The bar man is very nice, when I first came to Canada, they explained how to adapt to the local culture, and said some things that were worth seeing. I would recommend to go here when you want to talk to people, or if you just came in Chicoutimi for the first time.

There are often shows by local groups, ranging from blues to folk. What distinguishes this small bar is its warm atmosphere around a table in winter or around a fire outside during summer. C'est un endroit chaleureux situé en bas d'une belle petite auberge. La sélection des bières et forts est très bonne. Il y a souvent des spectacles de groupes locaux, allant du blues au folk. Ce qui distingue ce petit bar est son ambiance chaleureuse autour d'une table en hiver ou autour d'un feu à l'extérieur durant l'été. I went there the day before St-Jean-Baptiste and there was a fire outside, petancles games and even a few people playing music in a garage (with the door open so it created a scene! ) The beer is good, the service is good and the fun is guaranteed! There is a cachet in this bar because it has been fitted out and renovated in an old house. Very pleased to go there. (Original) Vraiment une belle place! J'y suis allée la veille de la st-jean-baptiste et il y avait un feu dehors, des jeux de petancles et même quelques personnes qui jouaient de la musique dans un garage (avec la porte ouverte donc ça créait y une scène!) La bière est bonne, le service est bon et le plaisir est garanti! Il y a un cachet dans ce bar car il a été aménagé et rénové dans une vieille maison. Très plaisait d'y aller.
