Recently had my first time at this location. Great stuff and atmosphere. I enjoyed myour free birthday caramel&caramel cheesecake! Thank you! Unfortunately... I wish the calamari had a lemon on the side and maybe another sauce instead of the ginger one, felt like eating sushi. Dry ribs had way to much breading and need a sauce on the side, had to ask to leave the sauce from calamari. The curry was very flavoured and the oven chicken was enjoyable as well. All in all had a great time and experience!

Not the greatest. Steak barely had flavour (I could've made a better one), and gravy is an extra charge, like honestly you expect people to eat dry mashed with steak! Not only mine but my sisters didnt like the food either. I give 2 stars and tipped because the waitress was nice and also enjoyed my cocktail but I'm never coming back.

Good food. Professional staff. Comfortable ambiance. I had the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni which tastes spectacular! That's the meal in the photo. Shared some sweet potato fries and crispy fried ribs. All the food was great. Definitely will go back. Another measure, in my opinion, of a nice place is the state of their bathrooms. This one was above average.

My son and I came before a movie. He ordered the kids pasta and added chicken. Great value. I are the red curry. It’s not spicy but the veggies were all fresh and the taste was amazing. Great service, will definitely come back!

Not a good experience and its the first time we went. Waited more than an hour for three entree’s to be acknowledged that there was a mix up and food will be delayed. Trying to get our servers attention to cancel but kinda avoids us. Then when I got the attention of the other server to just cancel the food she informed me that the manager will approach us but then no one talked to us. Right after we PAID the bill for the drinks and starters and we’re already about to walk out the door they will offer us coupons for us to come back?! Uh no thanks! We will never come back! I don’t usually complain since I know how it is in food industry, but it was really a big disappointment.

Good food, but pricier than felt appropriate. The kid's menu had a handful of decent choices. The kids were also provided crayons and a colouring/activity map. I ordered the rigatoni, and family ordered the calamari (spicy), tuna poke and power bowl with extra chicken. We went on a Sunday night and there wasn't any wait for a table. Lots of parking in the surrounding area.

Unfortunately it was not the night for us. Got seated right away but didn't see our server at all. No one checked or even looked at us. Got up to leave asked to talk to manager and left while still waiting to speak to them. Not impatient people but do require some sort of service. Won't be back ????

Great dinner out! This was the last place we ate before the restrictions shut down patios and first place we after they loosened again. I have eaten at this location 4 times now over the last 2 years and must say it has been so consistant in quality and service. Eunice was our server on todays visit and she was top notch, non intrusive and yet our drinks were all full. She displayed the balance of attentiveness that I usually only get at fine dining establishments. We had to complitment the manager AJ on how great all the staff seemed to be....and the food was great too!!

Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable, diversified atmosphere, and great deals during certain hours. The bruschetta was phenomenal with a side of dry ribs. As a non-drinker the coffee was fresh and ready to go.

First time to this locale for a small birthday celebration. We made reservations (party of four) and were surprised to be put at a booth right at the wait station. We had a night of behinds at eye level.... ???? Amanda our server seemed a bit haggard, but was pleasant and prompt throughout. For a Sunday evening the place was packed. We'll have to come back as a couple and try the lounge as it looked like a really nice and quiet venue.

I enjoy coming here, but I rarely ever choose it first. The service is very good although at times slow. The food is consistant, but it's doesn't ever stand out. I think it's because there are alot of similar options to Moxies, it doesn't stand out. Having said that, when I do dine here, I leave satisfied.

Service was great. Friend got a chicken burger and it was undercooked - pink the middle. They did not comp meal or even a drink. I had the steak frites and steak was pretty tough though it was cooked medium rare. Would like to see food quality improve.

Moxie's has a lot of competition on St. Albert Trail and let me tell you, they are out here swinging for the fences with their fantastic staff... Like, sometimes it can be easy to forget about the little things, but not here. Most requests the staff will go out of their way to fulfill and I mean, they do not have to, it is not a requirement, yet they do. Meal wise, at first glance, I really did not know what to expect from Moxie's outside of the grill and I was pleasantly surprised by their wide variety of items, all of which are done well. To be frank, my steak could of been a bit bigger for the price I feel, but for the service I received here, I do not mind. Definitely dress up a bit if you are going out for supper, as you might stick out like a soar thumb in the crowd, but otherwise this is a great option for lunch and drinks. My husband and I went for date night to Moxie’s. Bar and Grill to recharge and reconnect. The food was delicious, the Bellini’s were effing amazing, the staff were wonderful, and their service was so genuine. It may have started to rain on the patio near the end of our meal, but the Moxie’s team even put out an umbrella for us because we refused to go inside. Why? Because we were having such a great time and didn’t want it to end. Thank you again Moxie’s St. Albert for giving us with a lovely evening!

