This was perhaps one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Milano's in Ottawa is very good. Here there is almost no toppings and almost no cheese. The frozen take home in the grocery is far better. Should not be flying the Milano flag at this place!

Called to order for a delivery and found that the person on the other end had a personality!! Super nice people! Great pizza! Their house homemade garlic dipping sauce is DA BOMB! Delivery was quick and the person who delivered was also VERY friendly and professional. My GoTo place for now and forever for Pizza in Perth! Thank you Jordan!

I was really impressed with their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. I never tried this place before. It was worth the 20 minute wait for a fabulously made pizza with a perfectly baked crust, generous amount of toppings and excellent service! The menu is full of options. I am overwhelmed with the selection, but everything looks amazing! I will definitely be back. Cheers

Went in for a shawarma today with a friend. After ordering and telling the polite cashier we wanted the shawarma to go I was asked a second time if we were getting these to go by the employee making the shawarma -which now seems suspicious. After my friend chose the toppings he wanted the employee put my friend's shawarma in the oven and handed me one from the oven as well. I figured he was just giving me a plain one and had made it up when I wasn't looking. I asked if this was my friends shawarma because I thought it was strange that he hadn't asked me what toppings I wanted. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, when I got home I found he had put some toppings I didn't like on the shawarma and the shawarma tasted quite old as well. I now believe he grabbed me a shawarma that had been sitting for quite a while knowing it was to go and I wouldn't be checking. This was my first time going to Milano's and it was a pretty depressing first impression, I wouldn't at all recommend.

Overall, a really good pie! Lots of toppings, good crust! Wasn't a horrible pizza pizza style crust. Sauce had good flavor. Was given a sour cream sauce instead of blue cheese for the wings, hence 4 stars. **Perth Location

We ordered here for dinner on our way home from Ottawa. I liked that there were some unique options to try and not just the same old pizza! We ordered ahead and the food was ready when we got there. No issues with the food, it was delicious & even my 2 year old loved it! And a huge plus, the place was SPOTLESS. I've never seen a pizza place so clean. The floors looked like you could eat off of them and the bathrooms were just as clean! Definitely recommend!

Went here because Jersey Joe's was unfortunately closed for the day, eh. Waited at the front counter for about 5-10 minutes while I was ignored by the staff. Staff seemed kind of dumb, slow and possibly stoned. Then I ordered a turkey sub. It was ok but I was not expecting it to be stuffed with dill pickles. I think that is the first time I ever had a turkey sub with dill pickles in it. I did not like it nor did I dislike it. It was rather bland otherwise. I wouldn't buy it again. I probably won't order here ever again. The inside however, was nice enough. The sitting area. Although the plastic chairs were a trite tacky. I always thought Milano's was a Smiths Falls kind of thing where the skids, lowlifes and dopers got there cheap pizzas. I think maybe they should have just left it there.

I would love to come back and eat here but unfortunately I am unable to open the door. When I explained that to the workers there, they said the handicap door button works sometimes and didn't really care about my disability. So when I tried to open the door again later to get the pizza I bought, they all stood there watching me struggle and did nothing. The fact that I am a Veteran was upsetting to say the least. People with disabilities need to get into places, that's a fact. This should be the law. If they fix the door I will gladly buy food here. I just wish people would care more. The food here is very good though, best pizza I have ever had.

Tried the shawarma yesterday and it was enormous. Large sandwich should be called bazooka. Try it with garlic AND sweet sauce ????. Today we ordered a pizza and it was delicious!! Had it with chicken onion green pepper and they use the delicious shawarma chicken for the pizza!! So good. Definitely will be back to give other menu items a try.

The food is ok but I've only ordered four times and twice they gave me someone else's order. Rude cashier makes it official.... NEVER AGAIN But please please, leave a message from Milano's telling me how shocked you are and how you're going to make it right. (neighbor warned me about them from having this EXACT problem)

Truly one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time. Premium toppings and great flavors! Got this on my way through on a road trip and I wish I lived closer. Restaurant is very clean and the staff was pretty friendly. And the deep fried cheese curds were also great! Prices are reasonable too for what you get. I will definitely be back again next time I pass through. Keep doing what you're doing. You guys rock!

When I walked in, the employee was very friendly and ready to help me. The first things I noticed were the cleanliness and organization of the store. They even had the shawarma meat spinning on the cooker, just like your regular shawarma spot. The pizza was 10/10 delicious, quality ingredients, perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend indulging.

I was expecting a more authentic pizza based on the name of the place. Paid 40+ for a 3 topping XL pick-up and it was not much different from your average 967-1111 za. So both pricey and mediocre imo. sorry.

Milano greets you at the door and welcomes you with a hearty handshake or bear hug. Walk to the cash register and the employee will call you their friend and ask what you would like to eat. This is what happens when I visit Milano Pizza but tonight I didn't enter, just walked on by and remembered fondly the times I did enter Milano Pizza.

Best shawarma in town...Perth and Ottawa! I went the first time to try their pizza, delicioussss with the golden cheese that i like. Went a second time and tried their shawarma. You won't be disappointed! It's the biggest milano I've seen, there are many tables if you wanted to stay to eat and the staff is super friendly (and funny!). I'm from Ottawa and i know we have lots of milanos in Ottawa but this one has the best shawarma (even better than shawarma only stores!)

We stopped in for a quick bite hoping it would be “for here” but it was packaged in Styrofoam so we took it to go. The Shawarma platter sadly didn’t hit the mark for me, the chicken was dry, the turnips weren’t fresh and the potatoes seemed to have been in the insert for far too long. I should have ordered the donair or the pizza. Sorry guys, I’ll have to give you another shot soon. I’d also post a photo but it wasn’t photo ready with half the meal stuck to the styrofoam container.

I am a shawarma expert from Ottawa.. and they have some of the best shawarma/donair I've ever had. Always ask for extra green sauce on your potatoes, its extra oily, but you won't regret it! Really good pizza's too, and the store is very clean/professional. By far the best Milano's pizza I've ever been to. Perth is lucky to have these guys!

Milanos pizza is always my first choice! Their food is by far the best. many options to choose from the menu. Every time I go there, I'm always greeted with warm smiles and a home like feeling. All the staffs are amazing and very helpful. They always get my order right and never mess up. their customer service is the best i've ever witnessed, never rude, never unprepared, always puts their customer before themselves to ensure we are getting the best service ever. 100% would recommend if you looking to eat grate pizza

Had 3 dishes here, shawarma plate, Caesar salad and the Milano Special. They brought them out within 30 minutes. Shawarma was pretty dry, but it was late into the day so I'll excuse it. Caesar salad was alright, just the normal salad. The pizza was loaded with toppings, but fell apart because of it. Crust was cooked nicely, but the bottom was doused with oil which made it soggy. Overall, very eh for the price. Not worthy of another visit unfortunately. + Quiet(?) and nice staff + Plentiful Options + Reasonable portions - Just OK food - Soggier pizza than pizza hut - Pricey(although that is for the whole area) They also sell art there, which was cool.
