Some carpets have had major cut/hole for several months, and were not repaired. About 2/3 of pool cues are significantly crooked (not straight). J'ai commandé la suggestion de la serveuse (1/2 côté levée) les autres ont pris des Repas varié (burger, fish and chips, tartare etc.) Ça a pris près d'une heure (peut être plus) avant de recevoir nos repas qui étaient ok, sans plus. Attention : Le volume de la musique augmente de façon importante a 20h00... C'est bien pour le party, c'est plate quand tu viens juste de recevoir le repas que tu as commander il y a 1h... Too bad, there are two times when I had to go to the bar to order it was so long while the waitress was just chatting and she got zero tips. I would add that barmaids are incapable of making cocktails and therefore one should limit oneself to already bottled alcohol. It would be useful to hire bartenders who have taken a course in the field! Hello, I returned to this Dooly's on July 14th around 7:30 pm-8pm. We had exactly the same problem with the service. There were only two pool tables open and two patrons at the bar. The waitress never came to see us to order our drinks. I had to go to the bar to order. The waitress was not busy, she was socializing with the two customers at the bar. Too bad, this Dooly's will end up closing like the one in Charlesbourg with such poor service. Par contre, les filles qui servent aux tables de billard ne viennent jamais ou elles prennent une éternité à venir. Pourtant, les fois ou j’y suis allée c’était presque vide et la serveuse n’était pas occupée à part discuter au bar et regarder la télévision. Dommage, il y a deux fois où J’ai été obligée d’aller commander au bar tellement c’était long alors que la serveuse faisait juste jaser et elle a eu zéro pourboire. J’ajouterais que les barmaids sont incapables de faire des cocktails et donc on doit se limiter à l’alcool déjà en embouteillé. Il serait pertinent d’engager des barmaids qui ont suivi un cours dans le domaine! Bonjour, Je suis retournée à ce Dooly's le 14 juillet autour de 19h30-20h00. Nous avons eu exactement le même problème au niveau du service. Il y avait seulement deux tables de billard ouvertes et deux clients au bar. La serveuse n'est jamais venue nous voir pour commander nos consommations. J'ai dû aller au bar pour commander. La serveuse n'était pas occupée, elle faisait du social avec les deux clients au bar. Dommage, ce Dooly's va finir par fermer comme celui de Charlesbourg avec un service aussi médiocre.
