We went here with a hockey team of about 40 people on a Friday afternoon for lunch. They had us all finished in about an hour and a half which is better than most places when dealing with a large group. Food was good.

I’ve been here several times and the food and service always a great. My last visit was with my girlfriend, and as we sat at the bar there were 3 rude racist and drunk patrons. The lady tending bar was quick to intervene, refuse drinks, politely and professionally ask them to leave, which they did. Thanks for great service!

Great place to go when you’re not to sure where to go. Excellent variety of choices on the menu. The renovation turned out great there’s tons of seats and usually quite enough you can have a conversation with dinner. I’d highly recommend the fish and chips they are great, love the salt and vinegar crust.

Don't order the pesto peppercorn burger. Something was just wrong with it. Not sure if it was bad pesto or just a disgusting combination of ingredients. Definitely not worth fifteen bucks. Decent overall. Parking issue needs to be addressed though, as it's a little crazy how many vehicles have to park on the road, across the street, and in the Comfort Inn driveway. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which was pretty good considering how busy it was on a Thursday evening right around the dinner-rush time. Ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Garlic Twists to start, which were *delicious* and at our table within minutes of ordering. For our main course, we both ordered chicken fingers (one "naked" style and one chicken parmesan style) with the never frozen chip truck fries, and added a side of gravy. The chicken fingers were moist and flavourful, the fries were okay, but something was off with the gravy (had a very odd taste to it - glad we didn't pour it all over the fries). Aside from that, service was good, the pricing was a little high in our opinion for the quality of the food. But the $9.99 Two-Handed Sangria made the visit well worth it! Will likely be back, if only for the appetizers and alcoholic beverages. Haha.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere. The servers are pretty good for the most part. Kelsey's always has a fantastic and unique menu, the biggest downfall of this location is that the kitchen has always poorly executed the menu items. This is not just from our experience in one visit. I have lived here all my life and this Kelsey's has always been that way. Whether it is undercooked fries, over cooked meat or flavour less sauces they can figure out a way to screw it up.

Felt like I was forgotten about as I wasnt checked on once I sat after I finished my meal for 18 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I wanted the bill or dessert but nothing... had to find an employee who appeared to be frustrated that I interrupted her and her co workers intense conversation about a hot customer. Overall wouldn't recommend going here. Experience sucked. Service sucked. Food is mediocre.

I visited this location on this stormy winter's eve on this the fifteenth day of the month of March in the year 2019 AD. They were playing a hockey game featuring the Toronto Maple Leafs which was nauseating because like any normal person, I dislike that team. I ordered a Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which I ate and it is now in my tummy. I consumed a diet Pepsi and some frenched fries as well. They are playing with the chicken sandwich in my tummy. Not happy with the service here. Went to have lunch with a family member. The gentleman that sat us was awesome but that was the best part of the experience there. The water from the tap was warm. The food took forever to come when the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was okay. Server never checked on us. Won't go back.

3 stars is pushing it. Only went that high because the cookie sandwich dessert was fast and delicious! The service was SLOW and not because it was busy. There were more empty tables than there were full ones. People came in 15 mins after we ordered and still got their food before us. When it did finally come a bunch of the dishes were wrong. Spinach dip looked like it was a bunch of other left over dips all tossed into one. Was very disappointed

Kristin eas an awesome waitress, but the food was lacking in flavor. The portion sizes are too small for the price. We had 2, 8oz sirloins for $23.99, a bowl of soup, and a garden salad, glass of water an two glasses of rum and coke. Total: $82, plus a $13 dollar tip because the waitress was awesom.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband and I came out to eat here the other night and we were being seen to by some girl named Kaitlyn or something. Badly bleached blonde hair and extremely rude to us. Rolled her eyes when we asked about gluten free options and looked at me like I had 3 heads. I was very polite and tried to explain that I had celiac disease but all she did was recommend salads. Kind of seemed like a slam considering I’m a little bit on the heavier side. I’ve always really enjoyed going to this Kelsey’s location and had multiple meetings there with my coworkers, however, as long as this waitress is working here, I and my colleagues will not be returning and plan on spreading the word.

Really impressed with Kelsey’s this evening! My family went there to celebrate my nana’s 80th birthday (there were 17 of us). They worked in advance with us to plan out live music arrangements we wanted, and answered lots of questions and were very accommodating with requests. Our server was excellent and friendly, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed it! Over all very impressed with Kelsey’s tonight

My Partner ordered the curry stir fry and asked for light sauce, it was flavourless and the little sause there was was watery, i had chicken strips with soggy fries and the sauce i got came in a plastic bowl that had clearly been to close to the heat as the plastic was melted and warped. My moms fish And chips were good though. Took 5 minutes for someone to notice us to seat us abd our waitress was not really in the mood to be there clearly!

Can't believe the turn around that this restaurant has done. I vowed never to cross the threshold of this restaurant after the last experience that we had there. However people that I know said I should try it again. So we went there for lunch and I am glad we did. Having a sensitive stomach to ???? spicy foods and wanting seafood the waitress suggested the fish and chips which are encrusted with salt and vinegar chips. I told her that the chips hurt my stomach so she said that she would ask the chef to use regular chips. I was pleasantly surprised when my plate arrived. The chef had adapted his recipe so that I could enjoy. The fish was light and flakey, not oily and delicious. My companion had the wings which he completely devoured loving every bite. While we were eating we saw other dishes that other patrons had ordered and can't wait to come back to try. Highly recommend this location due to the excellent service and delicous food. ; D

Sorry. I can’t write a positive review. First time ordering take out from Kelsey’s Orillia. My wife picked up the order got home in Coldwater and her Sonoma chicken salad was missing $ 15.99. My bacon cheeseburger with poutine instead of fries is non existent. Probably about 20 fries. Not cool when spending $77.30 to feed myself , the wife and two small kids. I wish that I could show a picture of this $18.49 plus tax Bacon cheeseburger with poutine instead of fries. I am writing this before I even had a bite so I can’t tell you how it tastes. Never again Kelsey’s.
