Have been coming here for years with my family. One of our meals on our last visit was not up to par - management was fantastic and gave us a complimentary meal, took the unsatisfactory meal off of our bill and gave us coupons for our next visit. Fantastic service always and amazing food!

We were here Friday night, the inside is beautiful. The mushroom soup was amazing, the mushroom risotto was yummy, hubby had the steak and loved it, for dessert we shared the red velvet cake wow. Very nice atmosphere and the host and waitress were very friendly. There wasn't much of a selection for vegetarian meals. It was mostly all meat. Especially in today's changing world where more and more people are starting to eat less meat you would think they would offer a better selection.

My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience at Baton Rouge (BR) last night (Nov 21). This after having to leave another restaurant just earlier due to terrible service. We came over to Baton Rouge and Umair (owner) & Dave (our server) really helped turn our night around. They were very friendly and consistently check in on us to ensure we had a excellent experience. The timing and taste of the food was excellent. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection! *posting on behalf of a family member that does not use Google reviews* - I came here with my family for my wife’s birthday after seeing the great reviews. Quick summary: extremely disappointed, likely a racist establishment, didn’t have a waiter assigned all night, they eventually got our order wrong - we sat down at 5:45pm and were the second group in our section - for the ENTIRETY of dinner (~2 hours) we weren’t assigned a waiter. Everyone else in our section that came AFTER us was being served (Caucasian folks) - this is not a statement that I take lightly - as the only people of Asian descent in the restaurant + being completely neglected by wait staff, this leads me to think that the staff are racist. - 30 min into us just sitting there with no water, no menus, no service, finally the assistant manager came over, apologized and took our order - once the food eventually came out, they got my wife’s order wrong, sirloin instead of filet mignon - the manager came over and apologized at the end of dinner, giving us 20% off - let me be clear, we are not trying to get discounts. We wanted to have a great celebration and unfortunately they ruined our night and my wife’s birthday

I am absolutely appalled by this restaurant. My wife and I came in for some fine dining.. and I truly believed we were ripped off. I ordered the 8 oz. Fillet mignon ($40.00) and my wife ordered the salmon. My fillet mignon looked nothing like a beef tenderloin steak, but rather a sous-vide sirloin. I wish I would have said something at the time but I was to tired to complain. I would never go back to this restaurant. My wife and I have a tendency to go out for fillet mignon dinners on a fairly regular occasion, so we know what to expect for the money we pay. Had the best patio experience so far at this location. Well shaded, high end looking and amazing food. This place is not just about ribs seriously. As a spinach dip expert, this is one of the very few restos that get it right. Also enjoyed their ahi tuna, tenders were fresh, and got caught off guard by the gigantic size of their shrimp in our al dente linguini. The manager there named Vincent was top class. Def going back.

Phenomenal. I had my daughter's baptism reception here at the end of July, I worked with Yvone the manager to coordinate the event. He was so proactive and more than accommodating and he was able to work with our budget. Our guests were raving about the amount of food and how tasty it was ( I have a hard crowd to please so coming from them it was a huge compliment). I want to thank the baton rouge staff for being such a pleasure to work with. Their service, professionalism and quality of food was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant whether it's for dinner for 2 or party of 80 guests for an event such as ours. Thank you again!

It was a great feeling to go out after a never ending lockdown of 3 months and what a better place to visit. Baton Rouge gave us an amazing experience with very friendly and polite staff. There recommendations were great and the food turned out be nothing less than amazing.Place had a nice vibe, though it wasn’t bustling with people due to obvious reasons but it felt nice to get out of the house and grab a beer at a real joint.

