Had a horrible experience at this bar. The staff were very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and extremely unorganized. When my group first arrive we headed to the washrooms (which are coed, no problem) and waited in line. Once it was my turn I went to the only available stall and it had no toilet paper left. I asked the attendant if she could get more or if I could use some paper towel (she was handing it out to people). She refused to do either, which I couldn't understand why, and she was extremely rude in the process of telling me to wait for the next stall. While on the dance floor, many of the security staff were wandering around, they were not polite as they made there way through the crowd, pushing and yelling at customers. Many were extremely forceful and rough. If you're looking to have an easy going fun night out dancing with the girls, this is NOT the place to go. Would not recommend.

Lost Love is by far my favourite spot in Downtown London. The atmosphere, music, and vibes of both the rooftop and inside bar are truly unique, making Lost Love a stand out. The staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to provide a memorable experience by creating personalized signs for any occasion. The club itself has a trendy design with neon signs that make it the perfect spot to take photos to remember such a fun time. Overall, no complaints and worth trying it out for yourself!

Went for the first time this past weekend - The staff were extremely helpful and actually taking the COVID protocols serious in comparison to other places I have gone. The design of the place is cool and great for pictures!

Crowded and over rated. My friend put her coat in coat check and when she went to get it at the end of the night, they couldn’t find it. She found her coat and purse on the floor and all of her belongings had been stolen out of it. The staff handled the situation poorly and the manager did nothing to help.

Easily best club in london! Have booked several reservations there on the patio and inside and was treated with nothing but respect from the staff and aided in every way so generously. Atmosphere and decor is fantastic, prices are fair, I highly recommend this club to anyone who is looking for a great time!

Reno's make the bar way better(honestly doesn't look like it belongs in London). Big U bar at the back is awesome. Good music and quick service. My friends & I have a great time every time we go. Overall cool place, different from the rest of the typical bars downtown.

Bouncers were terrible. The line got very busy and absolutely nothing was done to try and fix it. Pushing got very dangerous and people were cutting the line constantly. Bouncers were very unhelpful and did nothing when it basically turned into a mob. Either replace the unqualified staff or shut it down, complete circus.

Lost Love is a great place! The interior has recently been renovated making it a great atmosphere. The drink and bottle prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick! The service we had was great and the server did everything they could to make our night special. I will be going back. See you soon Lost Love!

I booked a booth on the patio for my birthday that was supposed to seat 15 people. I arrived and was given a tiny booth that fit 6 people (max). After telling the waitress that this wasn’t my booth she proceeded to tell me that the patio is apparently closed for the night and that this was in fact my booth. Not only did they fail to notify me of my booth change but they wanted to keep my bottle minimum at 3 bottles. I purposely booked the patio at a 3 bottle minimum because it seated 15 people, as opposed to the indoor booth that seated 6 people with a 2 bottle minimum. After arguing with the event organizers for over an hour and them telling me that they can’t give me more space or decrease the bottle minimum to 2, my friend that knows a bartender shows up. Magically we were now able to move to a slightly larger booth (that seated maybe 8 people max). There was no apology or compensation given on behalf of the club. I would not recommend this place or purchase bottle service here ever again.

The atmosphere at lost love was amazing! Service was attentive and professional & the hospitality is what drove the experience for me! I had an incredible night out with my friends enjoying the space, the drinks and great music. The bottle service was exceptional & their staff went above and beyond to make our night memorable! This is truly one of my favourite bars for a fun night out & I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Definitely worth your time to go and check out!

Amazing, yet unique, setting for downtown London. Lost Love creates an amazing atmosphere with excellent service. In regards to wanting an enjoyable experience, this club provides all guests with an outstanding attention to detail. I went for my friends birthday and immediately after being sat a we were approached by a server. In addition to our needs being meet right away, they went above and beyond in making sure her day was as special as possible. They included personalized signs to wish her a happy birthday and managed to demonstrate a high level of commitment in terms of putting on a good show when brining the bottles out. Chase was constantly refilled and service was overall excellent. Nothing but great things to say about this place, truly cannot wait to go back!

Lost Love is the best spot for bottle service in London!!!! The servers are always so fast and attentive, refilling chase and making sure ice is constantly fresh. I've celebrated many friends birthdays at Lost Love, and it is always a hit. Between the excellent service, the ambience, and the diverse bottle menu, Lost Love consistently shows its guests a great time.

Honestly one of the worst club/bar experiences I’ve had. No, no I can actually say with full confidence it was THE worst experience I’ve had. I’m going to summarize as best I can, we booked a table for 15 people for a friends bday. Initially they forgot our reservation and said they had no booths. After a short back and forth they suddenly had a booth. The booth had to be for a maximum of 4 people to sit at. Our server was quite rude and stuck up. We had pre-arranged doing a minimum spend instead of bottle service and when I brought this up to her she literally was poking at my shoulder but I can’t remember what she said as I was set on containing my rage for my friends sake as it was her birthday. I then said I wanted to speak to the manager to which she said she’s already on the way and the manager was even worse, completely arrogant and didn’t really give us the time of day even though everything had been discussed and figured out via DM’s nearly 2 weeks in advance. While DM’s on insta are not my preferred method of communication, when I asked for a number I was told this is the only method of communication that their business uses.. In general the servers there literally body check you to get from point A to point B and I get the industry they are in but it was just overtly aggressive with 0 cause. Staff is completely disorganized and rude. I’ve only just put my personal experience with them and not how they spoke to/treated my friends either but you get the jist, it’s atrocious.

One of the most moronic and incapable management and serving teams to ever grace the industry. If you spend a considerable amount of money, expect to be permitted to do whatever illegal things you desire (sm0king indoors, illicit substances used directly in front of security and staff). If you are a normal patron, expect to be ignored and disrespected at any expense. Not only was this bar the site of the novel outbreak of COVlD in the London bar industry, but continued to endanger the public by ignoring health mandates to prioritize profit and image. To reiterate, the borderline unlawful management style is reflected in both their customer and employee experience. You would be better suited to lick the sidewalk of Richmond Row than be shorted a half shot of liquor by their inept and greedy bartenders. I would say take advantage of their drinks before their liquor license is revoked, but they charge absurd prices for bottom shelf liquor - so not even worth that. 0 stars should be allowed only for this disgusting establishment

I always have such a fun and enjoyable experience whenever going out to Lost Love. The rooftop patio is amazing and such a fun time in the summer! COVID protocols are always followed and I always feel safe when going out to this establishment! The staff are always super friendly and never fail to make the experience a good time. Drinks and bottles are very reasonably priced and the staff always put on a show when you buy bottles. Highly recommend this bar whether you're going out for a few drinks, a big event or a birthday!

absolutely amazing, spent over 1000$ and it was worth every penny! Cant wait to come back and celebrate my birthday again! Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun night. Bottle service and bartenders were great and were hustling the whole night! If you come to Lost expect a fun time!!

Part of an event with a wrist band which was supposed to include line by-pass and cover. Ended up waiting an hour + in line and paying cover. Focus on the events you have planned vs letting in underage kids with 20 dollars handed under their fake id's
