Sarah at front desk isn’t polished and needs better training in how to be a professional. Laughing on the phone while a client is making a request about proper identification, is not appropriate ever. Looking forward to newer hotel chains to establish themselves in Oakville. Holiday inn at Oakville is surviving due to their location, and lack of competition. The service just isn’t there.

King bedrooms sell out. LOTS OF double double bed rooms. Fine, but heating system and dripping plumbing will keep you up all night. Rooms need attention to repairs of broken curtains that don’t close. Shabby. Only if one is desperate, but maybe not even then.

We had our 4 year old grandson with us for a little get away. We enjoyed the heated pool & made lots of friends. We ate supper in the lounge & the meal was good. This was a nice Stay during Covid times. The building seems a bit old on the outside but the rooms were totally acceptable. The staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is one of my favourites Free parking, minutes (litereally) from the GO stn for quick convienient travel along the lakeshore line nice pool and usually quiet casual restaurant. Due to Covid it was had only just opened that moring for the first time So only Breakfast was open which was very good

Friendly staff and clean space. Excellent value for the price paid. There is a swimming pool but it’s not ideal as the temperature was a bit cold so that would be my only complaint - were always on the lookout for pool included stays(we travel with kids)

The hotel met our needs. Rooms were spacious. Would have preferred two queen beds vs. two double beds. Pool was fairly dark and hard to see kids swimming at night. The food in the lounge was expensive, however it did taste good.

We stayed here for two nights over the Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and front desk service was very friendly. Solid housekeeping. In-house restaurant was also very good. Prices were what you'd expect for a hotel restaurant but the portions were good. It was a bit crowded but apparently there was a wedding being hosted so that's to be expected. Overall very good experience!

When booking hotel I booked for 2 rooms. When getting to hotel they only had one room booked. When booking I booked room for $101 per night. When paying, hotel stated because I booked through a third party they could not change how much I had to pay even though they had already changed my price to $139 per night. Our hotel rooms phone did not work so when we had to contact the front desk we had to use our cell phones. When booking hotel we were suppose to have breakfast provided. When getting to the hotel ,breakfast was not provided we had to pay for it.

We travel to shop a bit and wanted a leisure break. Due to covid, the swimming pool was closed, that's a bummer. And breakfast of course as well not available in the hotel. Otherwise it's good. We had our coffee maker swapped by a attendant because the one in our room is not working. She is very friendly and kind.

This is an impressive place to stay. The courtyard style gives it a n elegant feel. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The restaurant served great food. The best part of the stay was an exceptionally helpful front desk during some nasty weather and changing schedules they went above and beyond to make life easier! Thanks!!

The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs when we laid down, my partner had to sleep in the side chair because of how uncomfortable the bed was. We both woke up groggy and in a lot of pain from the sleep. The king mattresses need to be replaced at this location.

Bathroom was renovated nice walk in shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh, decore was tasteful. Only issue was a poor air conditioner however front desk provided a fan which made it comfortable.

Although we were only staying for the weekend for our daughters softball tournament the staff were able to accommodate both families with side by side rooms and shared balcony. I brought my dog along as they are also pet friendly! No issue with any of the amenities.