We order from skip the dishes for a pickup order. The manager brought out the food after 15 minutes. I asked him pointedly if everything was in the bag as I had made changes, he said the changes cost money I offered to pay he said no. I explained It would not allow me to choose a different side.He said yes everything was in the bag. I asked one more time he said yes. There was literally two out of six sides in the bag when I got home. My children were very very disappointed as they were for them. I understand things happen however it would have taken two minutes for the manager to ensure the order was correct before he spoke directly to me and said it was correct. This is the only restaurant my family visits. We have never had a problem in all the time we have been going there. I suppose it is different for take out but reality is I still paid the same amount as I would have had my whole family been in the restaurant. Our experience today was disappointing to say the least and certainly left us with a bad experience.

Came here for dinner. Location is not accessible friendly. If a car is parked in the handicapped spot, you cannot use the ramp to get on the curb. Was forcced to park in non accessible spot to be able to use ramps. No low tables in use on the main floor for wheelchairs. Was forced to use a temporary ramp which was very steep to get up. Horrible. 2 stars compared to 1 cause the food was tasty and our server was great. We ordered 10 oz ribs and Chipotle chicken. Will not likely return due to these accessibility problems. Hopefully you start designing or updating your resturants to be accessible friendlier.

Overall dinning visit was mediocre @ best. Food was good. Enjoyed the Sunday special prime rib dinner. Service on the other hand could've been better. I cannot stress enough the importance of the quality check after the main entree has been served. That adds value to the customer especially at a steakhouse. Our server assumed we were done our meal because we asked for to go containers and brought our check prematurely. We made room for dessert & coffee and had to ask for dessert menus because he didn't even offer. Way to up sell pal. I had to ask twice for water. And please clear the table as much as possible. When a server doesn't care and is in a rush it REALLY shows.

WOW! Took a friend out for her bday and the waiter was phenomenal. He really showed what customer service was. Always made sure to tell check if we were okay. I went there for my birthday for the first time. The service was fast but wasnt very pleased with their portion sizes and quantity of meat they put in their dishes. I ordered the lobster linguini and I literally found 2 raisin size pieces of lobster meat and some minced meat. I asked the server if it is how it is supposed to be and 5 mins later the manager showed up with a lobster tail in hand and gave me a speech about how the lobster meat is measured and its pricey so that's all they put in the dish while giving me a death stare. Bottom line is, if you charge $35-45 for a lobster dish then anyone would expect to see some decent amount of lobster meat in it.

I suggested Baton Rouge for a get together with friends and it didn't disappoint! Excellent ambiance, great food, great service, great price! Also important to me, the bathrooms were spotless. Good Job Baton Rouge Oakville! We just recently re-visited Baton Rouge for a graduation dinner for the kids and without a hesitation the consensus was to have dinner at Baton Rouge Oakville. Again we were not disappointed! Usually on a late Tuesday night sometimes food isn't always the freshest at some restaurants, but food was excellent (fresh tasting) and our server Samara made the experience that much better! Again, good job Baton Rouge Oakville!

The server named David is very attentive and professional. There is a wide variety to choose from and now they have new items on the menu. Definitely 4 out of 5 stars.

I truly LOVE Baton Rouge. I have been going here for about 20 years and I have always had fantastic experiences, in many locations. This evening, my son and I ordered Baton Rouge delivery from Skip the Dishes, since it was difficult to get out of the house. We love the fries at Baton Rouge and in both of our orders, we asked for fries -- but none arrived. I called the Winston Park, Oakville restaurant directly, explained the situation, and within about 20 minutes, the Manager personally delivered several orders of fries, a complimentary dessert, and a gift card! This was the most thoughtful, caring, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Baton Rouge. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered take out from there online site. Was simple and easy to do. Hubby was working late (9:30pm) in this area and was hungry. Got him the chicken and rib dinner with a side of the gnocchi mac n cheese, and the yummy spinach dip for me and my son who decided to tag along to drop of the food to daddy. We would like to thank the crew who work the night of Saturday May 8th. The food was amazing and my son really appreciated the complementary dessert (really made his night special❤).

