I ordered wings just a 10 peace they said that it would take 10-15 min. I get there in time and they did not have the food ready. They told me that I had to wait 1:15 hours more. Just for 10 wings.. I went somewhere else

Food was ok. Service was ok was slow and they weren't busy. Never came back to table to ask if we needed more drinks. We ordered calamari and shrimp then when the brought out the Calamari appetizer they said they had no seafood sauce. When I reminded him that I ordered shrimp that I need seafood sauce the waiter disappeared, came back 3 min later claiming the found sauce.

This was my first visit here (with 2 others). After being told to choose our table, we eventually got bored of waiting for someone to come to our table and I went to get drinks from the bar. After a while, someone offered to bring us menus and we asked to just pay instead, since for 10+ minutes, we'd been watching food sit there, not being taken to customers (and at least 2 meals returning to the kitchen with compaints). The bill never came, so I went to pay for our drinks at the bar. They also only had 2 beers available.

Waitress was ok and drinks were good but the food was AWFUL!!! Manager couldn't care less that we complained about our very under cooked food or the fact our nachos were just crumbs under the top layer!! It was a waste of time and money!! Will never return!! You would think one would care about the customers, food and complaints! Sad experience it truly was.

I was dining with my mom and we both very much enjoyed the food. ( chicken wrap and a burger) the waitress was very focused on the bar and didn't give us any attention, she didn't even ask how our food was or if we needed more juice. Also it was very very cold inside the restaurant. Not to impressed with anything but the tasty tasty food!

Great service. We have a trailer at sherkston and love to come to this place for breakfast. Very family oriented. Also has volleyball courts outback and a big patio.

Although a lot of the menu was 86'd we shared an amazing 8 slice pizza and 2 lbs of nice LARGE wings with 3 kids. I had a one piece Haddock and chips. Huge portion of fish (fantastically battered and seasoned ) and amazing fresh cut shoe string fries. We came home with food! Great patio!

Sad! Pulled in for a bite at 11:40am Wednesday and the bar tender couldn't even acknowledge I was even there and serve me. 15 min passed and i walked out. That's wrong. One guy... possibly the cook was aggravated to be there and didn't even let the bartender know I was even there. 2 guys drinking there already so... it wss clearly in service. Bye????

Great food, good menu, good music, excellent service, cosy roadhouse atmosphere, they have nice frosty mugs and cold beer. Our waitress was such a sweet heart. I like it there, it's a bar/restaurant. Not too fancy. My only peeves art the parking lot needs to be leveled out badly, there are so many pot holes, even walking is treacherous, the chairs are uncomfortable and feel loosely held together.

I wouldn't let my dog eat there, food was horrible, only had 2 beers out of 7 or 8 on tap, are table was dirty and sticky, menus were gross, bathroom was gross, flies everywhere, waitress was useless and fix your camel toe. Definitely will not be going back to that hole.

I have to say that the Trip Advisor reviews seem to be more accurate. Was there today, had the Fish & Chips (apparently this used to be really good). I don't know how it is possible to get fish this wrong. The batter was hard, dark, and very greasy on the outside, and uncooked on the inside - yet the fish was ok... Fries were horribly greasy as well. They were also out of Tartar sauce, coleslaw and lemons that are all supposed to come with it - but they didn't tell us until we complained about it. Also, the menu's are obviously not wiped down - and the condiment containers (ketchup, vinegar...etc.) were all quite sticky - I am pretty sure this violates some Covid policies. I have had decent wings here in the past, but they have stopped caring. I definitely will not be going back.

Saw family member perform at an open mic night on April 30. The band that joined her on stage was great. Nobody greeted us as we walked in. There is no host at all! What a joke. We found family members at a table,but it was unclear if we were to seat ourselves. There were only two waitresses working (hard to identify who they were at first) and the one we got was very slow and busy. Why not staff more people? 2 servers for the whole place when its full???!!The pop tasted awful. Food was barely alright, but our server took over 45 minutes to come back and take our order after the drinks. If the owner even bothers reading this review i just wanna say wake up!! The parking lot was full of water in certain places due to a rain storm...geee.. might be time to pave it. Will not be returning to this overrated dump.

It's okay but nothing to get excited about. The staff was friendly and the fries were good. But otherwise it didn't strike me as a place to go out of your way for. Maybe it was just an off day? We may visit again or not. It's certainly not a destination spot for me, though.

Short staffed for servers due to covid, not all beverages available. Server was at start of a double with tender ankle. Everyone giving 110% and being professional and friendly. Will definitely be back to enjoy a great local bar and grille.

Never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waiter was arragont with his answers, arragontly saying "you're at a small town pub bud" when asked if they offered grilled salmon on the menu (a very common menu item). Disgusted. I don't come to restaurants to be spoken to like a child, by a child. Dropped the menu and walked out. Disgusted, we were literally the only people in the restuarant and they treated us like garbage. Safe to say, never again.

Horrible service horrible variety of drinks. They where out of most beers and liquor. The waitress and bar person where squated down on the floor behind bar texting for a great amount of time ignoring patrons. We tried getting there attention for 10 mins to get a drink. We left. Obviously they do not want our money nor do they care to do there jobs.

February 23-19. Went with a group of friends for supper tonight. What a mistake right off the waitress was unpleasant and slow. Then well the food was terrible I ordered the perch fish was hard and black could not eat it , sent it back new order was stringy and raw . Sent it back. My husband ordered a taco the hamburger was cold. Our friends food was also terrible. Very disappointed. Will NOT be back.

Great family owned business. Historical bar, opened in 1867. A sports bar and restaurant, all the customers really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great food and great portions.

Great food Thursday may 25th food was amazing server was slow took.forever food took like 30 min Chicken wings and chicken fingers Had desert dessert price was 6.49 charged us 6.99 Server told us computer changes and said she pay out of pocket ...something you shouldn't say to the customer and give it to them as the price.listed as for a bar shouldn't be expected to have a hostess or host to seat you most bars in the port colborne area are sit where ya like Didn't fix price mistake, their lucky they got good food that's the only reason why I'd return.. They need better wait staff and correct the menu prices to what the computer says obviously servers don't have proper training no do they have customer service skills if food wasn't so good I would not return
