A little disappointed. I had heard so much about this place. My anticipation of a grand interior was a let down. The Seneca Casino in Niagara Falls New York is decorated way better inside than here, which is rather plain-Jane in comparison. Aside from that. There are lots N lots of slots to try your luck at. ????

Rude casino staff, but the waitresses were really nice. A visitor lady was very rude to my mom and I told her to stop, but one of the casino staff just laughed with the rude woman. Not professional, and no class! At least our waitress at the casino restaurant was very attentive. Even though it was busy, we received our food quickly and she was very accommodating. Even though the restaurant service was great, the rudeness we experienced with the casino staff soured our trip. I've never liked casinos but at least they always seemed accommodating and classy.... THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

So I won blazing 7s, $128.60 My friends and I decided since we were all losing and I finally won that we were going to cash out and head home. Upon taking my voucher to the digital machine it dispensed me 5cents..obviously we were caught off guard and upset. Managed to get an assistant manager and he went on about how this was likely my fault and not that of the casino. We fought for about 40 minutes. I ended up getting my money back thanks to people witnessing my win and surveillance however that situation was dealt with so poorly and with such little tact I'll never be coming back and urge others to spend their money elsewhere.

Went on Friday night. Not too crowded and ample isle and leg space. Attentive staff. Great restaurants. Loved the food and prices at the "Yard House" restaurant with live music.

Went for a concert and stayed overnight. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, clean room, great food (if you can take the lineups), and surprisingly well priced. Excellent concert venue. Not quite a five star resort though.

Very nice setup all tho 2.5 hours in the chairs my butt hurt. The stage is easily viewed from anywhere and the sound system is very clear and loud. My wife and I had a great time at the show. We will definitely be going back for another event. They server alcohol inside the venue as well as food that you can now take to your seats. My only knock was the seats aren't very comfortable and the row will all move if someone in the row is moving. I would recomend seeing a show here. We had fun.

Yesterday I wrote a review stating my disappointment at the lack of hand sanitizers at the casino this past Friday, March 13th. In a response (by the owner) he/ she stated that they have sanitizers placed throughout the property and hinted that perhaps we had trouble finding them. The response insinuated that my wife and I had failed to see any. For the record, we entered through the doors at the bus entrance, perhaps the most busy entrance to the gaming floor, one sanitizer was tucked behind the wheel chairs facing the wall, void of any product. Please sir/ madam do not infer that we did not find any of your well placed functioning units. We travelled the floor and none were visible. Perhaps you did believe that units were available to your patrons, in a worse case scenario you are simply misleading those who read these reviews. Regardless, the casino, until your take over, ALAWAYS had hand sanitizers placed at each entrance. I would think that with the number of people using your facility the health and safety of your patrons would be of utmost importance to your company, and items so simple, and inexpensive as hand sanitizers would be present and checked regularly. We look forward to future trips to your property and are excited to see the improvements in regards to this situation. Ric

Buffet improved but still alot of cold food. Gambling and concert theatre are great. If you arent staying there good luck getting a cab on Saturday night. Orillia need to address the lack of taxi. Terrible... UBER hire some drivers or something. 1.5 hrs taxi wait at 11lm

Just used the place as a overnight parking for my motorhome. The parking have special parking space for any size RV and it's free.

Nice venue for a concert. Don't understand why the one restaurant at far end isn't open on event nights. Everyone in lineup waiting to eat agrees more dining capacity is the need.

I love Casino Rama for shows. While I havn't stayed at the hotel itself for years, it was beautiful and great the last time I stayed, albeit a bit pricey. Otherwise I've been for a few shows this past year and it's a good venue.
