Ate there tonight and had their 16 oz prime rib, 50% of the cut was fat but was told by the supervisor that i was indeed getting 16 oz of meat. That was the most discusting prime rib I had ever eaten and can't believe it was even served to me,my fault for not rejecting it. My waitres even suggested to the supervisor that i should be given a discount for what I had received but it didn't happen. Wasn't the waitress fault but I ended up paying full price for the meal and tipping the waitress for her service. Will definitely not be going back there and will be passing the word around.

I went for the prime rib special they have every weekend, my boyfriend had a burger. The service was fantastic. Our server was very bubbly and made me smile each time she came around. I'm celiac and she was awesome at letting me know what I could order that wouldn't have gluten in it or become cross-contaminated. She made sure to note that on our order as well. The service was the best part of our visit. We ordered the drink specials, which showed on their specials menu as 2oz drinks but the server told us they were the 1oz "skinny" drinks instead. When I ordered my prime rib I was asked how I wanted it, and I said rare. When our food came to the table, the server said the plate was extremely hot. My prime rib was very well-done and you could tell it had been sitting under their heat lamps for some time because the top of the meat was shiny and a bit tough. When I asked for a piece that was closer to what I had order, the server took my plate and then brought it back. She told me that I had the last piece of prime rib so she couldn't bring me any more, that all their prime rib is cooked to be medium rare, and the cooks had told her the meat should be at least medium rare when I get to the middle of the piece. It was not. It was well done the entire way through. I chose to eat it anyway because after all that, I was starving and my bf had almost finished his food. I have to say that was the first time I ever had a well done prime rib. It wasn't bad, but I still prefer it rare to medium rare. We did ask the server if she'd mind giving us a bit of a discount for the well-done meat and she said she'd talk to the manager about it. We were expecting maybe 20% off my meal, but they took 20% off our entire order which more than made up for the inconvenience. I love their renovations and the extension of their little pub which we sat in while we ate. It gives the restaurant a bit more of an upscale look which Prince Albert needs. :)

It was good! Went for the burger and a beer Thursday special. Fries weren't the greatest but not bad. The gravy could use some work. Should've just had ketchup and vinegar. But I went there for the special. Burger was on point and cant go wrong with a crisp glass of grasshopper. Definitely gonna go back!

I ordered the Chicken pesto Artichoke on Focaccia. I have to say it was great! I ordered a full order. Why I left only a two star review was because it looked like a have order. I went to McDonalds to finish off my hunger

We were just passing through P.A and decided to give this place a try. We went in around 3pm and I have to say this was the best experience I have EVER had at any restaurant I have ever been to! Our server was really friendly and very attentive. She was making our baby smile and went far and beyond to make our dinner experience amazing. She even gave us mashed potatoes with gravy for our 7 month old free of charge! The food was amazing and my baby couldn't get enough of the mashed potatoes! Definitely a go to whenever we end up in P.A!

The meat in the chicken soup gave a dry texture to it, the broth was good. The cheese burgers bun was dry, i thought they had toasted it; as i ate it, it became drier. Onion rings were under cooked. The steak was tasteless, bearly edible. To top it off a fly was buzzing around the table, made me wonder about the cleanliness of the establishment. Besides that the customer service was good.

When we were first greeted at the door we were greeted by a friendly waitress who was just beginning her new employment there within only two weeks. When we were approached by our waitress we are asked if we would like anything to drink and really just kindly declined however when it came time to ordering the waitress had taken our order and it was not busy at the time so all we ordered was a burger and price one order. About 20 to 30 minutes later we asked the waitress if our food was ready and she went to the kitchen and brought all their food and told us that it had been prepared and was sitting on the pass window. The waitress was more concerned on a bigger table and I think she was focusing on more tips than customer service. When we went to pay we had Express star discomfort with the service and we're told we had a 20% discount applied but there was no discount applied we probably won't be going back there as this was our first time there and will not go back due to this. I go to a a lot of places and do a lot of reviews and they don't even deserve a 1/5. The place was organized chaos and barely organized more disorganized chaos.

Food is good with fair portions, the turkey dinner is my favourite, comes with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy and veggies. There is a full and half portion.

Times have changed. New management maybe? Unsure. From quality, portion size, presentation, and even the cleanliness of the restaurant are all lacking and are need of attention. But they better make changes fast as there are now plenty of options in the same area. Wish them luck, used to love this place.

Last 2 times I’ve been here my meal was bad. I got a salad and the lettuce was wilted and sour. Tried to return it and they offered 15% percent off??? Just went today. All of our bread was dense and tasted like it was sitting out for a month

We have eaten here twice in the last 2 weeks and went away with uneasy stomachs the second time. The first time we ordered from their limited time menu and the food was fantastic. The second visit bombed in every way. Our waitress didnt seem to speak English very well and was confused in spite of giving our order very clearly and clarifying it for her. The order arrived wrong, it took almost 30 minutes to recieve our order which was dry and rubbery like it sat under heat lamps for a long time. Our bill was wrong to top it all off. We all 4 ordered the same breakfast and she wrote each of our orders down and we were careful to keep pace with her writing so as not to confuse her. She was very apologetic and gave us a 10% discount for the trouble. In hindsight, we should have refused the order as it clearly sat until it was questionable.

