Every associate is so nice. They are all knowledgeable and easy to access. We all had fun including the birthday boy. Food was so nice, lot’s of drink. Will definitely go back again. Everywhere was so clean and COVID protocols was followed. We were all give extra time at the dining area. We enjoyed our stay and time. Thanks Dave and buster’s for making my son’s day.

Fun super casual place, good service, food was fun with lots of options. Very kid friendly environmen (Lots of parties going on for different reasons.) Staffed well, food was quick... Could be a bit more clean, 2 of the menu's were covered with something and stuck together, sticky tables. We told the waitress and set it all right.

Edit: Ah I forgot to write the actual review bit, my apologies. The arcade itself was fun (massive selection of games), slightly a little crowded but you don't mind it while having fun. You know the gloves near the kiosk? I think most people didn't use them because they were put of view, put one at the front counter aswell so more customers might be inclined to use them for playing. Other wise food was pretty good, the tenders were a bit salty and game prices were reasonable but I would've liked a "free play" option which is unlimited play within a certain time period like an hour however you don't earn tickets (unless you buy coins on-top of this) and can't play ticket focused games like the coin droppers and the minion game. TLDR Put a glovebox at the front counter. Look into a "free play" option if possible. Easy on the tenders. (directed to the staff using the company account) And I believe you misunderstood my review score, 3/5 is still slightly above average, as it's equal to 6/10. Have a good morning!

A great entertainment place to spend with friends & family. There's a variety of games to play & the menu available is decent in price & taste. A bit expensive though, a meal & half an hour of play could set you back a good $50 or so. There's better value in larger groups of 10+ people or happy hour but if you're just here for some fun with friends it's a bit much. The staff is very friendly however & I would recommend going back if this is your kind of thing.

Really enjoyed it. Everything was super fun. Would prefer it if there were no children at all, to make the space feel more adult, it functions right now as just playdium with beer. We still had a really good time though!

Place is expensive and playing certain games for tickets can lower your play time exponentially but the games are solid with many brand new ones since covid began! Great job at keep things clean as well! Fun atmosphere best arcade place for adults no doubt.

Eat, drink & play. Solid 5’s on play and drink part. Many arcades and good bar. However, eat part is lacking here. Food was awesome but service was worse than average: bad management and too much waiting (even for a glass of water). Other than that, I had great time and will definitely come back!

Good games but mediocre food. Most food seemed to be deep fried or easily prepared which takes my review down a star. Meanwhile the games are top notch compared to the other Barcades in the area. Their location is perfect for a night out with friends with the surrounding restaurants and attractions. Fair prices and deals around the point cards and the games as well

We visited Dave & Buster's for the first time and we loved it so much! There are so many fun games to play and the experience is amazing! We even ate dinner here before we went to play the games and the food was very delicious. My only concern is that the food is extremely overpriced though and it's very easy to over spend. The service is great. The staff at the main entrance and our waiter were very friendly, outgoing and helpful. There are so many fun games to play and experience, I loved playing Mario Kart and the basketball games. I also love how it's all digital, you just need a game card which you can buy from the main entrance and all your loaded play tokens and tickets won are all stored on it, its very convenient and efficient. When we were ready to redeem our tickets after playing the games, I was actually very glad to see that they had some pretty cool items and not cheap dollar store quality stuff like some other arcades do. The prices to redeem were reasonable as well. Overall, our experience was amazing and we had a very fun time. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back again soon.

Had a great time at Dave and Busters with a friend. There was two young guys working the bar tonight and they were fantastic! We asked for a hockey game to be put on and we’re very communicative and apologetic when the game wasn’t working in our region. Even the gentleman working the TVs came over and spoke to us about what was going on as well! Wonderful staff! We Look forward to coming back soon.

Its a clean, modern arcade. Spent $100, hit a few ticket jackpots, and left with $5 worth of candy. Incredible. There are a lot of branded games based on existing video games. You get to play a lot with $100 worth of tickets. Went with 3 others and was there for 2 hours on one charge.

Great place to hang out and have a good time with friends. They have a wide selection of games to play from. The only downside is the restaurant. The prices on the menu do not reflect what they truly are. False advertising I say and customer service is terrible. Would not recommend going to the restaurant!

Oakville isn't known for its entertainment. Aside of the cinema and the drive in there isn't much to do for kids and adults. D&B is a great escape for the area. There are plenty of arcade style video games, the ticket style games last a while but almost always are a bust. The biggest issue is parking, park far and walk it. There is a mentalist show just upstairs that's out of this world but seems very short. Talk to the host at the door and he will give you an all you can play past with the show 30$ per person, otherwise its $20 just for magic show. The gamebar restaurant on the arcade side serves greasy tasty burgers and fries, which is expected. There's another restaurant in the building that we never tried but looked good. Overall clean, fun busy place for family or date fun.

Fun atmosphere and tasty food! Only one staff member on a Friday night walking and cleaning machines and an honor system clipboard for covid tracing. They had buckets of unused gloves and sanitizer on tables around the games. It's minimal covid effort but it's a risk anyone needs to be aware of in such a mutli-surfaced place. Food was delicious and our serve super friendly. Liked the social distancing in the dining area so we could take our masks off there comfortably.

Great place to hang out with friends, play arcade games and enjoy some great food. Ordered the fried pickles. I liked how moist they were on the inside and the batter was salty enough to bring out the flavor. The aioli sauce was really nice as well. For the main, order the chicken parmesan, now apart from the chicken portions being ample, once cooked it seemed like the plate was either baked or the cheese torched. Either way gave the cheese and nice crispy texture.

Although I'm sure this place is great when there isn't a pandemic, but I have to rate it low right now. The food might've been the best part, for the menu they have. There's a good selection, even though it's not the main attraction. The game floor was really crowded, if it wasn't for the masks, it would feel like any average night. There were gloves and sanitizer around, but who knows how many people actually used them.

