The front entrance was tore up building materials all over had to step over stuff no clear path.Towels were very dirty not sure if they they had even been washed.The shower looked dirty with hair on it.The bed was hastily made sheets didn't look clean.

We requested early check in since we would be driving through the night and then attending a funeral. Was told they would do their best upon arrival. When we arrived no one was at the front desk and the doors were locked. When I called, they told us to come back at check in time at 2pm, no help at all. Upon checking in our room was dirty. I took several photos. The towels have stains, the shower curtain had a hole, the shower head was gross, dust on the head board, smudges on the mirror, dirty walls, etc etc. The list goes on.

My fiance and I were in town to look at houses and went to get a room at the Ramada. We entered our room and were immediately overwhelmed with a smell, not sure how to explain it. But it just filled both our lungs. We opened the window right away, dirt and dead bugs in the window sill, no screen. A guy smoking marijuana right below us. Then we went to turn on the air conditioner. It was also covered in dust and dead bugs. We entered the bathroom and the tub was disgustingly stained, still had remnants of one of the last peoples soap on the wall. The toilet seat was gross, in serious need of replacing. The fridge also had splatter of something on the front, as well as behind the entrance door on the wall there was splatter of some sort. Old blood maybe? None the less, I told my fiance we were not staying there. If that's how dirty the room was, how clean could the sheets really be? So we went right back to the front desk and cancelled our room. I got a print out saying it was cancelled. They tried to tell me that it might have been a mix up with which room was actually cleaned, but this dirt had been here a while, and the bed was made up, so I think its just lack of quality of housekeeping. This hotel needs serious updating to be able to justify paying any money to stay in these rooms.

The only thing this place had going for it was the location... arrived at 8pm, the whole family was looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was colder than the pool... decided a warm shower would be nice, not even 2 mins in and the water was cold. Breakfast...if you can call it that. Cereal was stale, waffle maker broken, no hot water for the tea bags, coffee was behind the counter and no one there to serve it. Paid cash for the room, 2 weeks later a charge showed up on my credit card. I called to have the issue rectified, to no avail, the gentleman claimed they didn't charge my card.... Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and I dont recommend it.

Due to Covid-19, the pool was closed, and no breakfast. Other than that, it was really good. The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff were great. I'd stay there again.

Hotel did not honor the Confirmed booking. We showed staff our confirmation details of Two Beds, and they tried to claim that's not how reservation received at hotel. While waiting to rooms complained of electrical issues. A friend who came in while we were explaining our issue said the aircon wasn't working. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

For it being a Ramada I was disappointed in this location. They advertise free breakfast but was not offered at the location. The room smelled of mildew (bad). I had to go buy an air freshener. There were visible liquid marks in the night tables .

Stayed here for two weeks for work. Only once did they clean the rooms. They never changed the towels Or sheets. Every time you’d have to ask for more toilet paper or shampoos and chances were you still wouldn’t get them. The pool doesn’t work and the showers heating was terrible as well. Really poorly run. Terrible management. Place should be shut down

Harry, Loveprtt, and Sam , front desk employees have been very professional and helpful . Even to the point of having a new mattress brought in when my roommate mentioned that she had a restless night because of the mattress. We were so impressed , had to share my feelings about these young professionals . Thank you for a terrific experience .

For the price it was a Clean room and staff was really nice, had air conditioning. Was here for a month and didn't have any issues. They were doing renovations at the time of my stay.

called to book here asked 3 times about pool and hot tub open or I dont want to book was assured it was open so grandkids could enjoy even told me to enjoy the pool and relax got there IT IS CLOSED nobody cared I wanted to cancel and go someplace more kid friendly but I would get charged anyways --not happy will never go to ramadas again.....paid for nothing couldnt even play in the parkinglot ---- with no pool this is not kid friendly place to be this is why I asked and confirmed 3 times when I booked soooooooo angry.

Bathtub looks like it wasn’t scrubbed for a while. So much weed was smoked in the room I got high as soon as I walked in… at least I’ll sleep good I guess. I’ll let ya’ll know if there’s a body in here later. Wish me luck.

Aside from very friendly staff , the room we stayed in was awful , had stains on sheets ,long black hair in bed & bathtub and bathroom floor, carpets were stained as were walls the amount of lint behind tv and night stand was astonishing. Definitely will not stay again & the pics were nothing like they have posted on their web site . We would of left , but everywhere was full . Would love to post pics of this very dirty place , didn’t even check out pool or hot tub . Yuck ????

Not able to use a hot tub or pool as the hours don't open to late 10 am. Hate to see that area. Probably filthy. They charged my credit card 192$ for a stay that should have been $95 and pet 15$ . Make sure if you stay here you pay with Expedia or app as there scammers. Will never stay there again. The pictures in advertisements are generic not this place. Very out dated and not taken care of. should not be more than $ 60 a night. Spoke to a few locals they treat staff bad and go through people.
