Yesterday I wrote a review stating my disappointment at the lack of hand sanitizers at the casino this past Friday, March 13th. In a response (by the owner) he/ she stated that they have sanitizers placed throughout the property and hinted that perhaps we had trouble finding them. The response insinuated that my wife and I had failed to see any.
For the record, we entered through the doors at the bus entrance, perhaps the most busy entrance to the gaming floor, one sanitizer was tucked behind the wheel chairs facing the wall, void of any product. Please sir/ madam do not infer that we did not find any of your well placed functioning units. We travelled the floor and none were visible. Perhaps you did believe that units were available to your patrons, in a worse case scenario you are simply misleading those who read these reviews. Regardless, the casino, until your take over, ALAWAYS had hand sanitizers placed at each entrance. I would think that with the number of people using your facility the health and safety of your patrons would be of utmost importance to your company, and items so simple, and inexpensive as hand sanitizers would be present and checked regularly.
We look forward to future trips to your property and are excited to see the improvements in regards to this situation.