I haven’t been here in so long and it felt so nice to play these fun games. My sister had her daughters birthday here and they made it super safe (lots of gloves and sanitizer everywhere). The food was awesome - highly recommend the pretzel dogs and nachos. I forgot the name of the girl helping us but she was absolutely fantastic. Everyone that worked there that we spoke to were super friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a place indoors for some F&B but where the kids can also have some fun then this is the place for you. Food is good. A good variety of arcade type of games. The only down side is that washrooms weren't cleanest and the napkins and amenities in the washrooms weren't being replenished effectively. Apart from that it's a good place to visit with family!

***Edit Not impressed we gave our previous D & B cards to our waitress to reload to avoid waste and the fee. Our previous card had 11 000 tickets on it. I have the slip with the old card number on it and it does not match our new cards. I contacted the rest of our party and they don't have it and they too have now noticed they were given new cards and are missing their previous tickets although it was very small amounts. Party of 10 for a birthday. Everybody had a good time. My favourite staff member is the girl who works the prize redemption. She's fabulous.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered delivery through Uber.. live 10-15 min away anyway. Ribs showed up FROZEN no effort into even reheating them or whatever you guys do to them. Is this worth $40 to you? Even after trying to cook them as I was hungry they had a nasty freezer burn and were no better than the grocery store $10 ribs that are sold in the frozen section. Called 19 TIMES nobody answered. Being ghosted. As if you guys already know what you have done and are trying your best to avoid me. Uber refusing refund. What a complete disgrace to the entire D&B franchise. Edit: My girlfriend is experiencing food poisoning symptoms from the fish we ordered as well. Not surprised anymore at this point. Will be contacting Halton Region Health Department on Monday when they open up, and file a formal case for further investigation. This shouldn’t be happening.

My experience with my wife and mother-in-law was below our expectations which weren't very high to begin with. The food did not contain all of the ingredients describe on the menu and in addition to that discrepancy, our food was cold and late. And to top it off, the presentation was worst than what I'd expect from an amateur cook along with the dirtiest pepper shaker I've ever seen. This place appears to be a pathogenic incubator. The pricing scheme for dinner and games is absurd. There are many options from buying individual cards to incorporating a card into your meal with excessively overproduced menus. D&B needs to understand the impact of simplicity and how a wordy menu is a deterrent for repeat business, especially us. We will not be returning. Ever. For anyone reading this, you're better off eating at a reliable spot because the food here is retching. Additionally, take a trip to playdium or another arcade instead as this franchise lacks quality of customer service.

We went to Dave and Busters last night (Saturday) and the overall experience was average. Food was good but service was extremely slow (took 45 minutes or longer for food to come to our table). The bathrooms were also uncleanly and clearly hadn’t been checked in hours. Games were fun but a lot of them were out of order! Overall, we had fun but I think these items could be improved for next time.

I have never been to a dave & busters. My friend and I went for her bday for dinner before our movie. Our food came out cold. The waitress took our food back to prepare a new dish and replace one with another. The manager visited us and apologized. Even offered free games or a desert, which we weren't expecting. They rushed the food and came out great. I never return food. This was fantastic customer service. I would definitely like to come back another time with more time to spare to play the games. Cheers

It's a great spot for family fun or date night. They have a variety of games and the general vibe is upbeat. Fav Games: Basketball, The dance thing, deal or no deal,.coin pushers. Ambiance: I liked the vibe, but it can get pretty noisy/loud. Also, if you get a headache with certain lights you might wanna reconsider. Overall: great experience, will go back. Super fin night. Fun place with a variety of games to play. Enjoyed the large selection as it kept us busy for hours. Also, enjoyed the selection of food that they had as they have a bar/restaurant and then a dining restaurant. The food was descent, the chicken a bit salty. The prices are fair for the food you get. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, note that they have coat check for $2.00.

Aside from how busy it was on a saturday night for food, this place was great for our little ones. They had fun collecting cards from games, playing shooters and dungeon crawlers and the staff was very helpful, kind, and respectful. Management was top notch, kudos to Ricky!

First time going, NOT disappointed. Would have taken a picture of the meal as well but accidentally dug in too fast! Lol waiter seemed a tad impatient because we took FOREVER to make up our mind (we even did our menu research before going too, so many good choices) but either way we were extremely satisfied.

Had so much fun there with my son. Love their selection of games; Minecraft dungeon, Hungry hippo, axe throwing, even VR game. Although we didn't have much luck with he tickets but we had fun there.

Went there for a friend's birthday and was largely displeased in the fact that our food took around an hour to be served!! Also the selection of games was slightly limited, which was a shame. Overall, food was OK but the server was very sweet.

Really cool place! Enjoyed a nice dinner here followed by some time in the arcade and it was a terrific experience! The food was good and honestly way better then I expected for an arcade type place. The arcade is really fun and definitely has something for all types of people to enjoy. there is also a 40ft banana challenge I saw on the menu, didn’t ask but sounds cool!

I recently visited for an organization meeting and play afterwards. The service was mostly friendly, though a little disorganized (I was told quite awhile after ordering that my menu item was out of stock since yesterday, our meal was brought out and half finished before the appetizers because they said they had burned it- to their credit they had comped that item). Clearing of dishes was mostly done in a timely manner but some dishes were left making the meeting space more difficult for reviewing reports. Game play was pretty fun. It seemed several games were out of order or not working properly and weren't marked as being out of order (e.g. The multi player air hockey wasn't marked out of order, and attendants kept having to come and get the pucks out of the game as they were jamming). Food was good. Steak was cooked perfectly for order. Allergies were handled well. I wish there was a little more variety of prizes. It was a 3\5 experience.
