I get yelled at by a lot of the customers cause they all somehow reserved the machine I was playing on even tho they made no indication that it was being used. The soda machine is a nice touch, but you guys charge a lot for food considering how much you're raking in daily.

Lite on the winners. Over the years, the service has slowed, the amount of intoxicated people has increased to a dangerous point with security looking the other way. I started to notice that solicitation is on the rise as well. If this is your scene, be willing to go the extra miles to other establishments for a very noticeable odds improvements.

Someone sitting at a machine and not playing. Went to ask customer service if they can get them to move and was ignored. Someone cane up to service counter and they helped a drunk instead of a money spending patron. This casino is going down hill fast. Do not come here in the evening at all.

We needed a place to park our camper and boat overnight. The staff here were helpful, courteous and they allowed us to park for free. When we are back in PA, we will make a night of it and go for dinner and some gambling. Very impressed with this establishment.

Very dirty place. I worked here and honestly might've been the only male employee who washed his hands after using the washroom. The worst was seeing the cook go in, take a piss and walk right out... right after I finished eating. If you've ever gotten food poisoning from this place, this is why. After several verbal complaints and a written complaint to senior management all they told me was they have a sink in the kitchen. They could've at least put a sign in the bathroom. Poorly run business!
