Spacious well laid out mega rink with 2 pads, one supports a junior team and is the top rink in the county which supports AAA novice and up! Love it here the YMCA pool is a great addition to the place and in door b-ball in the winter can’t be beat!

Fun for the whole family. The kids section of the pool is a family favorite and the lazy river is one of the best in the province.

If you are "PC Rich" perhaps there is an appeal I am not seeing. I will say some recent moves have been an improvement. Will never be what was promised, shocker. Still better than ST FX campus option!

We had heard rave reviews of the pool facility so we drove 50 km from our hotel to check it out. It was disappointing. We paid $20 for our family of four for a 90 minute family swim. The lazy river was far from lazy and was as small as they come, half of the larger pool was roped off for lane swimming the entire time, the tiny slide was not open and I counted over 60 swimmers (which included a birthday party of young children) with only one lifeguard present at most times. There's no way the lifeguard could keep an eye on that many people in all those areas. The change rooms were typical and smelled of urine but wow, I have never seen such ridiculously small lockers! I should have measured but my guess is that they're about 8 inches wide. Good luck fitting anything in them. The steam room was nice though!

Great place to take the kids for a fun swim. They have two pools, one that's warmer and shallow with a lazy river (that pushes you along) and a larger lane based one. Staff had always been friendly and helpful.

I often work out at the gym here, they have to of equipment and the membership is affordable. The only negative I could say is it can sometimes get very busy which makes getting you your workout in difficult. There is also a gymnasium, a pool, and daycare services available for the use of members.

Went to the facility to use the weight room. Lots of equipment, all in great condition. It was fairly quiet on Sunday morning when I went. It only gets 4 stars instead of 5 as the computer system took 10 minutes to process a day pass.

This is a great place. Another reviewer commented on the excellent natural light, and it's true. Very beautiful facility. The hot tub hasn't been always hot recently, but I'm sure that they're working on it.

Large in size, but the workout area still always seems to be squished. If you keep an eye on the schedule you can find some great family activities at a decent price. Membership cost is still expensive.

I love going here. The gym is awesome and the pool facilities are excellent and not usually crowded. The hot tub could be slightly hotter is literally the only thing I can say. The rinks are great and even have public skate times. Imagine that. What a concept! Keep up the good work.