When you walk in, this place will make you feel like you're about to be treated like royalty- and guess what? you will be! We had a waiter by the name of David and he gave us what I like to call the Disney Royal Service! He went above and beyond to take the time to cater to our every need. Our water was always filled, he made conversation about the menu and handled our dietary restrictions beautifully. He asked us a bit about ourselves and then made menu recommendations that were spot on! We tried everything he suggested. The food portions were generous and delicious! We will 100% be returning for the great service and great food!

And then the take out container I was given was a black styrofoam container!! Completely disappointed and will probably not return. Came here for lunch today. Great service, and fantastic food. The salad dressings were amazing, the fish cooked perfectly, and the chicken super flavorful. This is the first Baton Rouge in Ontario that we like! In general, we find that the Quebec Baton Rouge locations tend to be better than the Ontario locations for some reason, but this one was great, and just as good or better than the Montreal locations we used to frequent. The atmosphere is also really chic. Will be back!

Wife and I went on a Friday around 3 pm we haven't been there in a long time. Maybe 20 people dining but when a table of six sat down we lost the attention of our waitress , the service slacked and we waited for everything the food was good but too much money for that kind of service. When she noticed we said bill please. If there was a 10% tip setting that's what she would have got. Big money for slow service, na. Won't be back. Save your money.

I can't say much about the menu; I've only ever had the ribs. I can say that Baton Rouge has ribs down pat. The ribs are absolutely delicious, fall off the bone. Consistent quality on a dish that, at other places, is sometimes hit and miss.

I am so glad I found this place! It has a nice little patio and is shielded by glass so things are not flying everywhere as the place is quite open and windy. All the drinks on the menu were alcoholic, so we asked Kerry (our serveuse) if there were any virgin drinks, she said she will make one for us and it was just so fruity & refreshing! The food was delicious. I am very picky about my steak and BR was the perfect answer to my pickiness. Kerry was also wonderful paying attention to each and everything. She ensured the table had a steady flow of beer for the boys!

A little on the pricey side but I figured I would at least try it since I had a gift card. My issue comes from the 10 minutes I waited at the front door to be serviced when I was the only one there. I realize some restaurants are short staffed right now but no one checked the front until someone went back to ask where the bathrooms were.

This is was my first time at this restaurant, my wife and I came here for dinner for our anniversary, right from the start placing the reservations a day before and having them confirm the next day in the afternoon was in my opinion great! Now for the best part, as a Muslim who can only eat halal, they offered the new York steak halal and let me know they will be cooking it on a separate grill that will be cleaned. That made us feel really comfortable. VINCE is the general manager who made the entire experience great for me and my wife, he came to our table and talked about the halal options the best part was seeing him go out of his way to bring me the Cheese ingredients list that was placed in the spinach dip making sure it was halal. I have never seen a GM of a restaurant stay on the floor and make sure all the customers are happy with their meal. We had a genuine conversation and I must say I will be returning. As for our server Meaghan! She was ontop of her game! She went out of her way to make sure we had the best night out by recommending the best appetizers and desserts. Her service was 5 stars from my wife and I and will not forget the experience we had at Baton Rouge! FOR all you halal foodies the new York steak is a must have! Spinach dip, and if you book 2 days in advance you can request Halal BBQ BEEF RIBS! Thank you Vince & Meaghan for making our evening at baton Rouge memorable.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out. Unfortunately, my takeout order was not satisfactory whatsoever...steak & lobster and sides all were cold, had a tuff texture (tasted old and stale to be completely honest). Not good quality at all. Even the Caesar salad (tasted awful, very basic not gourmet that’s for sure!) and French fries (cold and soggy) was horrible! Not sure if it was an off night tonight, but this was my first time eating here and I’m not impressed!! I am very shocked, since the reviews seem to be decent ????????

Not happy with this restaurant, we were regulars at this location but no more! We went to celebrate our son’s 19th birthday with our family at Baton Rouge, our son forgot his ID but he had his vaccine passport with him BUT they did not let us in because they needed to see his ID. This manager that I spoke with was not understanding at all, that day there was construction on the road and we would have taken at least one hour to go back home to get his ID…. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ??!! Never again we will go back to this location .