Used to like going to Moxies all the time for my favorite dish "The Steak Rice Bowl" been going there for years for it consistently. Went there Mar 2/19 and it was no longer on the menu or available. *sigh* oh well on to the next restaurant. The new menu wasn't as good as the old and I won't be back.

One of the best Moxies in the city. Good place to meet friend and eat. Average prices for lunch, you will not overeat, but will enjoy something new. We ordered the handhelds: Street Tacos and Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Awesome desserts.

Really, really good food. The enchiladas are incredible. Quick, attentive service. My friend has a serious shellfish allergy so eating out can be, not dangerous but a little iffy, and the staff went out of their way to take her seriously and accommodate, even sending a manager to our table to discuss it. VERY appreciated. Will definitely return.

We came here for late night happy hour for my birthday and received the worst service. The server kept spilling waters our table and looked annoyed when we asked for the happy hour menu. She didn’t ask how our food was and only came around to ask if we needed another round of drinks. When it came to pay, she charged us normal prices (it was happy hour) and when we asked about the happy hour menu, it took her almost 30 mins to reflect the correct prices on our bill. The final straw was when I asked about the price of the GT drink (as it was on special that night), she said “Well, it’s an expensive drink. Maybe don’t order it next time.” I was so embarrassed in front of my friends. I will never go back to this location. The service at the Kingsway location is much better.

Went to work their. Walked out that day. Four years ago this place with a filth mine. So cramped for space pans of food were being balanced and prepared on garbage cans. Walls covered in old dried blood and other grime. Moxies edmonton is to be avoided

Still not a fan of their female wait staff being required to wear heels, but that’s not my business.. just as a fellow service worker, I feel bad for their poor feet. ANYWAY, we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, they were very tasty! My boyfriend’s Sirloin had a bit of gristle, but overall not bad at all, and the veggies it came with were cooked perfectly. I had the veggie power bowl. A bit too much sauce, but it would have been really good otherwise. The Key Lime pie was outrageously delicious.. I will not be returning until it’s gone from the seasonal menu, as I fear for my ever growing waist line.

We visited here recently and one of our group members has severe celiac disease - the manager came out and thoroughly discussed her options and reassured her they would take every precaution necessary to ensure her safety. When the food was ready, the manager even brought her plate out himself. She said in the 5 years since she has been diagnosed, this is the first place where a manager has come out without her having to request it, and she was delighted that she felt safe enough to actually eat a meal. We were very impressed with this level of service at a Moxie's!

Honestly I'd have to nit pick to find something bad to say. The atmosphere was a bit loud considering the covid measures and reduced occupancy but not enough to detract from our enjoyment.

I always go to the Kingsway location at lunch time, right by my work. I went to visit a friend last week and suggested we went for an early dinner at this location. I was very disappointed and embarrassed of my suggestion. Our waitress was very nice, yet she seemed tired and over worked, and took forever to bring us our bill at the end. My food was cold and flavourless, and the fries were bland and not salted enough. There was also something hard in my burger that was definitely NOT supposed to be there or perhaps it was from something else, so I asked to speak to a manager and our waitress proceeded to say she would "grab her" and pointed her out doing something on the computer screen, and that she would "be right over in a moment". I picked it out and left it on the side, and I eventually forgot about it since I don't think our waitress ever got her - or she just never came. The "manager" she pointed out was also definitely not a manager, likely just another server as she was dressed unprofessionally, had comic book looking coloured tattoo sleeves and coloured hair and clothing. This made her look unhygienic, out of place and unprofessional, and I am confused as to why management would allow their waitresses to present themselves like so. At least our waitress was very cleaned up. At the end, there was a hostess standing at the front door and made eye contact with us as we were leaving, yet did not say goodbye or ask how anything was - which they do everywhere else I go, including the other Moxies location. Since everything is overpriced on the menu it should at least be worth it. Will not be coming back.

Overpriced for portion size. Soup is $8. We ordered it as our main course and the portion size we were served looked like a smaller side. Definitely bad value for money. Same soup, same size, same quality would have been half the price at Subway across the parking lot. It wasn't even good. I've had better from Safeway.