What a great experience today at Ricky's!!! My waitress,Cadence was a delight!! She was very professional with a bit of personal!!! Loved her service and her courtesy towards myself as a patron. The bunless burger was by far the best burger I've had in PA.... Wrapped in lettuce leaves it was exactly how I ordered it and done perfectly!!! The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Thanks for a great lunch!!

Great food!!! Especially the chorizo sausage with the eggs. Our guests had a good time at the restaurant and enjoyed their breakfast as well. The peach cobbler was a real hit. The only problem was on my wife's order. It was wrong but when they got it right she also enjoyed the meal. All in all Ricki's is a clean and tasty place to dine.

No vegetarian options on menu. All salads come with chicken. I ordered a salad and asked for no chicken.. was still charged full price for it and the lady actually asked me if I wanted the chicken on the side to share with my table. Like no. When I say no meat... it doesn't make it okay for you to continue to offer me meat. Shame on you Rickis for not having anything vegetarian.

This is an all time favourite eatery for me! I have supported this business since it’s inception. It has evolved over the years into an upmarket (by Prince Albert standards) locale. Recent changes include expansion into a welcoming lounge/bar area and an outside eating area where I ate lunch recently. The menu changes often enough to keep it interesting and old favourite of many: “Liver and Onions with mashed potato” still remain an option if requested. Their signature Tomato and Basil soup never disappoints! There are Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options also which is definitely On Trend for diners. You are greeted warmly; their servers are well trained and if they can’t answer a menu query they will find out from the Chef. I have attended many large group functions here (including my birthday celebrations) and it has gone smoothly. I look forward to my next visit very much. Thank you to the new owners and the current staff.

Went to THIS Ricki's Restaurant in Prince Albert today with my spouse and they order Fish and chips and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Several issues I have with this place is the servers shouldn't be wearing heavy perfume as I would like to taste the food not your smell and secondly I don't need them to come to my table #3 times and ask me how the meal is, I came to have dinner with my spouse not with the server. Speaking of the meal, the fish and the fries on both of our plates were over cooked, and the sandwich was the sloppiest thing I have ever tasted. Now I have been to this restaurant multiple occasions and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Breakfast there is somewhat ok, my god you would have to be an absolute horrible place if you couldn't even cook eggs properly. I was under the miss understanding that this place was called Ricki's all day grill but you only get offered the meal for the time of the day. Just another disappointment of a restaurant which has been there to long and I would say avoid this place other than at breakfast.

**UPDATE** Manager got a hold of me personally and talked about the situation. I appreciate this and because of that I would try and go back again. Thank you. Went there to celebrate with my Girlfriend and sat for 30 minutes, only had the server come within the first minute to bring the drinks and noone even came back to let us pick our meal. Normally I don't complain but the place wasn't even 1/4 filled and even when we made eye contact with a server they did not come and try and help us. Mr. Mikes steakhouse which was packed had our food and drinks all served in 15 minutes. Thank you Mr. Mikes for saving the day!!

Went Sunday night for half price appetizers. Friendly staff and food was good. First half of the experience was 5 stars but then came the second half where we were left at our table for over 30 minutes without service! Not only was the place pretty dead, We saw our waitress behind the bar the whole time talking to the manager and just never acknowledged us. We were ready to pay and leave but were stuck waiting for 20 minutes.

It was a disappointing experience. Although the staff and drinks were nice, the food itself was poorly prepared. The nachoes barely had any toppings on them and the cheese on top was dry. The chef did not use a high melt cheese nor did he care about the toppings. The same applies to the cheese toastie, it was dry. Our chicken wrap was not wrapped properly and it was soggy. They put heaps of sauce on it. The taste was fine, but it was dripping all over the place. Our friend who was with us was disappointed because she was the one who recommended the restro based on her previous expereince. She herself said that the same nachoes she had last time she visted were way better. The food was expensive considering the quality and quantity. Wont be visiting again.

Had fish and chips one evening end of Jan 2020 got really sick about 15 minutes later last 3 times i had breakfast comes with deep fried potatoes also got sick obviously not cleaning deep fryer just changing oil or not they have enough people walking around doing nothing they should pay attention to health codes instead of visiting

Terrible terrible customer service at Ricky's today! Clubhouse was to be $11.00. She charged me $14.99, and then tried to argue with me about it!! Told me to just take off 3.99 and pay that amount. Sorry, but I'm not using my math skills when u can use a till, so she came back with a total of $19.28, and I said the taxes would also change, so she then came back with a total of $19.39, and it's like NO, the amount won't go up if we are also subtracting tax, again she argued, so I told her, had to tell her actually, to void it and re-ring it in. Came back with a second bill, but now she was charging me more for gravy!!! Ugh! Sadly she got no tip because she argued with me, and wouldn't/couldn't fix it properly.