The restaurant was dead as it was a week night. so we were confused on how they could mess up the order. I just went for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and this place simply is my favorite restaurant over another they simply are just fenomenal un Every meal they make they are incredibly place it is worth the visit every single time and it never disappoints. One of my favourite restaurants. This place has the most amazing well made food you can try it is fantastic food the I have yet to try something that doesn’t taste amazing. the decor and atmosphere is very pleasant and the costumer service is always very good. however due know this is a pricy place to eat but if you like amazing food this is the place.

After arrival and waiting for getting seated, we are shown a table in a relatively empty time (4:45 PM). However, the waiter said here is empty until 5:30 PM (45 mins remaining). We asked if there is any other table available as the service and eating may take some time? She said another one is booked for 7:00 PM, but it is a big table. So? She said she thought we might not want a table for 6 while we are 3 people. We said it is better than 45 mins deadline. Plus who doesn't want a bigger table? :) We gave our order, my order came with fries in which you cannot taste anything but salt. One of the most salty fries I have ever eaten. So I got so thirsty and asked for refill in the middle of my meal. However the beverage didn't come for 25 mins! I finished my meal by the time beverage came with my mouth being salty and dry. Asked for check as soon as the waiter came. Strongly not recommended and we definitely will not dine here again.

Friday night dinner for 4. Place about 3/4 full. Atmosphere was a bit noisy. I ordered the cowboy steak, my wife the ribs, my dad the seafood plate and my boy the prime rib. No complaints from dad. My boy loved the prime rib. My wife really enjoyed her ribs and red house wine. My 20oz steak was very tasty, I probably shouldn't have tried the lobster poutine because I was stuffed at the end. I asked for my steak to be cooked to medium and it was just a tad under. The baked potato had probably been sitting for awhile but the vegetables were perfectly done. Wait staff very nice as was our waitress Laura. Overall I would recommend If you don't mind spending a bit more than usual on dinner for 4.

I order from Bâton Rouge often. There food is yummy! My go to is the Seafood Linguinie. So yummy!! The shrimp and scallops are BIG and are cooked well! The serving size is good as well. For the kids: I like that they have a ribs option (not a common kids menu option) on the kids menu. My kids love the rose pasta and there is also that option on the kids menu! Their dessert are great!! I had the cheesecake and it was SO yummy! But I don’t see it offered anymore ???? I also tried the flourless chocolate cake and that was really yummy. I usually order through Uber Eats. There was only one time my order came missing items. The staff at Bâton Rouge are amazing and I had to share this. One time after I placed my order (through Uber eats) I got a notification that they did not have anymore of the dessert I choose. I could have chosen something else or nothing. I decided to choose nothing. Then a few minutes later I got a call from Bâton Rouge apologizing for not having the dessert I choose and offering me something else. In my experience restaurants do not treat Uber eats customers the same as a customer who orders directly from the restaurant. So I was really impressed that they called and on top of that they were super friendly. This is definitely one of my go to restaurants these days! ????

I have always thought Baton Rouge is underrated! This location in Oakville has incredible customer service and a variety of delicious meals. I highly recommend the ribs and steak combo and the Chipotle Jack chicken. Definitely a great place for a nice dinner!

I had not been in over 5 years as I was underwhelmed then. My visit a few days ago was in the stage 2 of COVID lockdown, so only the patio was opened. Service was great and the food cooked perfectly as expected. Steak was just as ordered and of good quality. I won't wait another five years before going back!

Excellent service... I went yesterday with my husband. Our spinach dip came out at the same time as our steak entrees, so the manager gave us our spinach dip for free, even though we weren't particularly disappointed that it had come to us late. Plus, we got free dessert because it was my husband's birthday (we got to choose the dessert we wanted because of the spinach dip appetizer mishap). The manager gave us two $10 vouchers for a future visit! And all freebies aside, the steak was delicious, the wine was the perfect pairing, and the mini crème brulee trio... wow... so flavourful! Very happy with our visit, we will be coming back again!

