The girl at the counter asked my 33 year old wife for an ID. The cashier left us with no choice but for me to go back and pick up all the six items again. It is very disappointing that she was not trained well enough to tell the difference between an 18 and a 33 year old.

Excellent stock, variety, etc... tremendously friendly staff downtown location. Orillia north store, not so much... Downtown LCBO has everything to offer for a small store except convenient hours. Closure a 6pm every night, except Friday, 8pm, until recently, is unacceptable for a store downtown, near the Port of Orillia in a small town relying heavily on tourism. If the downtown location had the north superstore hours it could easily rate as a top 10 in the province stores, in my opinion.

So much nicer at the Mississauga location than the Westmount one!!! No one was rude if you went down a wrong aisle by accident. Cashier Maggie, I think, was super nice and chatted with my niece and myself instead of treating us like we were trying to steal booze. Absolutely worth driving to this location..even if I lived across from the other one
