:50, two hours later there was only half of the group that had not had their salad, and the other we had their soup only at 9:30. The main meal arrived for some at 9:30, others at 9:45 and for others at 10:00 it was not even close to arriving yet. The service was not good, the people were arrogant, and little understanding of our disappointment. As for the food, we ordered a pizza club and we found a chicken bone in the pizza, quite unpleasant when you pay $ 30 for a fairly ordinary small pizza. Full of errors in the orders, and in the invoices. I do not recommend this restaurant, I do not take into consideration that everything that can get through this evening is due to covid-19 and the new measures. The waitress told us that there were more than 100 people above the restaurant's allowable limit in times of covid-19, which is why the staff are mismanaging their things. A group of very dissatisfied customers (Original) Premièrement, nous avons appeller pour avoir une réservation le samedi, nous avons confirmé 3 fois au téléphone et tout était comme il se devait. Rendu à la date de la réservation nous arrivons sur place à l'heure confirmer pour finalement se faire dire que la réservation était pour demain. Il nous ont quand même laisser entrer nous étions un groupe de 20. On a demander si c'était possible de choisir un repas dans le menu mais on nous a informé qu'on était obliger de choisir dans la table d'hote MAIS il autoriser certaines personnes a choisr dans le menu. Une réservation d'environ 20 personnes était aussi en même temps que nous et sont arriver beaucoup plus tard que nous. Il leur ont apporté des pichets d'eau avant l'arrivée des gens et du pain alors que nous avons dû le demander a mainte reprises. 25 minutes avant d'avoir un gin tonic assez long pour cocktail simple. Nous sommes arriver pour la réservation à 6:50, deux heures plus tard il avais seulement la moitier du groupe qui n'avait pas eu leur salade, et d'autre on eu leur soupe seulement a 9:30. Le repas principal est arriver pour certain a 9:30, d'autres a 9:45 et pour d'autres a 10:00 il était même pas encore proche d'arriver. Le service n'était pas bon, les gens étaient arrogants, et peu compréhensifs de notre déception. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, nous avons commandé une pizza club et nous avons retrouvé un os de poulet dans la pizza, assez désagréable quand on paie 30$ pour une petite pizza assez ordinaire. Plein d'erreur dans les commandes, et dans les factures. Je recommandes pas ce restaurant, je prend pas en considération que tout ce qui sait passer ce soir soit du à la covid-19 et les nouvelles mesures. La serveuse nous a mentionné être plus de 100 personnes au dessus de la limite permise du restaurant en temps de covid-19 ce qui excuse que le staff gèrent mal leur choses. Un groupe de clients très insatisfaits

Despite the beautiful decor and design... The service is very long.. The staff was polite and friendly but service took super super long when was there for a retirement dinner party.. the food took long time to arrived not everyone was being served at the same time.. Had the Portuguese chicken was on a silver platter. Under my chicken there was some kind of wax paper.. Not sure... but everytime I was cutting into my chicken my knife was grabbing on a piece of that paper that became soggy because of everything that was on that platter... So yeah. I had pieces of paper in my mouth... The music there is too loud...

Way overbooked event on Sunday. Plus too many mistakes to our table. Other customers orders came to our table and ours took over an hour to get to us. Then they tried to make us pay for someone else's bottles. In the end, it was resolved but after the security team coming over to our table. Very embarrassing and uncalled for. Won't be going back. I didn't like the fact that it's mandatory to give them our jackets yet more than 20 people still had theirs, plus we had to pay for something that they enforced apon us. The ones on charge of the jackets were incredibly rude, the rest was great, services, food were perfect, but the whole jacket ordeal ruined my evening and they were acting like the owner won't do anything about it.

Ils n’avaient pas ma réservation en plus de ne pas être sur la terrasse. Déception. L’intérieur est très bruyant. Les barquettes sont salles les tables vraiment laissent à désirer pour la propretés. Les serveuses sont en legging sport et camisole. Pas rapport mais avec leurs fourchettes de prix $$$$ on devrait y trouver une plus belle tenue vestimentaire. Un plat principale une bière sans alcool et un café 50$ avec pourboire. Sans plus que je n’aie jamais eu la mayonnaise qu’on m’avait proposée. Un endroit qui a déjà été 4,5 pour la propreté des lieux je donne moins que 1. Si les salles de bains sont mal entretenu qu’est qui en es du restent?