I had the devil burger. It was dry and honestly not very good. I was surprised and disappointed and actually found myself wishing I had went to Wendy's. The fries weren't fresh, or even hot. They were also very dry and barely warm. My girlfriend had their ribs. The ribs were about 100 times better than the burger and provided some redemption. Don't buy the burger if you come here. Can't go wrong with the ribs though.

Came in with my husband tonight for an anniversary dinner because we had been to a Baton Rouge in Halifax on our honeymoon years ago. Everything was fantastic! Lobster stuffed mushroom appetizer was very tasty. The scallops and shrimp in my seafood linguine couldn't have been cooked more perfectly. My husband got the serf and terf and said it was cooked and seasoned excellently. Food quality and service (shout out to Maggie) were above aand beyond expectations. Thanks for a great evening!

My family went here for my brother's birthday and we all had such a fantastic experience. I am a vegetarian so there wasn't many options, but the options they did have were delicious! Everyone MUST have the side order of sauteed mushrooms. They were literally life-changing. I am going to go back for these mushrooms. This review is mainly based off of the deliciousness of these mushrooms. Anyways, back to the whole experience. The waitress was so helpful with my family that had many requests. The manager was beyond lovely and was on the floor the whole time interacting with everyone. My family is very picky and they are still talking about our fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this place, which says a lot since I am a vegetarian. Did I mention how good the mushrooms were?

The service here is excellent. Their food is even better. I ordered the chipotle chicken (I never order chicken) and it was amazing. When I cut into it, it was so juicy but also crispy on the outside. It was almost like cutting into an expensive steak. The portions are huge. The pricing is reasonable. My boyfriend ordered the ribs... they are fall off the bone delicious! Highly recommend this location. It’s clean, and has a cosy atmosphere.

Went here for New Years with my gf. Great drink selection. Got a ribeye and lobster and my gf got a salmon dish which she loved. My ribeye was a bit tough and lean for what I'd expect from the cut but the waiter offered to get a new one but I opted for a prime rib to spare the time. The prime rib was flawless and the waiter let me keep the ribeye as well. Great server, delicious food. Service was top notch.

Steak was excellent however not cooked to the correct temperature which was not expected for a steakhouse. Asked for medium rare, got medium well. I am not confrontational so I just ate the steak as it was. Our drinks were not refilled, nor were we asked. The service in general was very low quality. Had an amazing experience with my daughter here our first time. Food was fantastic and better then the Keg. Went in the second time though and it wasn't even that busy and was told we needed reservations and to next time phone ahead. We weren't asked if we were willing to wait, wanted to wait or told they didn't have any more room. Just stared at us, so we left. Some communication of what our choices were would of been nice. Other then that place is Amazing!

I've been here 3 times and I've had the burger, chicken sandwich and just today the ribs. I've never been overly impressed with the food. Today is the last time I will eat here, I tried the ribs for the first time with a side salad and coleslaw and the salad was the best thing. The coleslaw was bland and the ribs were burnt, on top of that they tried to over charge us on a rib combo with sweet potatoes fries and apple slices with a $5 charge for apples instead of a $2 charge for the sweet potatoes. The service was great, the building is nice but the food quality is poor for a restaurant that is as well established as it is.

If your going out to treat yourself to a nice dinner do yourself a favour and pick any other restaurant because this one fails at every level. Take my advice and just go somewhere else. I ordered the jewel of the sea and man was I disappointed. Scallops are smaller than a quarter, lobster was burnt vegetables were undercooked and there is no way you can tell me that those were tiger shrimp because I've had cocktail shrimp that were bigger. Whatever you do don't complain because you will get an irate manager to come over and give you a raised voice and attitude. If you send it back you may as well just leave because by the time something comes back your party is ready to go. Manager told me scallops are out of season so that's why there so small. Not to mention that this entrée was supposed to come with a lobster bisque but that was nowhere to be found. I wish I would of taken a picture to show others but just didn't think of it at the time. So bad, just so bad. Don't waist your time or money here.

