Many services inside: From Pharmacy to Supermarket to a Tanning salon, a Food court (many different options), a pub, a cute Cinema and even a Jewelry. You have a free outside parking there. Close to Laval University and not far from the big shopping malls (St. Foy, Place de la Cité and Laurier Center). I like their Super Market, their Food court and their Cinema.
