Out off town for work. Decided to stop by to rest. Room is spacious and clean. Friendly front desk lady. Nice place to stay. But the coffee maker hmmm not that great?? Its a good place overall

3rd time "missing" an object from the room I was staying in. On this occasion, I called the hotel only 20 minutes after checking out because I've forgotten my sunglasses in the room, only to be told that they weren't able to find it. They also had no cameras to confirm/deny that anyone else entered the room in the ~20min time frame. After reaching out on FB, others told their stories of their belongings going missing as well at this location.

The most rudest manager ever working at this hotel. We have had a boiling hot room. The air conditioner does not work. So they gave us a new room. Same problem. So we leave for 3 hours and come back and the room is still boiling and hot air is coming out of the air conditioner. We tell them our situation and that were just going to go to another hotel in the area but they still want to charge us for the room. We get on the phone with the manager and she wont even let us talk to her as a customer to explain our situation. She talked over us on the phone and told us we have to pay. We then demanded corporates number which she declined to give. I went over there head and found the number online and called them while i was at there front desk. The ramada/wyndum hotel took care of us and made there to be no charge after what we had to say. Speaking for the ramada in prince albert stay away.

The room was nice and service was good. Other guests partied and was pretty loud through the night and when morning came the house maides banged on my door which startled me. Not a good stay.

If I could I would give this hotel ZERO stars. The place is dingy and the rooms stink. My friend found blood on his pillowcase, the housekeeping manager accused it of being his own blood. He came across beetles and a centipede while trying to change his OWN sheets. Told the front desk about it, they said it was normal to have beetles on the ground floor, "...they feed off other bugs. So that's good news!" He was then switched to a room on the second floor which was just as bad. To top it off, my co-worker that was staying in another room found a BED BUG!!! We just switched over to SUPER 8 down the street. Friendly staff and clean rooms! DO NOT STAY AT THE RAMADA IN PRINCE ALBERT. You'll regret it.

Dirtiest place I've ever had to stay. Carpets are black with dirt. In the halls and rooms. I went in to my room to discover dried pee on the seat. Switching rooms but can't wait to get outta here.

We booked a smoking king size bed and upon arriving were told there was no room like that for us but they would upgrade us. The ¿suite ¿ was a large area with two rooms but other then that not very nice.

The bed skirt has a huge mustard stain on it. The sheets have holes In them. Non smoking room smells like smoke. Window won’t open. What else could go wrong

Booked this Hotel and paid in full. When we wanted to cancel, they charged a $240 cancellation penalty on top of the regular booking when the booking itself was only $200.So a $200 room now costed $440 and we never stayed there. Complete rip off.

I had the pleasure to visit PA several times and stay at Ramada, however this hotel impressed me a lot. I booked it in a rush, running out of time, but got surprised. The rooms are very clean.The staff is very nice, supportive, and friendly.Overall I have a good experience. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good price in high season.

The rooms are fine, however, our bikes got stolen from the back of our truck. They were secured, however they were virtually ripped from the frame of the truck damaging the truck. The front desk should have warned us that Prince Albert has the third highest theft in the country, something we were totally unaware of. We have biked across North America and to have them stolen in our backyard is disappointing.

Management wouldn’t allow more than two towels per room and we had four adults in our room, which was unacceptable. Our non smoking floor reeked of smoke. Loud, disruptive guests kept us up at night. Entrance to the bar was accessed from the lobby, which meant you had to traverse a gauntlet of loiterers (asking for money) to get into the hotel. Didn’t feel safe. Hotel was generally dirty and in a state of disrepair. We would have left if it wasn’t for the decent breakfast and our actual room was clean.

At first I was excited to stay here. The price was right but the building itself seemed old but renovated and the room was clean. The next day I found out that they but a hold of over 500$ dollars on my company credit card witch maxed my spending for the day and kinda screwed me over for the day. It seemed noisy at times but not unbareable. And there's a pub downstairs as well as a restaurant across from it the pub serves the restaurants food. Bit of a rough crowd but didn't have any problems. If I had to come back to this city for work and stay over night I probably won't stay here again.

Noisy, people fighting/screaming in rooms at night, checkin process took at least 20 minutes (with no one else ahead of us), they lost our reservation, hairdryer didnt work, door was difficult to lock. Staff seemed nice enough, but the place overall - we will never return.

Nice clean rooms, very much enjoyed the stay here. You know what set me up for almost anything like this happened before and after all that I could never get to know when that happened. You can do that with the band over there. My first question was about how much did you get back from them. I would definitely recommend this place!

You don't get anything printed on your reservation. Unprofessional staff. They laugh at you. They charged for the room including breakfast, when I checked-in I just double checked the breakfast time and location too. But when I went down with the family, they laugh at us and had a fun. They didn't offer breakfast, they are misleading their customers.

Great staff, went out of their way to make it the best stay possible. The location and the clientele are not he greatest. This should be your second to last option for staying in PA

Not just poor, may I add dangerous?! I had some food items stolen just outside my room. 2/3 nights were domestic disputes across the hall.....no sleep was had. Party on the 3rd floor throwing things out the window and swearing. A drunk trying to check out was giving the clerk a hard time about being racist, and not returning a full damage deposit. (there was blood on the linens). Outside my window, semi trucks were loud, idling all night, and locals with open liquor just walking about. Two hotels have now told me that to stay in Prince Albert, stay somewhere without a bar and/or restaurant.

Stopped in for a nice dinner. Husband remembered the restaurant being very nice. Sat down and ordered but he didn't even get to try the food because there are no washrooms available for restaurant patrons. The only open washrooms are in the bar and they were disgusting. He had colon cancer and has to use the washroom more frequently especially after eating. The place has sure gone downhill.

The elevator was broken for the three days we were there, which was quite inconvenient when hauling a baby and a week's worth of luggage in and out to the third floor! The AC was not working in our first room, the breakfast lounge, or our extended family's room. The hallways were dirty, stained and hot! The door to our first room was broken. This being said, the staff were good and the rooms were clean at least.

Dirty, Over priced and out dated. Terrible customer service, rude and very blunt. Terrible parking lot that was filled with snow, no one shovelled anything. Very disappointing for a Ramada. Paid $130.00 for a room that should have cost $50.00 at most. Guest are very loud after quiet time and front desk won’t do anything about it.
