Good burgers and ok food for reasonable price, BUT... had a terrible experience here tonight. Some of us waited up to an hour and 15 minutes for food order. After inquiries we were told the orders got lost due to a computer glitch. In the meantime we sat with empty drinks and had to ask 3 times to get a refill. Our server did not communicate to us or attempt to make amends. When they finally brought food (and new drinks) we waited for the bills for too long. When we asked for them we insisted they include a discount. They did deduct 15% which seemed minimal. We attempted to politely suggest how they could improve with communication next time and heard many excuses. Pretty disappointing service to say the least.

Went for all you can eat wings, first batch of 10 was decent, but after that they came out rock hard. The explanation was that they blanch the wings beforehand. They seemed like they wanted to shut down the "all you can eat" part by making the following orders of 5 inedible. They remade the follow up order only to be rock hard again. Manager was miserable and unhelpful, she didn't seem to care after several mentions of quality.

Dined here with my grandparents the other day. We all ordered wings. Food was okay however the service was terrible. First called to see if they had room for three before coming in and whoever answered the phone seemed angry we had even called. No worries, we had heard great reviews of the Chicken Wings on Facebook judged by the “walking man” of St. Catharines so we still wanted to try the wings. We arrive and are brought to a table by our waitress. It had yet to be wiped down. We brought this to her attention and she didn’t seem to take this too kindly and tried to hide her annoyance that we had pointed this out. Her mask didn’t fit her face and was just sitting on her chin. My grandmother had politely asked her to position it properly and again hit with a little reluctance and annoyance. Although we are all vaccinated we still worry about the growing numbers due to the Delta variant and my grandparents being seniors. After we had ordered our drinks our food had arrived shortly after. My grandmother was not impressed as the menus said “jumbo wings” and thought they were puny. However I found the Wings tasty and filling. Though carrots/celery sticks were not included and the blue cheese was an extra charge. This was not brought to our attention until after our food was brought to us. With only two other tables seated in the joint, we figured she would have come back sooner to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks before we finished them. If you’re annoyed to be serving people, you should not be in this industry, bestie. Overall not a pleasant experience and we will not be back.

Recently went for lunch and ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. The blue cheese was lathered on way to much ranch sauce would have been better also my friend was disgusting by her poutine the gravy wasn't hot and it was black as molasses. The service was slow and infrequent.

Recently attended when meeting up with co-workers to watch UFC 200. Was in debate whether to go to this spot or BP. The beer on tap was decent enough. Had the poutine, it was ...ok. Some of the cheese curds were melted. Prices for drinks were fair, the food I received maybe not so much. Would likely still go back if I ever have serious interest in an upcoming card such as CM Punk's debut or Rousey's return.

Place is dead and empty. Took 30 minutes for a server to come get my order. And when I did order , I got wings. Wings overdone. Drenched in sauce. I dont know... if you want to come drink alone here , this is your place. Not a soul in sight. How this place makes money... I don't know. Mysterious.

Paid 25$ for the Mayweather fight tonight.. showed up at 8. Bar couldn't break my 20$ . Waited 10pm for buffet to be available so we bought appetisers which were great.. but the buffet not so much... The worst of which was the beef sandwiches.. like wet leather.. should really STOP serving that.. I am SO hungry and SO disappointed..

Went for a birthday party and they were totally unprepared to hold it. It was from 11 to 2 but we arrived at 11:30 and the doors were locked. The poor waitress was called in the last minute and had to scramble to get things organized. She did the best she could but was asking us how it should be set up. The food was decent but not hot enough.

I went there Wednesday night for the all you can eat wings something I was really looking forward to and ended up leaving disappointed by the service and the professionalism of the staff it took us 40 minutes to get our drinks and took another 35 minutes ordering our next set of wings. The waitress was more worried about the gossip in the back than her customers. Note that there were only 8 people altogether in the whole restaurant.

Had the Mango Habanero, Dry Cajun and the Cobb Salad. That might of been the best salad I have ate in a long time. Grilled chicken, bacon, blue cheese, avacado, tomato's and a boiled egg and romaine lettuce. I chose Greek dressing and it complimented it perfectly. The mango habanero was sweet but not too sweet and just a bit of spice and the dry Cajun was great also. Wings were big and not too dry. Add friendly staff to the mix and you have a nice dining experience. Would go again.

Today was my first visit to Wrigley's. Laura was my server and her friendly demeanor and prompt service made my day. The lounge itself is welcoming. The food menu has something for everyone. When I received my food I was ecstatic. The Ceasar salad with steak delivered all the creamy goodness I expected andaura was quick to check up on me with drink refills and extra napkins. I look forward to my next visit.
