Was very happy with my Microblading done by susan. Very professional services . Also got my nails done by Tina Pham. She does a very good job and quick. I called in last min to book and she got me in quick to do my nails. I only had 40 mins before my next meeting and she finish my nails on time. They also have a bar and host bridal party. Atmosphere of the salon is deceiving. I asked for a spa pedi and was charged $90. No massage at all! I was left in the chair for over 20 minutes before I finally asked “am I done?” The lady came over and said sure. Uh okay, why was I left here? I was extremely disappointed in their service. I think animals get better treatment than I got at that place. When I was getting the pedicure the person went too hard and cut me, I realized that I didn’t see where they took the implements they were using. No sterilization whatsoever. When we went to the manicure, I noticed that the sterilization machine was unplugged, the way that the person was pulling each finger was not gentle at all. I went to get my nails done for my birthday and the nail tech that did my nails didn't cut my nails before she applied the acrylic nails on. My nails were in so much pain I got them removed after 5 days. Paid $90 for terrible service... I thought this was a spa? Never got offered anything to drink. Didn't feel relaxing at all. Will not be going back to this place and I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to go here ever.

I have been going to Hi Tech Nails for many years. I’ve alway have a good time here. One of the things I always recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family’s . Every person I recommend Hi Tech too always had a great time here. I am a doctor, therefore I am very particular when it comes to getting my nails done. I totally loved my nails everytime I get them done at Hi Tech Nails. Great customer services no rush jobs and alway comes out withe what I wanted. The recent renovation and updates to the shop is a big thumbs up. A lot of new products has been added. This is definitely my fave salon to go too and I recommend everyone.

Absolutely loved the group party we had today. There was 8 of us this morning , we each got a mani and pedi . All of the tech is really good at doing nails. Tina Pham and Tracy are very good at doing design nails. So many colour options , and they have a bar. They offered us a free bottle of Red Wine. The price is really good and loved the pedicures. Hi-tech is my go to nail salon. Recently I went and the nails were not quite what I wanted but I had no time to get them fixed as I had gone on my break at work so I had to rush to get back and just accept them as they were. Hi-tech reached out and booked me in with Tina to fix them to exactly how I wanted them right away. The original nails were well done, fantastic shape and everything, just not what I had originally wanted. The fixed set is absolutely perfect thanks to Tina. Fantastic customer service, and the nails are always very nice & don’t peel off right away. I will continue to recommend Hi-tech to people.

My friend and I came in and were super excited to get pampered and get our nails done and were pretty disappointed at how little care went into the the manicures. I dropped a lot of money to get the full manicure and pedicure, but both of our manicures were jaggedie (not nicely filed down) and they did not put the UV light to help my friends nail polish to dry. Then when the polish got wrecked, instead of taking the time to redo the nail, they just applied more polish on top of the wrecked nailed. The drinks were nice, but to drop $300 on what you plan to be this lovely treat yourself experience and leave with jaggedie, messed up nail polish it’s a bummer. I think that they booked too many appointments back to back and so it felt very rushed. :(

Super happy with the services I got today. There was 7 of us. We all got a combo and everyone loved their nails set. Really sanitary salon. All our pedicure seats were covered with liners , the tub was covered with liners. Even the chair were all covered. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Tina Pham did my nails. Not only were they fast but they are very beautiful. I would recommend his salon to anyone. Very clean open space salon with a lot of design.

I came with my sister to get her nails done. She showed the nail tech what she wanted on a picture. From the moment we sat down the nail tech was rushing. For half the time she was on her phone talking to someone. Then the other half she was talking to Coworkers. when it came to apply the colour she messed up what my sister wanted. So my sister corrected her and she got mad and told my sister that she needed to tell her sooner and that she was consfusing her. it would have been fine if the end producted looked good however they were so thin and see through they looked awful. My sister called to complain about them and the same girl answered she asked to speak to a manger but the girl refused. my sister asked to get them fixed and the girl said she could come back but my sister has a 5 month old baby and was leaving to bc the next day so she asked if she could come back when she go back. The lady said no. I would not recommend coming here at all. Every customer in there was no impressed with the service. it’s a waste of money coming here you will just end up having to get them fixed somewhere else. So save yourself time and money and go to some place who will give you good service and good product. Not someone who rushes gives you awful nails then doesn’t accommodate to fix them. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I got dip powder nails done, an ombré French tip and it’s not exactly what I wanted.. but I know the tech who worked on me tried her hardest. Maybe I have to try out a different lady. i swear by this place! sometimes it’s a little busy but they have couches to wait on and you can pick your color while you’re waiting. i always get my nails done here and i love them every time. staff are nice and professional. the vibe and aesthetic of the whole place is really amazing and they even have little pink kid chairs for kids who want a pedicure. i definitely recommend getting your nails done here.