We were a party of 60 people. Including babies and children. I cannot, for the life of me, understand why a restaurant this big does not have a SINGLE bathroom equiped with a changing station. And to make things worse, when we asked the hostess she told us to use the floor of the upstairs bathroom. Really? ... The only reason my review has two stars is because our waiter was above and beyond our expectations or else there would be 1.

Being a career DJ is one of the biggest criteria on my list and I was blown away the whole evening. That being said, the food was excellent. The filet mignon was the best I have eaten in years. Nos drinks sont arrivés dans un temps record et la musique était très recherchée. Du bon deep house, tech house parfait pour une ''vibe'' 5 à 7 électrisante. Étant un DJ de carrière, c'est un des plus gros critère dans ma liste et je fût épaté durant la soirée complète. Cela étant dit, la nourriture était excellente. Le filet mignon fût le meilleur que j'ai mangé depuis des années. J'y serai de retour sous peu!

I had a small mash that she was good. I took as a starter a soup that was included in the meal. All for $ 39 (very expensive for me according to the price / quality ratio). We went in a big group and we had the worst experience ever. The waitress disappeared and came back after 2 hours to let us know that the kitchen is closed. We were mistreated and they were telling us to wear a mask when we were drinking, while everyone else was walking around without a mask. I think this was a race thing since they treated all their white guest like kings and queens while they just forgot about us. I finally got my meal at 9:46 PM. I ordered chicken breast and they gave me a chicken thigh instead. and then I tell the waiter i ordered a breast and he says there’s no option, you have no choice this is your only option... wow, after 10 minutes of arguing, i finally got my dried out chicken breast that he took from my colleague and gave her my chicken thigh. some of my colleagues ordered salmon wasnt cooked, there were no vegetarian options either... I left at 10:55 disappointed with no dessert or coffee. Worst experience ever, moral of the story: if you can’t accommodate a big group don’t do it. Would not recommend this place. P.S. How embarrassing for a restaurant to run out of food.

I was there on Friday night with a big group and for a birthday celebration. This was the worst service ever due to the server. We had to continuously / over and over ask to order drinks, water, order apps, request napkins, shooters etc. When we were ready to order dinner, they told us the kitchen was closed! Nobody was notified however one of the kitchen managers came to take our order with a smaller menu choice - it was kind of him to do this however unfortunate that our options were limited. We still included gratuity in the final bill however it was not deserved given the lack of service. I don't feel we were compensated enough by the manager due to the unprofessionalism.

Je renvoie mon assiette à la cuisine et dis à la serveuse que j'ai fini de me donner l'addition. . alors qu'elle ramasse mon assiette avec son regard frustré, elle renverse tout le contenu de la sauce sur le sol à côté de nous, éclaboussant ainsi mon jeans, mes chaussures blanches et les jambes de mes amis... toujours pas d'excuses... elle revient, je paie et je pars pour que le directeur me dise simplement "je suis désolé que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience". En tant que sous-chef dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, je penses qu'il existe une norme de service pour les clients. Malheureusement, cet endroit manque de service et de courtoisie.. Je déteste jouer la carte de la race... mais il semble que le service diminue avec la pigmentation de votre peau.. At Fogo tonight with a group of 35 people and highly disappointed with the aggressive and disorganized service. I only received my glass of wine after my delicious tartar was finished. The worst service ever. We were a group of 20 people sitting outside. We got our appetizers but weren’t able to order our main course because the kitchen was closed. However our waitress never came to check on us neither did she advise us that the last call was at 10:30. Also the manager came to tell us to put on our masks and we were clearly drinking and eating. How are we supposed to eat? Note, we were sitting outside. There were people walking around and especially the staff weren’t even wearing masks. Soo we felt that they were being racist because they weren’t telling anyone else anything. Even when they were serving us and taking our orders, they didn’t have their masks on… first and last time at this restaurant.

We reserved the VIP section for 2 birthdays and we even called the same day to confirm everything is booked. When we showed up we got a suprise apparently our spot was given away. The personal are polite and professional. Had to wait atleast for 1 hour for our bottle service, food is pretty good. However, you have to up your booking game as it is not acceptable to make mistakes like that.