My first experience at Baton Rouge, being a food blogger on Instagram, I found out through the food community that they serve HALAL New York Strip loin 12oz. It was a no-brainer that we wanted to celebrate our anniversary here. We met the friendliest server ever, Peter, he was kind, patient and answered all our questions. It was important for us to feel safe, know that the restaurant was taking all the necessary covid-19 precautionary measures. The tables and seats were wiped down with disinfectant after the guests would leave. The staff was wearing masks and the visitors were requested to have masks on until we arrived to our tables and were seated. I felt safe dining in and after 5 months of waiting to eat at a restaurant, this was exactly what I had in mind. Thank you Baton Rouge for this experience.

Eating at this location is family tradition for celebratory dinners - we have never left disappointed but rather always amazed at how consistently excellent our experience is. We were walk-ins right at the dinner hour. They seated us within 30 minutes in a nice Conner area in the bar. It was a nice spot for us. Service was friendly and diligent during such a busy time. The ribs are always great. But their calamari was was greasy ... soggy. I don't think they heated the oil high enough before they fried the calamari.

Excellent service and delicious food. The fries were a little salty, but they were very accommodating and brought me unseasoned fries. The ribs, steak, and prime rib sandwich were all fantastic. The coleslaw needed vinegar, but other than that the food was great. The only thing I didn't like is when the guy brought me my meal his thumb was right in my sandwich, I removed that part of the sandwich and ate around it. I hate when servers put their dirty thumb in your food.

We were on our way from the falls to Toronto and decided to come here for lunch because of the positive reviews. The food was amazing, 5+ stars compared to some restaurants in Toronto dt. However the service was not that great (maybe we are expecting too much as well). Our server brought the mains without cleaning up the empty app dishes so our table looked like a mess. She did not return to clean them up until 10 mins after (again, maybe I am asking too much here). It was just really uncomfortable when we barely had the space to use our knives safely... When we asked for box for the leftover (portion was huge!), she indeed just brought us the box and not the bag. So I had to ask another server for a bag. I would for sure return if I am ever around. Hopefully I will get another server next time!

Where do I begin! Top notch food! Every item we ordered was not only delicious.. but great portions and extremely tasty! Staff were more than pleasant, helpful, accommodating and friendly! Never been before but definitely our go to restaurant! Atmosphere was soothing ! Music just enough to hear your partner speak. Service was quick, and a constant.. how is your food! Do you need anything else! We went not only for dinner but then again for lunch the very next day! That’s how good the food was ! So identical service and food back to back days. I can’t see why anyone would post anything negative about this location!! To the managers .. whatever you are doing.. you are doing it right!! The right people doing a job they clearly love! Impressive :)

I'm sure it's great for most people, I ordered my parents some seafood and steaks from here. They really enjoyed it! Wanted to treat them again and have a night out together, but soon realized there were 0 vegetarian options on the menu, so I had to cancel and go somewhere else that had the best of both worlds. Such a shame because most places offer at least a few meat free options nowadays! I hope they decide to add some vegetarian options in the future.

This was my go to restaurant when I traveled to Mississauga. The sirloin salad, ribs, salmon, and carrot soup are all great menu items. The waiters are all super nice and helpful. They come and check up on you and ask if the food is alright. It’s great, would definitely recommend.