Honestly dinner was unexpectedly impressive. Moxie's is a franchise so I figured the food would at least be ok but our dishes came out fast and they tasted like whoever was in the kitchen really cared about making the food. I had the beef dip and my wife had the chicken Alfredo and a Bellini. Would recommend this location for anyone looking for a great meal at a good price.

Great food, great atmosphere. Prompt service. My only complaint is upon seating us I sat in something wet and our hostess laughed it off saying "oh it's probably just water" PROBABLY? SO.... WE don't know?. We immediately requested another seat. Later in the meal the manager came over with a card to bring my dry cleaning receipt in for reimbursement. The manager also comped our dessert. Overall it was good

The best restaurant experience my family and I have had in a long time. Everything from the greeting to dessert was outstanding! Carlos, our server, was diligent and attentive. The food creations brought out by Chef Silver were phenomenal not just in presentation but also in an amazing combination of flavours. My twelve year old son raved about the Tuna Sushi Stack and the Pork Miso Ramen. The ingredients were fresh in everything from the pico de galo salsa to the loaded burger. When Chef Silver came out to serve the dessert and pour the warm toffee glaze on the French vanilla ice cream, I was more than impressed with the quality of food and service that we received. This has definitely become our new favourite restaurant.

Celebrated my husband's birthday tonight at Moxie's and caught the happy hour which was a bonus for us! The restaurant was clean and inviting, seats comfy and well lit. Ryland our server was friendly and attentive! He came and took our drink orders a few minutes after we sat down! Which was fantastic!! We started off with a few appies dry ribs and fish tacos YUM! YUM! We didn't have to wait too long! ???? For our main course, we ordered steak frites, chicken pasta with mushroom sauce and burger and fries. All the portions were great! All the dishes was tasty hot and plated pleasantly. Because it was my husband's birthday he was given a complimentary dessert, a bit of brownie which was delicious! I almost forgot to take some pictures so some of the dishes we had started eating already! ????‍♀️LOL We will definitely go again.

How did we get three different servers today with no explanation of why this happened. Slow service took a ling time to get out food order in. No quality check from any server on how our food or drinks were. The lounge and restaurant wasnt even busy so it cant be because it's a Saturday night and it was a full house that's why service was slow. They were quick to bring the debit machine though. Why is the third server that never served us tonight presenting the bill? Is it not bad enough that we've had 2 servers that rarely served us. Theres no customer service this way. Was excited to make moxies our destination tonight but now I regret it.

Coming here I know that I will always have a good meal! They are awesome when it comes to food allergies and the manager will come out and discuss your meal with you to make sure that they get it exactly correct. They are also great about making changes to any dish and won’t charge you extra for it.

I have always loved Moxies. My favourite meal is the broccoli cheddar soup and salad. The Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps are also amazing. This time I had the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni. Sooooooo good. Great staff. Friendly and attentive. Prices are creeping higher and higher. $13 min for an app; $20+ for entrees. However, the food was great so it was worth the price for a special occasion meal.

This place was decent, forgotten drinks a couple of times where she had to say what did you want again. The 10oz Angus wasn't cooked like I asked. The atmosphere was good to be in. The birthday dessert wasn't like we were told and found out when we brought it home. Not sure if I will be back after spending 300 for the night I thought it was going to be way better. The Kingsway location was better than this location.

