Excellent customer service. I've dealt with Shirleen and Jay on my purchases of new appliances and their knowledge and expertise helped to determine what would work within my budget. Very happy with the choices they helped me to make We recently purchased a new washer and dryer and had major problems with the washer not draining. I contacted Greg to advise of the problem on Friday and a new set is being delivered today! The machines were defective and not the fault of The Brick. The service I received on this issue was dealt with immediately, professionally and I am a happy customer!

Bought a sectional from them... Would never purchase anything from here again. Nothing but a runaround trying to make a warranty claim for our sectional. TWICE a "new" sectional was delivered with red stains... The workers over the phone are rude. We bought the rest of furniture from leon's, and will be going there from now on!

I went to the store for buying a couch. So after selecting the product. I was told about the financing options in you can have a Do Not Pay Plan and make the payment anyway you want before 6 months. I asked if they can waive the admin fee on that. Salesgirl agreed to talk to the manager about it and after talking to the manager she said manager agreed to waive the fee. So I went ahead with the deal and let them do a credit check on me. After approving me, Salesgirl told me its 12 equal month payments not the do not pay plan that I originally asked for. So I asked how come they are changing it. Manager came in and he said you have to pay the admin fee if you want to get the do not pay plan and was not very nice about it. I asked how can you change it after checking my credit. Manager said either you pay the admin fee or i can not sell you the furniture and I will say it again. He was not very nice about it and both salesgirl and manager tried to tell me that I lied. This is something a customer should never experience in a retail setting. Whole situation was very embarassing for me and as the staff tried to tell me that i am lieing. If you dont want my business you can say no. Dont lie and go back on your word to make a sale. This is not a good business practice for Brick.

Prices aren't very competitive, sales are usually poor discounting only 100-200. Very expensive delivery. They charge the highest in the city. Do not recommend.

I ordered a new washer, dryer, fridge and range from the brick on October 7th. Everything was in stock except the range. I was told it would be around two weeks for it to come in and it would be delivered all together. On October 22 I received a voicemail and a message stating everything was in and to call back to sort out a delivery date. When I responded to set that up I was told they lost the fridge... and it would be maybe another week until they got one in. On November 4th I got a phone call stating it was all finally in and we set up delivery for November 15th. My only day off is Sunday and that’s the only day that worked for them. The range I had was new and worked perfectly fine so I sold it and had it picked up and out of the way of the delivery team on the 15th. We waited around for the delivery and I finally called the store to ask for an eta. I was told that I had no appointment scheduled for that day and that the range wasn’t even in yet. It was apparently in according to everyone on October 22 so how was it not now? I’m told it might be here for delivery on the 29th. So I have no way to cook for my daughter and I for two weeks. I’ve called and messaged support to try and remedy this situation and I’ve received no response. I’ll also add that I was overcharged for all products after being promised price match as well. I’ve had trouble receiving decent service from the brick in the past but I will absolutely never shop here again.

My experience actually occured at the Brick location in Yorkton, Saskatchewan; however, Greg (the general manager in the P.A location) was in Yorkton training the staff. I had ordered a sectional to be delivered to my home. Upon delivery, there were no instructions for set up and the delivery drivers did not stay to help. As I began to set up, I noticed that the sectional frame was warped and one leg of the sectional did not touch the ground despite proper set up and a level surface. I went into the Brick in Yorkton and upon showing Greg the pictures of the deformity he dropped what he was doing immediately and offered to personally drive to our home and check the issue out himself. He assembled the remaining part of the sectional and agreed that there was a flaw in the design, offered to order in a while new sectional to the Yorkton location, assemble it himself and replace the deformed piece. He also took all of the packing materials the movers left behind in his own vehicle. Greg went above and beyond and my family and I are very thankful he happened to be in Yorkton this weekend to help us navigate the process.

I like the equal payment plan available and find the staff to always be very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured by our salesman at all and appreciate that he was able to honor a sale price on an item that we weren't quite ready to purchase that day.

I bought two complete bedroom sets, end tables with usb power bars, recliner and a microwave. All purchases made over the phone with Robyn. I went to a store in Edmonton browsed the isle looking at furniture. Saw what I liked, she stated the pro’s and con’s of the piece I liked. And purchased the furniture over the phone and she knew the financing inside and out. Short time later the furniture was delivered. Now that was over five years ago and all the furniture is holding up well. Thank you Robyn!!

Very accommodating staff with excellent customer service! I bought a 65" LG TV for my new place and the staff at the brick were happy to hold it for me for a few months while I was preparing to move. After picking it up a screen check was done with the staff and myself to ensure nothing on the TV was broken at the time of pickup. However at some point during the move an area of the screen had lifted causing the TV screen to shatter with no damage whatsoever noted to the exterior packaging. I had then returned to the store on a whim to see if anything could be done to fix or exchange it. The staff were very accommodating to do anything in their power to get me a new TV and ended up applying for a return authorization. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and guidance as I would have been lost without them.
