I can't believe some of the reviews on here. This place is great. Music is awesome, the lanes are kept up very well. electronic scoreboard (no more math skills) And it plays funny videos when you actually do get a Turkey). (three strikes in a row). Great Place I will definitely be back.

We had a great time even though we hadn't been bowling in decades. Drove down from Gravenhurst and ran into great friends who drove up from Barrie. Fun was had by all parents grandparents and kids! Thanks for an affordable fun evening.

Good place to go to kill some time. Open almost all day everyday. Staff is friendly and the prices are fair. The food is surprisingly good. I would recommend the fresh chips they make! Bar as well which makes the whole experience a bit better.

It's a good little place to take the kids bowling... food is a bit pricey and I would buy more if it was more reasonable. Bowling is great with electronic lanes to keep score for you:D

Pro's - Great Staff. Good rates. Con's- Missing Ball cleaners and hand chalk stations. Too many slippery balls. Also as no food or ????TIM HORTONS COFFEE ????can be brought in, the Food pricing seems on the predator side as it's all Frozen storage food reheated for premium prices. Like I said, good folks and hoping to return for a better experience and positive review update.

Went bowling today the place was mostly empty and my wallet went missing from my purse, pretty sure it was the sketchy guy working there. The place was empty except for the seniors bowling league.Thanks never go there again! We spent over 100 bucks, on gross overpriced food, now I'm down an extra 75 (my grocery money) from my wallet and all my id. My mother thought she would take me and my kids for a nice day out, they have cameras but seamed very put out by me asking for them to check them, and didn't seam to eager to help. They never bothered to call me back to let me know, so customer satisfaction is not something they value. I've only heard bad things about the people working there. We still managed to enjoy the time spent together, and bowling was fun. By far the worst place unfortunately it's the only place people can go so guess that's why they domt care to do better. Monopolies.

$45 for 2 people to bowl for an hour and we split a poutine. The debit machine asks you to leave a tip. I don't know who the tip would be for or why... it seems anywhere you use debit nowadays they expect a tip. I had fun with my girlfriend but I feel this place is too expensive.

Over priced and absolute rude owners. The two workers were ok but the owner and his wife were moody and ignorant, they would talk to all the customers so snotty with disgust in their voice. The other family's there also couldn't believe their behavior. The food and drinks are also over priced and disgusting even the over priced fountain drinks that they sell for $3.75 is absolutely disgusting. It's a shame to have a place like this in our community that treats families and their children like their all scum. This place should be boycotted to the max... ABSOLUTE DISGRACE..

I went here and paid the price to bowl. When I was very dehydrated I asked for a cup of tap water and they rudely refused. I did not have extra money to pay almost 4 dollars for a bottle of water. I am not coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone. It is overpriced and the staff are disrespectful.

Took my 4 children here today and was in shock at the way me and the kids were talked to by a man a woman that I found out after are apparently the owners. These guy's seemed so moody everytime they spoke. It was almost like they couldn't be bothered by their customers and it was so bad that we didn't even want to "bother" them by ordering anything else which actually turned out to be a good thing because the prices were outrageous plus the quality was poor. I will NEVEW take my family here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to a soul.

We visited on Saturday afternoon for some fun for a birthday. We hadn't made a reservation but we were able to score a lane just walking in. The rental shoes we the newest and nicest rental bowling shoes I have ever worn! Some of the stitching was glowing in the Glow-in-the-Dark lighting. Empty lanes were left between each bowling party to allow for social distancing and masks could be removed while bowling, which was nice. 90s and 00s music was playing while we bowled and our group enjoyed the Throwback feeling of the music from our youth. Overall we had a good time and stayed for two hours. Was nice to see the bowling alley attendant cleaning the bowling balls after each group. Well done!

I haven't bowled in decades... Rainbow Lanes is such a great bowling alley that I shall return again next week. The facility is top notch, it's immaculately kept, the prices are reasonable, the tunes are great, and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went here with my sister. Spent 2 hours here. Love the set-up, clean, nice atmosphere. However, the prices are a little high and the rest rooms need to be upgraded.

We had reservations for 2 hours and when we showed up they said we only had an hour to bowl. When I let them know we were supposed to have the lanes for 2 hours the employee, instead of trying to accommodate our appropriate reservation, told us they are too busy and don't have space. She was rude and pushy. When the owner came over and heard what was going on he also decided to be rude and told us it is what it is. I'm sorry but that was their mistake and they could have atleast been apologetic about the situation which they weren't at all. Not impressed with the customer service we received there today and will not be going back due to the way we were spoken to

Great option for entertaining kids of all ages. Price is based on time rather than per game which worked out well for us as we bowl fairly quickly. May be a negative with a younger slower crowed. Price was good and the atmosphere was fun.

This experience has horrible customer service and it’s so disrespectful to paying customers that are making there pay check ! I had called and asked how much it cost and I said “ is it more expensive the more people you have” and the disrespect the girl had on the other side of the phone was crazy !! She just said “bowl in Barrie then” and hung up I personally will never go here again nor will I recommend it. It was so bad I wanted to give them a zero but that’s not possible so I gave them a 1

So much better now that new owners have taken over. Years ago, when we had my son's birthday party at Rainbow lanes (old name) we experience some of the worst customer service. We just had my son's 9th birthday party and it was awesome. The have glow in the dark bowling, they've spent a lot of time and money fixing the place and they have excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to have another birthday party there.

Don't try and bring an outside drink in or else they will tell you to put it away. When I asked why they said because they would not know if it had booze in it, which is ridiculous. They just want you to buy their marked up stuff. I'm still paying for the bowling. So while the bowling itself is enjoyable I won't be going again. Plenty of establishments allow you to bring in an outside drink.

It's okay for a place to take my daughter bowling when there is nothing else to do or on a rainy day. I don't like the prices. It's pay by the hour as opposed to most bowling places I've been to in bigger cities where you pay by the game. Also the bowling balls are all one size and very tiny. It's only 5 pin bowling. They don't have the sides that come up for kids to stop gutter balls.

Place is way too expensive for an hrs play. If they lowered the price it would be probably packed all the time. Staff was very rude. It's way better then Rainbow Lanes we had but still needs improvement. If you want Glow In The Dark Bowling I suggest you go to Barrie. Way Better.

Called for information about bowling could not hear well, customers services not pleasant and the man who answered was like he didn't have time to answer questions.If timing, staff is a issue please at least be pleasant and post on web site for all the hours of league ,regular, bowling and glow in the dark.Having family rates or children rates would be helpful for first time bowlers and would promote this sport...Just saying this would be good business..Have a nice day.