I’ve eaten at various Moxie’s many times in the last 10-15 years, and have always enjoyed it. Historically, I've appreciated the variety of menu options for a decent price. I’d say in *general,* the experience is 4 stars. As someone who was just recently diagnosed with food sensitivities, however, I now see restaurants from a different perspective. Moxies’ availability of gluten- and dairy-free options are limited compared to other restaurants at a similar price point. I spotted the lettuce bun burger on the menu, and decided pairing that with a salad was a safe bet. Even then, I needed some modifications — I asked if I could substitute the salad’s edamame (soy sensitivity) with avocado, to have olive oil instead of vinaigrette, and to remove all sauces/condiments from the burger (all sauces have something in them I can’t consume). After our server took my group’s orders, a different server came back and went through a list of “may contain“ risks. So what I thought was going to be an allergen-free meal suddenly turned into deciding which allergen I wanted to risk ingesting. Thankfully, the meal didn’t leave me feeling ill, but clearly my options are limited here now. In addition to being behind the times with society’s overall increase in food allergies, I found this particular Moxie‘s location to be a bit disorganized — I’m not sure if that was just the case on this day or if it is par for the course at this location, as I’ve only been to this location once before. At 3:30pm, we made a reservation for 5 PM for 14 people. When we showed up, even though the dining room was empty, the table was not ready. We were told that they'd been waiting to see if we wanted the patio or inside, but I feel like this is a question that should have been asked at the time we made the reservation. We chose indoors due to a colleague‘s sensitivity to the forest fire smoke, and the space was over-air-conditioned for most of us. The server didn’t seem to recognize the type of drink a colleague had ordered until she explicitly pointed it out on the menu. They were out of some ingredients, and one of my colleagues ended up ordering a different meal. Additionally, I had to ask twice for my salad’s avocado. The second time I asked, I clarified that I was willing to pay the extra charge that often comes with avocado, if that’s why I wasn’t getting it. That being said, I was still surprised when I saw my bill to find that I was being charged $2.50 for 1/4 of an avocado. I’m pretty sure I can get more avocado at Subway for under $1. And considering all the things I had to have removed from my meal, one would think they’d have cut me some slack. Overall, not my best Moxie’s experience.

Decided to take my mom for supper. She picked Moxie's. The closest location is the North Edmonton one so we go. We sat on the bar side as it was immediate sitting. Picked a table, sat down, and waited for our server. 15 minutes go by and nothing. In the mean time, 3 other table have sat down, had their drinks brought to them and we looking at menus. Decided to give them 5 more minutes and the benefit of the doubt. 5 minutes came and went and by this time one of the table were just giving the waitress their food. At this point we'd had enough. I went to speak with the manager while my mom grabbed her things. Just as the manager comes out the waitress finally approaches my mom. At that point we'd had enough. I informed the manager of the situation and that we were leaving. He was apologetic but didn't seem to care much. We went down the road to The Keg and were seated immediately at the bar. Had a Waitress within a minute and had an amazing dining experience there. It's going to be a while before Moxie's gets my business again and this isn't the first time we've had service issues. PS. The Keg gave my mom free dessert which just goes to show they actually care about their customers.

Colleen is the worst manager I have ever seen in a restaurant establishment. She does not respect her employees very poor word choice does not know how to be an affect and professional manager very disappointed in the fact that in this day and age we still have people like that who are arrogant and disrespectful. I and many of my family/coworkers and friends will never eat at that place again until a new manager is put in her place. Ended up at this Moxies after having a bad experience at the Moxies on Kingsway. The eight of us were all seated together right away on a Saturday evening around the busiest times. Myself, family and friends have dined at this location quite often since it opened, however, last Thursday was the absolute worse dining experience dining anywhere. We went to the bar section to have supper, sat waiting and watched the server flirting the whole time with two diners, totally ignoring us. I will say that is was really fast (they are by a movie theater so they would have to be) and that the drink was good. A solid enh though. My husband and I frequently visit this location in Northwest Edmonton from our home in Athabasca when we visit the city every once in awhile. Last week was probably our fourth time being served by Ashley. She recognized us right away and said that she was happy to be helping us again. I told her that I am always in awe of how she is always so busy but can manage her time so well. She must have had ten tables when we were there but still managed to socialize with us and make us feel welcome and make sure her other tables were good too! There was a manager that my husband and I recognized as well. The manager and Ashley were smiling a lot together, which shows us that Moxie's is clearly a great work environment for staff. However, the food was not excellent during this experience. The brownie (which is usually to die for) was extremely hard and frankly disappointing. The taste is always great, but we feel like there's constant price increases and we aren't getting as much bang for our buck anymore. Although the patio has closed for our long dreadful winter we are excited to return because they have clearly renovated their patio which looks nice. I am excited to try the new menu items that our server was talking about... they sound very innovative and exciting. Moxies is lucky to have such a genuine hardworking young woman working for them. We would come back to this location just for her. You go girl!!!

I have been dining at this location for well over a decade but in the more recent years the menu and food has declined I ordered and only finished 1 item on the plate the rest was just unappetizing and in all honesty the steak I only finished cause I was out for father's day dinner with the family and I was seriously hungry. But now reflecting on the meal I can give my honest opinion based on my experience.

Food is alright, not amazing for the price. Had some pretty bad service here. Needed drink refills for over 15 minutes and when we finally caught her to ask for the bill it took her another 15 mins to bring it to us, then another 5 to grab the debit machine. It would be alright if the place was full, but there were only two other tables and she was messing around with her co workers, everyone else's tables were also ignored.

