We had a soup and ceasar salad, alfredo and a beef bowl. The beef bowl was pretty tasty, but portion small for price. The soup lacked serious flavour. Campbells thai soup has by far more flavour and would highly recommed they switch. My ten year old also complained that her alfredo lacked flavour. Even the iced tea was flavourless. Had the meal been half of the cost, I wouldnt be as dissapointed. Leaving feeling like i should have went to a fast food joint and actually had something with flavour, is extremley upsetting. Dont live in the area, but if I did I would never return. Only giving 2 stars because my husband thought his burger was good

My daughter & I went for lunch back in Sept.. and honestly I was a little disappointed. Service was ok/ wouldn't say great.. It took about 10mins to get our drinks(Water & Ice Tea) and 40mins to get our orders brought out to us! (We ordered Burgers)

Don't go for lunch if you want to eat. Just went to Brown's in the east. After waiting 40 minutes for our food asked how long and was told another 10 minutes... which accounts for most people's entire lunch hour, so cancelled the order. Thank goodness the manager had enough sense not to offer a discount on the one drink we had. Hopefully the $7.50 they got from me makes up for this post and the next 30 years of patronage.

Stop by around 3:30 pm and they just started their happy hour. Shareables were great we had dynamite sushi, calamari and dry ribs. All came at the same time and fresh from the kitchen. Thanks to the discount we only paid $42 for 3 good size appetizers a beer and a ceasar. Great way to unwind after your workday :)

We went to this place to celebrate a friend's birthday, the place is nice and well-maintained. The yam fries were great, quesadilla was okay, wings were not very great they could be better, the pasta was good- we liked it, noodle bowl also turned out fine. The Dragon bowl was okay, seems like an overrated dish, too less of a quantity. Overall a 3.5 or 4.

It's Okay. Well, the decor is new and stylish, a fusion of roadhouse and bistro.... but the service is slow and it's not really clear that they really care whether they have customers or not. If you're too young, you get attention, if you're not, you're forgotten. Maybe it's different for different times of day. Let's hope.

I picked up an order for takeout and was tempted to stay for a drink. Atmosphere is great and drinks look good. The prices are fair for pub type food. The chicken fettuccini and Hollywood Burger were fantastic, the side Caesar Salad and garlic toast tasted slightly off but all things considered its my next stop for eating in. Great food and fair prices. Hoping I am compelled enough by a good experience to update my review once I dine in.

We went for lunch on valentine's day at 3pm and had the place to ourselves. Often the food or service suffers when you go between meal times but both were excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. The appys came fast and the entrée came hot and fresh. We were full but the server talked is into the brownie desert. So good!

Meal was excellent for everyone in my party of five. Health protocols in place. I was extremely disappointed in my Social Soda, however. I have been getting these drinks for years (starting back when they were $4). These drinks are now up to $6.50, and tonight the cocktail was mostly ice & the Bellini slush was pretty much non-existent. When I mentioned it to the waitress there was no attempt made to fix it. It was just a bummer.

One star for the server being friendly and competent. Overpriced and skimpy corporate cookie-cutter restaurant chain based on my experience. Paid $18 (before tax) for a totally average pub burger, and a few fries -- served not on the plate but in a little stainless steel cup. I'm guessing like this was a "clever" way to cut potato costs by 50%. Ketchup was served literally 1 teaspoon at a time in another tiny stainless dish. Asking for and receiving extra ketchup required about 15 minutes at which point I was given another teaspoon. My Diet Coke was served in a super thin tumbler that I'm pretty sure held about half a can worth of pop. This didn't stop them from filling it to the brim with ice though. Seemed like about two sips before I was empty and had to wait 15 minutes for another 10¢ worth of drink. Everything felt as cheaped out as possible with prices inflated to the maximum. I plan to avoid Browns for the rest of my days.

I was very glad to hear than Browns had a veggie burger, and several other vegan and vegetarian options! The burger was absolutely excellent, so flavorful and the fries were top notch. I must say that the waiting staff exhibit the utmost patience and friendly demeanor. My friend and I are very picky, (albeit apologetic) eaters, and no one blinked an eye at our custom orders. The atmosphere at Browns is very classy, yet cozy. At 1pm the place was very quiet, and we had no wait time at all. I have eaten here several times and have not been dissapointed by a single thing. Thank you Browns Social House!

This review is 1 year late but well deserved. It was just over a year ago that a colleague and I met here for some beers and food (we both decided on the nachos). Each of us are not unfamiliar with drinking beers and each had 3 this particular night. We left satisfied but many hours later in the middle of the night I woke up and spent 30 minutes vomiting in the toilet of my hotel room. Come to find out my colleague also had the same issue that night. Either the food was bad or the beers were bad. Unforgivable!! Will never return or recommend this location

She was going to each and every customer in the restaurant but us…. Not even a eye contact. We tried to call her as well for something but she ignored us as if we were not even there and it felt really bad. What are you going to do with good food if your services depends on what kind of customers you have in your shift. Very hurtful and disappointed.

Ordered pick up and the food tasted great but my husband ordered the dragon bowl and for $20 the amount of food he got was not worth it. I had to share my supper with him because he was still hungry.

I really enjoyed my time. My friend and I went there for dinner, we had a great time there. We were there for like three hours enjoying our drinks and food l, I didn’t even realize how that time went. For drinks, we went with long island drink and social hound drink. For the dinner, we ordered parmesan fries, spicy crispy chicken sandwich and fettuccine Alfredo chicken from the mains. All the food was really delicious. The service was great too. We also got the house brownie for the dessert, it was really good. I was satisfied with the experience and the quality. The restaurant is pretty well organized and beautiful.

Went with family... after they burnt my mother in laws gyoza we waited over an hour for our mains(except for the fish and chips which were inexplicably sent over a half hour before the rest of the tables fetucine despite being a fast fry dish) when we finally received our pastas my steak Alfredo came with chicken not steak... I was then informed that it would be another hour wait for my steak and the waitress passive-aggressively suggested it was my mistake... I ended up leaving my family to finish their meal and went elsewhere