The drink menu had crayon scratched all over it, which didn't leave a great impression on me. The drink I ordered was a smoke old fashioned. They took a classic drink, and added maple syrup to it. It sounded good, it smelled interesting, but the taste wasn't so good. I couldn't finish it. Drink aside, the food was good. Steak was cooked ok. Ordered rare, was heated, but did taste a couple of cool spots. The cheese dip was great, the chips stayed warm, which was a nice change when ordered from other places. The chocolate mousse was great. Was a larger portion than I thought it would be. I would give it a 3.5/5 stars

Went here twice when I was in town for business. Came in on a Saturday night and the place was busy. Waited for about 10 mintures for a seat in the bar area. Had steak that night. The steak came out in good time and was cooking exactly how I wanted it. Service was awesome, wish I remembered her name but she was always on the ball getting me a new beer. Then on Monday I came back in and it was super slow. Ordered the ribs since my waitress the same one as Saturday (by chance) recommended them to me. They were exceptional! Fell off the bone! I also had the BR cookie for dessert which was Delicious. Stayed longer than usual with some of the staff and their significant others and felt like I was a part of the family! Well done and would come back again when in town!!!!

I definitely would have given it a 5 star rating if the steak had been more memorable. It was not well seared and just a little chewy. I can do better on my big green egg. The sides however were wonderful; the baked beans were deep and flavourfull, and the cinnamon apples were delicious. Then there was the creme brulee....made in a shallow wide ceramic dish it had a velvety smooth texture and maximum brulee....yummm. Will definitely go back to try the baby backs.

I was not impressed. We went there for supper on valentine's day and the waitress gave us 1 menu for the 4 of us and then disappeared. We then had to ask someone to call her to get us drinks. She disappeared again. When the food finally arrived, the presentation was poor. Food plopped on a plate. Sad, just sad. Will not go back there again. Used to love this place but the quality has gone down hill in both service and taste. Server was hard to find, and she didn't bring the dessert for the kids meal, we only realized it after we left that it came with one. The prime rib sandwich is really bad. It's unlike the ones from Keg or Canyon Creek tat use real fresh prime rib slices. This feels more like a roast beef deli sandwich. Pricey to boot. I know it's more upscale but The Keg and Canyon Creek both have better value for money, better service , and tastier food. Your better off elsewhere.

Came here yesterday evening with a friend for dinner. Our hostess Maya was very nice and accommodating. Service overall was excellent here. My friend ordered something with a substitution but when they got it, the substitution wasn't made. After informing our server, the manager came out and apologized and also offered to remake the food. It wasn't a big deal to my friend but we loved how it was handled. Will definitely be coming back to this location again!

There is a large variety of items on the menu. When I visited, I had the chicken and ribs which was very delicious. The prices are competitive with similar restaurants. The dinner area was very comfortable, with nice tables and seating. The bar area looked very nice; however, I did not sit there when I visited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Service was great. I ordered seafood linguine with the side of mushrooms. Mushrooms were very delicious but I've had better pasta. Shrimp and scallops were a little tough/over done. Ambience was very nice.

I love this place. We've been coming here for years. Very reliable. Great food, fantastic service (especially Dorina!) and wonderful vibe. Usually quiet enough for a decent conversation but also fun to have a big party. Four stars only only because the kitchen messes up orders sometimes. Highly recommended, especially for ribs, steaks and prime rib.

It was my first time there and exp the portobello goat cheese burger. Yum! For $19 it was accompanied by fries, soup & coffee! Not bad at all. Server was nice & likeable ????

Came for some drinks and appetizers. The place has a relaxing ambiance. The appetizers were delicious. We felt well taken cared for, it felt like almost all the service staff has come and said hello in one way or another by either bringing the appetizers and checking up on us.

Came here this week for dinner for 4 and the service was great. My meal was cooked perfectly. Usually I don’t like to dine in franchise restaurants but this location was exceptional in food and service. The interior is wonderful and very good seating. Will be back again ! Great steak!

Top quality food. Had the top sirloin steak and it is much better than any steak I had before even the top steak houses around. My wife had the salmon and it was amazing too, the best we had in a long time. Top quality, service, taste etc... little o we priced but worth every penny.