It's unfortunate to see the effect these past couple of years have had on the dining options in North Edmonton. I was trying to meet with the owner of our company for a business lunch and thought that Moxies, being an elevated dining experience, would allow us to discuss business matters with ease. We, and another table were the only ones present at the time, in which case we asked for the blaring, pop/club, music to be turned down slightly. The server was friendly enough, but the individual who decided to make a statement at our table was oblivious to any form of proper etiquette or consideration. Let's be clear, she came by after the music was turned down to blame us for being over sensitive to the atmosphere she wanted to create. We decided to stay, because the music was turned down. Our food and drinks were served, and halfway through eating, the music was cranked up again. Even louder this time. The poor server had no explanation and we were left having to listen to this individual again, come right up to our table, attempting to uproot our half eaten food so that she could enforce her way? I was at a loss of words. Not once did we argue or speak disrespectful to this person. All I could muster to get her to leave was "it's rude to take someone's half eaten food to another table" I hope she one day realizes the fundamentals of the hospitality industry, and hopefully soon as to not bombard other people as they try to conduct business or enjoy a quality experience. I hope this review finds you well, however I cannot recommend this location if we risk having to deal with this sexist, bigot again.

On a downward slide The building looks run down, rips in several chairs, the floors need replaced and the windows look like they were washed with the floor mop. The food was below average. We had the fish a street tacos. The wraps were dry and stale and very little flavor. The service was less then attentive. Management needs an audit.

Clean, friendly server, OK wait time for lunch. The food was good but not as described on the menu which is important for those with food sensitivities or allergies. I had a salad that did not include onions on the menu, but while other veg were left out, red onions were included which I have a sensitivity too so I was left having to pick them all out before I could eat or risk the chance of getting violently ill afterwards. Very dissapointed by that. **Review edited to note that the onions were the only item in the dish not listed on the menu. I've never had this issue anywhere else, so I'll just avoid Moxies in the future. Thank you for your response.

Just left...... there was 4 of us. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was really good as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to lack of access to the wheelchair accessible ramp. The ramp is actually IN FRONT of the handicap parking stalls so if someone parked there you can't use the ramp. The ramp should always be marked off as no parking directly in front of it so it's never blocked and then the handicap stalls to either side of it We has access to it today because it wasn't to busy when we were there but twice before in the past when we've been there we couldn't use the ramp. That should be fixed so it's more inclusive. Update: In response to Managers reply..... thank you, it is greatly appreciated!

It was very busy, yet they still were able to seat a table of five adults right away, even though the movie theater just got out. Food was quick, a few problems, but mostly taken care of. I would def try them out again, I don't believe one visit can accurately describe a restaurant some times. And like I said, it was mostly great, just one little negative, but they also made sure to try their very best to fix it, so no worries.

I had a really good experience to start with... then a few things happened that I wasn't to impressed about, I won't get into detail. When I talked to the general manager Dustin he made everything better. Dustin is an absolute professional and great guy. He offered to pay for our whole bill and I refused. I don't like to complain, even though I said no to any discounts he paid for half of our bill and gave us a 50 dollar gift card. I will be back as I have had nothing but exceptional service from this place prior to covid. I really appreciate everything Dustin and I will be back soon!! Earlier today I met a client for lunch at Moxies 137th. I was pleasantly greeted by the Manager Amy-Jo on my arrival. Lunch was great and the service was excellent. The Manager stopped by several times to ensure that everything was fine at our table. This was very much appreciated and not the level of service that I would expect or typically see at a chain restaurant. This was my 1st visit to this Moxies location. Amy-Jo made me feel important - which I'm not, in reality I'm just another customer. However, I was very much impressed! (and I don't give out compliments very often)

The bar in this place plays music INCREDIBLY loud. You cannot hear anything but loud music. Asked the waitress if it was possible for the music to be turned down - she did. Not quiet, but at least I didn't have to scream at my lunch date. After 20 minutes, our order arrived, and the music went back up - louder than before. The waitress said "I asked her to turn it down and she turned it up." The manager came over and explained that the customers in the lounge expect loud music. There were 3 tables including us. It was 11:30 am. We were all yelling to be heard. She told us if we didn't like it, we could leave. Our meals had arrived. This was the manager. She couldn't have turned it down for 20 minutes for us and then turned it back up to deafening after we left? I didn't realize people coming in for lunch were expecting a dance bar atmosphere. I will never be back. It's no wonder Moxie's is going bankrupt. This is their idea of customer service? If you ask them to turn down the music, they turn it up? Is it being run by a rebellious teenager?