This is the whole life worst salon experience ever happen to me. Just a kindly reminder for everyone you are trying to get your eyebrows done here that please check the pictures i attached. These eyebrows are ruining my face, and i can’t describe how frustrated i am, i don’t know how to face other people even. 1. The eyebrow technician did really bad job 2. She was working on my eyebrows and at the same time she go back and forth to deal with her nail customer. I don’t know if this is even legal to do it this way. 3. The girl and the whole team includes their manager never said a sorry after the whole bad experience. NEVER GO HERE GET TATOO EYEBROWS!!!!

Do not go here! Just went for a new set had an appointment first time being here, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted she started, then 5 minutes in she decided to take a phone call for 25 minutes she continued my nails. She started the color and I realized she had painted the nail i didnt want painted and then she said you need to tell me exactly what you want tou confuse me. Well if she wasnt so distracted on the phone and talking she would of remembered the picture. She finished my nails and I paid and left I had to rush home because I have a new baby that's breastfed tjats why I made an appointment. I came home and looked at my nails and the sides are jagged the polish to my cuticles aren't straight the tips are see through I'm not happy. So I phoned to speak with a manager and she said they were gone so I said I would call back tomorrow. She then proceeded to ask what I need and I said I'm not happy with my nails . She offered me to come back tonight but I cant as I have a new baby and I leave for a trip tomorrow for a week and she said we cant fix after a week as we dont know what you did to your nails , I said I have pictures of my nails right now and she didnt understand, I said I would call back tomorrow for a manager and said they are barely in and will tell me after a week there's no fixing what do you want a manager to do, I told her my tips of the nails weren't painted and she said they dont paint them because they change the shape, everywhere I have been always makes sure they are perfect this was a very rushed job and very poor customer service

My other salon was closed today. So I deduced to check out Hi Tech Nails. A lot of my friend refer me to them also. I got a new set today by Tina Pham. I usually so much for work that is not even that good compare to Hi Tech Nails. I thought I was getting a food nails set until I go to this salon. They are simply the best at what they do. I will be returning back and be coming back with my gf.

Went on a Sunday for a pedicure and it was pretty busy. Got attended to right away. They were fast, friendly, professional and had three of the cutest little pups running about. I would recommend and I would definitely go back! They did a great job!

I had booked an appointment with Tracy but when I got to the salon I was given a different nail tech that didn’t know how to do gel nails and insisted on giving me acrylic, which I didn’t want. She refused to give me the shape I wanted and rushed the whole appointment. I left without the design and shape I asked for and nails that were not of a good quality. There was also a dog that a staff member brought to the salon which wouldn’t have been a problem if I wasn’t allergic to animals however I don’t think a nail salon is the safest place for a dog considering all of the chemicals in the place. Over all I thought it was quite disorganized and staff didn’t treat the facility like it was a place of work.

Had a mani and pedi the other day and really enjoyed my experience here.The salon is very welcoming and most importantly, very clean! Pedicure bathtub was lined with a disposable plastic liner for each client and tools used were sterilized. Love my gel mani design as well! The artist was very patient with me as I explained what I wanted and recreated the photos I showed her really well! A huge plus is that they have a cocktail bar here, so we enjoyed some bubbly with our services. Highly recommended!

I got gel nails done and they are chunky and do not look good, I chose this salon because of the great reviews and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The girl I had kept rolling her eyes whilst doing my nails and was rushing to finish them. I do not recommend coming here to get your nails done. Poor attitude from all the employees.

Susan did my Lash today , amazing results she is simply one of the best. I also got my nails done by Tina Pham , Tina was very good she did a 3d design on my nails. EVERYONE alway ask me where i get my nails done. Super spacious salon with a retails store next door also. There over 3000 colours options and i don't know where to begin !!! I lived in the southside and drive to book appointment with Tina .

My friend and I was here on the weekend. Our nails was beautiful, the shape and design was on point. They have so many deisng and colour in stock. There was people sitting at the avr watching the hockey game and having a drink. Super cool salon. I highly recommend to anyone. Tina pham did my nails. She did a very good job.
