Leon's is my go-to furniture store. I decided, due to covid and the fact that I'm a senior, to try shopping online. In the end, I called Leon's in Prince Albert and spoke to a salesperson, Lindy Kulbida. Lindy was exceptionally helpful and it took no time at all to complete my purchase. My furniture was delivered in great time and, due to the fact that it came on sale at a lower price, I was even given a refund on the difference. Leon's will always be my go-to furniture store and Lindy will be my go-to salesperson, thanks Leon's.

I purchased furniture in September and waited 2 months for the delivery. One day ahead, I paid the full payment and especially asked for any wear/tear warranty. Front staff said our furniture comes fully packed in boxes. Attached picture shows how I received my delivery. Sofa came wet and dusty. Their were no packaging you never know if it is a Display sofa from their store where hundreds of people sit on it every day. No safety gear used while carrying it. They literally dragged it on the floor and rubbed against the wall. We explained it to sales manager but he was rude enough and straight lied by saying we never said it will come packed. Thanks Leon’s It was our last purchase from this store. You will never get business from our family and friends! Update: To the owner’s reply below: 1) If item is unpacked without asking customers, then why not pack it again without asking customers? If item is opened for inspection by store. Clearly, It means items was not checked properly and sofa foot came damaged. 2) Yes, I said No to return like I mentioned above sales manager was rude and I already wait for it for 2 months. 3) It doesn’t matter if business is opened for 30 years but doesn’t give anyone right to follow bad business practices or don’t value customers hard earned money. 4) Pictures are showing sofa and damaged wooden sofa feet. No one contacted me since delivery, I was the one contacting store, soon after this review I received a call from store owner to not come to this store. He is not respectful towards other communities. Truth cannot hide.

They were men, but when women were working, they approached with a smile and asking if we needed any help. I am not going back, if you want any kind of help, look for women sales reps. Wish this had negative star ratings

Bought an England sofa, loveseat and chairs summer 2015 warranty card said 5yr, 10 yr and lifetime warranty on various things with furniture. After a year and half noticed it coming apart on the "deck" where the 2 fabrics meet (which is what the cushions sit on). Showed them a picture and was assured that this would be covered only to receive a call stating it wasn't, it is off the 1yr warranty and told to fix myself with adhesive and fabric!!!. I was given the impression that since I was from an hour away that it was too far for them to come and repair it. Moral of the story, don't buy England furniture not worth the extra cost and if from out of the city they will not help you out.

Did not have the stove we wanted in stock, they refused to sell us the floor model. When we were leaving salesman kind of snaughtily said good luck in finding one. We went to Rona and had a stove in my truck within a half hour.

We recently purchased a fridge and dishwasher from Leon's Prince Albert. We were both impressed by the service we received from this store. A big thanks to salesperson, Laura Kramps, for her patience and assistance in helping me find the right fridge to fit our cut out. The dishwasher I had ordered did not arrive so I decided to purchase one that was in stock. Again, she was extremely helpful. We live 10 miles out of the city and we were provided with free delivery into our home. During this time of covid19 this isn't something every store is providing. Delivery into our home was the deal maker. The delivery staff called prior to delivery, they were prompt, they took our front door off and even moved our old fridge into the garage. Both products look amazing in our home. Thanks all!
