Money well spent on a very classy ambiance and service. The smoked cocktail is a must try at least for its novelty.

I had the pleasure of a nice slow 4-course meal with a couple of glasses of wine at Circa 27 last night. I started with the “carrots and beets”, then the cauliflower soup, a pork burger and delicious cheesecake to finish. Everything was very skillfully assembled, bringing in a lot of local ingredients and very carefully chosen other flavours. Highly recommended.

BOTH stars go to the kitchen. Unfortunate when a beautiful dish is spoiled by bad service (pickles are amazing, cannot emphasize enough how devastating the service was).... and a HUGE thank you to the Keg for giving a MASSIVE upturn to the evening (I was so upset by the service at C27 that I didn't even bother asking for more bread to eat my dish in my hotel room so I stopped at the Keg and they jumped at the opportunity to serve me without question to offer me their sourdough... That's service!) ...lol, JUST opened my take-home to find out they didn't even pack up half my dish... just don't go, surely Regina has better to offer

Lovely renos and a super chic place to have drinks or a meal. I recently spent 10 days at the Hotel Sask, so I spent a lot of time at Circa 27! ;) When I lived in Regina, almost 9 years ago now, the hotel was still the old school style, so it was nice to see the renos in person, which are still holding up well. Chairs are soft, big and comfortable, and it makes the lounge a really cozy place to hang out. The menu, while smaller than it used to be, is still really diverse and has some great plates on it. I particularly liked the Cobb Salad and the Grain Bowl with added salmon. The drinks are wonderful and beautifully presented. Every weekday at 6pm, the train whistle blows and a free whiskey shot is distributed to everyone in the lounge. Very cute and bespoke experience.

Good food ruined by the undelivered promise of vintage hotel opulence. Service deteriorated until non-existent, closing time changed on a whim, & under-staffing is a huge problem (2/5).

The cocktails are excellent. The beer selection leaves more to be desired but you're drinking at one of the more upscale places in the city. Prices are fair for the quality of the drinks. While the lounge may be considered dated, it fits the clientele (+50 year old business people who still carry cash and wear dad sneakers). If you're looking for a trendy, modern and upscale bar to "experience Regina" I would not recommend. There is a lot of potential but the heavy history of the hotel holds this lounge back. If your looking to grab a drink with your parents after your convocation from your local university or college and have little or no debt because you won the affluent lottery this is the place. I suspect you won't be staying for more than one, I didn't.

It is a shame I can only give it 5 stars. Erin, the all-star bartender, is all you need. Not only she will tell you the right food to order from the menu, but she will also blow your mind with her cocktails. Feel free to come in and order your favourite drink, because Erin will nail it. But if you want a real experience, you need to leave it to the expert. Tell her what your favourite drink is and ask her to surprise you. The only guarantee I can give you is that your (former) favourite drink will be no match. Now, if you are not in the exploring mood, just ask her for the Circa 27 or the Perfect Boulevardier, otherwise let her guid your experience. Funny enough the drinks are quite reasonabily priced (12-14 bucks per) and trust me, you'll want a few... Othe than that, the atmosphere is fantastic and classy, food is great. Cheers and enjoy.

Great service. Really interesting, tasty menu (try the toasties). Salads are close to the best salads I’ve ever had. Trout Burger was excellent.

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a few days at the Hotel Sask in Regina and were thrilled by the great service and excellent meals at Circa 27. I have a soy allergy and my daughter is a vegetarian and Chef Dustin and the multi-tasking Jodie made sure we ate well while dazzling us with delicious food. I have never eaten a tastier salad. It was heart warming to see many familiar faces in the restaurant and at the desk. Staff like Chantelle and Jodie have become part of our annual trip over many years.

Good little bar located in the Hotel Saskatchewan. Staff was nice, and a great place for a quick drink before you go out

Good food but poor wine list taking into account the reputation of the Hotel. Setting is way too casual for a dining room in a grand hotel. Service is decent. Overall it falls below my expectation in light of the fact that it is located in one of the establishment hotel in Canada.

Staff and chefs were great. However, my gf and I were extremely disappointed to pay $34 per person for an ok brunch like that. We were visiting family and picked up the bill and couldnt believe it was $200 for the 6 of us. We wont be back or recommend as the quality didnt come close to the cost. We could've ate a great meal at a fancy restaurant for that price. Do yourself a favour and check out some of the other places that offer breakfast or brunch and save yourself some money. It's sad to post this review cuz I love the vibe of the place but not at that price.

Good location. Good enough food and cocktails. Beer selection is narrow.

Had a lovely dinner experience here. The month of June burger was an absolute delight!! The beef belly on top was a great touch and well seasoned. They were able to accommodate some changes to the meal with no problem or extra fee. The bartender had some excellent food suggestions. The dessert I had was quite rich; it didn’t quite hit the spot. But overall, I’d recommend this lobby bar to anyone who is staying at the hotel, and even to those who aren’t.