Great steaks and ribs! Garlic mashed and gravy - one of the best. As usual, come early so you don't wait long or you'll be in the lounge. Dinner room is packed by 7.

I couldn't bring my 3 year old to the bathroom bc of a medical disability that inhibits me from wearing a mask. Hostess told me I couldn't walk around or thru the restaurant without a mask whether my child needed to pee or not. I turned to look at the tables surrounding us dozens of people without masks. Ridiculous. First and last time here. Even if I had placed my order I still would have walked out. We walked out. My money goes where it's earned.

I recently was recommended to go to Baton Rouge by a friend for prime Rib (my favorite) and I was celebrating my 1st Anniversary with my new wife. We got to the restaurant and everything seemed good so we ordered I I got the prime rib as always and my wife got a rib steak. The food came and the prime rib looked grey rather than the usual nice pink colour when I order medium rare. I was concerned but decided to try it and the 1st bite was very tough and super chewy so I tried another section...same thing all over the piece so I gave up and started eating my wife's steak. When they came to see how our meal was I explained about my dinner and the manager came and gave me 20% off that only covered half my meal. I was exceptionally disappointed and left with a 120.00 tab plus tip for eating a baked potato vegetable and a bit of my wife's steak. I was told this place was way better than the keg but I will go back to the keg in a second to get a nice tender Prime rib dinner. If u decide to go here definatly stay away from the prime rib.

Me and my boss went here after a busy day at work. Yes thats right, i have a cool boos ????. I am vegetarian. So you may think what am I doing at a steakhouse lol ???? .my boss loves steak and so we went here. I trust Canada ???????? and i know i will get something vegetarian there. Reached there. All covid precautions done. Sat at the table. The waiter came and explained about different kind of steaks to us. Of course i was having a straight face as i had no clue what they were talking about. After all the explanations and stuff she ordered some kind of steak( have no idea what it is but she loved it). He turned to me and i was like “do you anythinh vegetarian coz am one” he was shocked ???? ????. I mean the poor guy tried to explain a lot! There was nothing on the menu so he said i am gonna check with my chef and ask him to make you something! So cool right. He brought me pasta with rosé and all veggies. So delicious. We had 90 minutes of fun laughter and good food! Such exceptional service. Thank you!

Food was generally ok. Steak had way too much pepper on it. But they seem very stingy there, they charged us extra for a small plate of vegetables just because we chose vegetables over beans/coleslaw. We did order an extra side salad so was not expected to be charged for 3 small carrots and some peas. So our $30 meal ended up being $40...not worth it. The waitress was nice but Id say clueless about what a great customer service can mean for your business. If she just took care of that for us she would ve gotten a better tip and also a better review on here.

The food is great and very satisfied with the menu, I have been there many times but unfortunately the last time I was there the waitress decided to charge me $50 for one drink for a black label I ordered which would of been less then half the price. I questioned why am I being charged $50 for a Johnny walker black label drink and her answer was this is blue label. I asked for the manager and the manger would not do anything about it and they were convinced that I said blue and not black. I paid the bill, smiled and enjoyed the rest of the night.

I went here yesterday. I was really excited to get out and grab a bite. I was really surprised to get reservations considering all surrounding restaurants were fully booked. I should have taken that as a sign but I was hopeful and determined to have a great night out during this pandemic. First thing I ordered was their Calamari. I found it too oily and not as crispy as I would prefer. I also didn’t enjoy the chipotle dip that it was served with, they didn’t go well together . They should really consider an alternative dip. I returned the calamari and they were really great about it. Then I ordered their seafood linguine and that was another dissatisfying meal. Very bland, no flavour, dry, only 3 shrimp but they did have 4 scallops. However, my friend ordered ribs and sweet potato fries. Fries were tasty, crispy and fresh. The ribs were a good size, cooked well but not hot and a bit bland as well. The service and staff were great but my food was a disappointment. The value, not worth the dollar.