Wow what a great experience today. From the second we walked in we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately took us to a table outside. Our server Shay came and introduced herself to us and we had a nice 2 minute conversation before we ordered She took our drink orders, delivered them. then our food order. We had perfect service the whole time we were there The manager came by the table and said hi and made sure we had a great meal. We came here with my family for me and my husbands anniversary. The manager Wes was very professional and friendly. The server he selected for our reservation was extremely nice and did a fantastic job with serving our table she really made our anniversary dinner special for us and our kids! The food was so good and when one of our sons couldn’t eat his food because it was too spicy for him they replaced it with a different dish free of charge and was very professionally handled. The GM, Tianna, is very friendly and you can tell she is sincere in her guest interactions. Came here to have lunch with my friend for her birthday in September 2021. Our meals took a bit to come out but not too long because the manager, AJ hastened things up for us as my friend had to go to her appointment soon after our lunch date. AJ also gave us a slice of yummy cheesecake in celebration of my friend's birthday. AJ is a very friendly and courteous manager and we were very grateful to have met her that day also offering us a tuna sushi stack to us the next time we visit because we really wanted to try it but didn't have enough time to do so. Thank you, AJ and staff for the great service. Hope to visit again soon!

Nice place and staff. We went there for supper. I hadn't been there for years. 3 stars - steak tasted like the grill, it was difficult to find its flavor if that makes any sense. I like to taste the juicy goodness of a quality cut of meat. For a $40 plate we expected more. It wasn't horrible but to us it was at most a $25 meal. We didnt send it back because it's often more of a hassle than it's worth. Who wants to eat alone or have their food get cold while the kitchen fixes the problem? We also had wings and the burger. No complaints on those, they were good.

The service was phenomenal. Staff were happy to be working again for sure. The meal however was another matter. I ordered sweet potato fries and chicken fingers. It was evident that both were refried as the fries were shrivelled up and greasy and the chicken was hard and shrivelled. I paid $63. (Including tip) for a meal for 2 people. It’s not the servers fault - it’s the kitchen! I would be ashamed to serve that kind of a meal.

Server disappeared after giving us our food and we couldn't find her in order to get more drinks. Really needed the drinks as my club sandwich was very dry and my son was having a spicy burger. She finally showed up after we finished eating because we didn't want to wait any longer. Amazing how she visited us 3 times in 5 minutes when it was time to pay our bill!!! Won't be back. FOLLOW UP: Was contacted by the general manager same day I did this review. I would definitely give the manager 5 stars for her following up and taking my complaint seriously. I felt that she really cared and took pride in the restaurant and making sure her customers had positive experiences. We will give the restaurant another try.

They have one of the best dessert in Edmonton ! Sticky toffee pudding ???? i would recommend that to each and every one of you. One order can be shared between 2-3 adults. I would love to see biriyani ribs back in their menu though...but still sticky toffee pudding is The Dessert !

Very disappointed in my brunch item I had yesterday. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and was surprised it wasnˋt served on an English Muffin - just a half slice of toast. The eggs were cooked okay but the sauce was quite runny. The potatoes were so heavily spiced with pepper that I couldnˋt eat them due to burning in my mouth. I did mention to the waitress but only got a sorry. No offer to bring anything as a substitute or a new batch of potatoes without seasoning. Probably wonˋt be back.

Our server was Paige - we told her we needed a few more minutes with the menu, and we watched her hang out in the kitchen through the window for 20 minutes...chatting and yawning. Then watched her attend to 2 other tables that got there after us. Service was lacking. And - it was cold and dreary outside, and the AC was cranked.

Not your average Moxie's right here, our server Parker was friendly and prompt with our drinks/food, made a small mistake while punching in my food but admitted his mistake and corrected it very quickly. My mom had complained about the heat where we seated and the manager went above and beyond and brought a fan downstairs from the offices to cool my mom down(keep in mind it was completely dead, might not get that service every time) but the food is typical Moxie's tastes the same no matter where you are in Edmonton.

I was surprised how good it was, really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Service was good. I thought a bit prices were high but after enjoying the meal so much, I thought it was a fair price.
