Three dinners. Waitress did not tell us about specials Food was terrible. .dirt in the salads. Fish was " off tasting" rice had odd flavour. Snap peas were dirty. Second time in restaurant and 3 more terrible meals. Band playing.. music ok but so loud couldn't hear across the booth to talk..back to Matty O'Sheas where the food is great and the service outstanding. Won't go back. Horrible experience.

Asked if poutine had cheese curds instead of shredded cheese. I was told there was curds. Got my poutine with shredded cheese. Not what I wanted. But the food came pretty fast.

Been here 3 times recently and all 3 times it had very slow service and waited over an hour for chicken fingers and fries. If you order the club sandwich its just plain white bread and cut in half, not even toasted or anything - didn't even give an option. Servers rarely come by to see if anything was alright or needed anything. Wasn't even that busy to use that as an excuse.

Haven't been out in ages decided to go with a girlfriend. Im pretty sure it was the least happening place I've ever been to. Mediocre everything except they had a great band tonight though! If they werent there it would be empty.

Sat at the bar with a friend. .had two drinks and then took a booth and ordered some food..three drinks later it still had not arrived so we payed our bill and left..the waiter knock our bar bill in have but we were still disappointed. .

Phenomenal!! BEEN years since I was there and the entire team was Covid friendly and smart! We couldn't dance, which, WHO DOESN'T WANNA DANCE WHEN DRINKING??? Kudos for keeping all safe and meeting ESA standards! ;)

Good food good service. DO NOT ORDER NACHOS. Not your typical pub style mountain of chips and toppings. Flat and boring. Dec.3 2020 Third and last time going here. Waitress was great. Food was slow and nothing to talk about at all. Couldn't believe they charge extra to put sauce on wings. 15 AN ORDER PLUS EXTRA FOR SOUR CREAM AND EXTRA TO TOSS WINGS IN SAUCE OF CHOICE!! Had words with owner while back and have to say I will NEVER go back.

Been to the old location a few times. First time at this location. Nice layout, much more room, large patio, live music. Food was OK, but far from great. A place to order beer not cocktails. 3 star due do food and cocktails. Will still return and recommend for atmosphere.

This place was so much fun! The food was fantastic, and the service was so great. The waitresses were so helpful and very kind. Very nice atmosphere, I would definitely recommend Rob Roys to my friends. They made us feel like we were regulars even though we were just passing through.

First time with wife,at first seams like a bar crowed / drinking hole,but we sat at restaurant part, place has tv screens with sports channel so we enjoyed our meal watching Brook Henderson go Brook! prices are good,,good food good places nice atmosphere,kind and helpful staff they have tv screens witch showing sports channel was nice as we ate and watched Brook Henderson go Brook! Fairly clean.order was on point. I would go again.we recommend stake sandwich and smoke meat sandwich.

The wait for food was exceptionally long. We had reservations for 5:30 for 7 people. It took an hour to get our appetizer and and another 45 minutes for dinner. Only one server on. She was amazing very professional and upbeat even though she was slammed. The food was excellent once we were finally served. My husband spoke to the manager on his way out to let him know. He said "what do you want me to do? We had staff member pass away" We are very sorry for the loss of your staff member. Maybe it would have been a good idea to close for the day. Not happy with this customer service.

BIG pub. Great patio. I didn't eat there. Staff friendly. Miss their original location which was more "pub-like", quaint and homey but the view from the patio is nice. A bit out of the way, so you won't just drive by this place. Look it up on Google Maps if you're from out of town.

Great patio with canal views. Went there for dinner. Cindy (I hope I have our servers name right?) was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of her way to help us plan day trips out of Smith Falls. Very large food portions and beer is always good after a hot day!

Been there several times in this location and the old one. Food was ok. Social distancing not so much, especially for last night before lockdown. Many people close together, missing masks.
