The view is nice and the food is worth it! From seafood to sandwich/ burgers the price is right as Bob Barker would say sometimes. The padio opens in early summer (April/ May)

Three stars because it is a pub in a small town and the only one open when we were there. Took away two stars because I was not super happy with the food. Fish and chips; Halibut was mainly batter, Cod option was dry and over cooked. Chicken on the nachos was odd and the skillet prawns were just slightly off. Caesars and beers were great.

Unbelievable that one can find excellent food in a pub! Five days 8 great meals and the quality control - they should hold seminars for some 5 star restaurants to visit.

A good sports bar and restaurant, just at the top of the ramp from the Cow Bay marinas. Get some good food and catch up on email using the Pub's WiFi while travelling through.

Amazing food, great staff, relaxed atmosphere, did i mention excellent food?? The pub atmosphere is prevalent, the balcony view is awesome. I would definitely recommend Breakers for an exceptional meal at a great price.

Great food, friendly service, and amazing views of the harbor! We saw a few seals while eating our lunch! One note is, not a lot of choices for vegetarians, although the veggie burger was very good.

Came here about a 2 months ago with 4 of my friends. Got some food and drinks. Food was a little greasy, but definitely good with a few beers. Drinks were great and for a low price. Would give it a 4 star at-least, but the female bartender who apparently is the bar manager decided to cuss out my friends. I understand that we were being loud, but it’s a pub.......................

There was not a lot of green onions on the potato boats but they were still good. The blueberry lemonade was delicious as always. They are hiring however there looked like there was a lot of servers. Also it took a very long time to get our bill.

Sat by the window and looked over the boats and Prince Rupert bay. Somehow halibut fish and chips always taste better with a beautiful view! Great beer selection incl local microbrew. French fries were crisp and seasoned well. Fish was hot, crispy and very tasty including the housemade tartar. Keep up the good work!

Hands down best view while eating and drinking. Visited here on August 26th. Went for a drink and stayed for supper. We shared the calamari while we drank and watched a seal have some fish too. Next we ordered their Szechuan Shrimp and their Wonton Soup. Both were delicious as were their beer, bellini and raspberry ice slush drink. Totally would go back for the food, views and great service.

Good food, friendly staff, and rotating drinks menu. New thing is a special lunch sheet. Great wings selection on Wednesday wings night. Yummy soup of the day and great appies. They do great calamari. There is a spectacular kale and pear salad as well. The burgers look good, but they are huge and pricey. If you're a big eater then they're for you. The fish and chips are good. And the view! You see seals and eagles on a regular basis and there is a resident kingfisher as well.

We had a couple of meals at Breakers during our recent visit to Prince Rupert. It is a great water's edge pub, the perfect place to enjoy a meal and a beer on a beautiful afternoon. We'd highly recommend it.

Despite notices saying Breakers is short staffed we were seated quickly and did not wait long for our food. Our server was so kind and sweet, and all the gals working ran a tight ship. Food was delicious, scenery is fantastic!

Came here for the Halibut & chips, haven’t been here for 8 years, it was better than remembered. Wife had the mac & cheese skillet which was excellent. Service was great, definitely recommend. Server was great & very attentive, unfortunately I didn’t get her name & they don’t wear name tags.

The selection of meals is varied and quite good. They had a nice selection of beer on tap. The service was prompt and attentive at just the right level. We were happy to find a pub where the music was played quietly in the background so that we could enjoy a conversation. Win!

Excellent service right on the waterfront. (Local) cod and chips was piping hot. Plenty of comfortable seats. It wasn't warm enough to be on the patio, but it looked like it would be great there. Clean washrooms. Park a little away since Street parking out front is limited.

Very good fish and chips. The menu has a lot of pub fare on it. They serve local craft beer. Too cool to sit on the deck today but it's a great location so I recommend that if you're in the Prince Rupert area in the summer that you visit and sit out on the deck. There is public parking up the road, so park and wander down for a pint and a snack or supper.

This is a great place to kick back, relax, have a drink and eat some good food. Surprising the Wor Wonton soup was my absolute favorite. The portion is huge and the flavor is amazing. We also had the Cod and Chips which were excellent.

The best vegetarian burger we had in three weeks in British Columbia. The vegetarian nachos are also great, but massive too - so beware! Whoever is the chef - thank you, you are amazing. We came back twice for that burger, even though we were only in Prince Rupert for one and a half days. Otherwise good drinks, good location (with harbor views), and they have darts for free (you just need to leave your id with the bar staff to make sure you don't make off with the darts). If you are vegetarian and in Prince Rupert, don't miss this (and ask for yam fries with it too - they are excellent).

Poor service, asked for a spoon, waitress came back 10 minutes later without one, pub was not busy. We were overcharged for one item, brought it to our waitresses and the bartender/managers attention, we were told sorry about that, but since you already payed we cannot make it right.

We arrived from Jasper after a long day of driving. Breakers had unreal pub food and an excellent Friday night atmosphere. My wife had the calamari tacos and I had fish n chips with beer fries....and MAN we both were in heaven. We do have simple tastes so bear that in mind! The harbour view didn’t hurt at all either. Great work Breakers Pub we will mention you to our Alberta friends! Cheers

The greatest place ever. No joke. Most amazing servers and beer menu isn't too shabby. There is one bartender, that made my heart skip a beat...a goddess. The drinks she poured came from Mt Olympus itself. She could do no wrong.
