Amazing atmosphere and lounge. Best middle eastern food in the city. Smoothest and cheapest Sheesha in the GTA. Best service by far (if you are middle eastern). A little slower for others, but friendly and helpful staff nonetheless. Managers Michael and Libo are absolutely great and thrilled to help everyone in the lounge. My favourite flavours are lemon mint and blueberry mint. And I absolutely recommend the Philly cheesesteak plate with fries. This place reminds me the most of the middle East in its design, music, people, food and Sheesha. Definitely try this place out! You'll be hookah'd!

People take your order and forget and then get angry when you ask them for it. 45 minutes for a hookah is absurdly long considering when you ask for it again it appears in 3 minutes. I've been a regular customer for over 2 years and I would like to rate Al Omda as one of the best sheesha places in the GTA. Al Omda is the perfect balance of good sheesha, great atmosphere and tasty food. Furthermore, they are very accommodating to their customers. Their staff is very friendly. Their seating is comfortable and the lighting is also perfect for sheesha. Also, they have a very nice choice of music that they play inside the cafe. Parking is never a problem since there are lots of spots and its right off Highway 403 which also makes it a convenient sheesha to go. The place advertises that it closes around 2-3am depending on weekdays or weekends but is usually open even later. Its the most go to place for sheesha in Mississauga! 5 out of 5!

EDIT: It is really isn't 'bullying' if it's my opinion from my experience after 3 visits. Your establishment is decorated horribly, and looks like a basement apartment from 1983. The chairs have burn holes in them from fallen charcoal. The service is geared towards whomever the staff prioritizes or their friends & acquaintances. You have to pay extra for a pipe. Your washrooms are not well maintained.

Very bad experience ! The order was served wrong and the staff was reluctant in admitting that they'd served us wrong items. Portions were very small and taste was not good as well. Their other branch at Dundas & Confederation is a totally different experience. But this location is not worth a first visit even. I'm totally disappointed and will never ever visit this location again !

Very homie vibe. Not fancy at all. Gets crowded fairly quickly even during the week so try to get the at decent hour or expect to wait a bit. Go there to smoke shisha, eat, drink and play games with your friends (backgammon, cards, dominoes, PS4). THE food is really good. Try the shawarma sandwich or plate and get the mango smoothie for dessert. You will thank me later! ????

By far the best shisha lounge in the GTA. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is great. The place has a lot of regulars, but that's what makes the atmosphere really nice. Everybody is extremely polite and it's very relaxed. The shisha is really well priced in comparison to their competitors and they top it off well, so it usually lasts 3-4 hours if not more. The staff also walks around and fills everyone's shisha with new coals which is really nice. You can ask for the traditional cube coals if you'd like. The food is great too. Chicken Tawouk and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich are absolutely awesome and the fries are great too. If you like dessert, the milkshakes are really nice and their tea as well as mint tea is always nice, they bring a large mug. Sometimes they offer freshly made Kanafeh as well which is gold! I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and they've made sure the place feels like you've been ported to a shisha lounge in the middle east with great food. Highly recommend!

Worst Service at Moods introduced us to this hidden GEM! We were kicked out from moods for not ordering enough food and we were looking for a Sheesha place to go to in the area, came across this on yelp and I have never been to a better sheesha place! I had two friends with me who have lived in middle east and know their sheesha, they said their sheeshas are really high quality (even though it was the cheapest around). We also ordered Fries, Mango shake and a brownie, wasn't really expecting it to be good but just something to eat. However, Fries were AMAZING (with best garlic sauce), Mango shake looked really fancy and tasted pretty good and brownie wasn't bad either. The service, while a little on the slow side, was caring. Some things that were a little off: Place was very busy on a saturday night so environment got a little cramped. Lack of women customers, there was no other table other than ours which had a female presence. However, there was a female server, and at no point did we feel uncomfortable or encountered any creepy activity. So while there weren't a lot of a women, i think it's still safe for women to go there.

I'm not sure how they're even open, unprofessional, not clean, bad hookah, had to ask multiple times to fix it and they refused until finally they did replaced it. They asked us to get off the table with no reserve sign after 20 minutes of arriving. Highly not recommended to visit this place

Love this place. Always a good time. It's usually packed on weekends so try and come a little earlier but rest assured the employees are always actively looking for seats to accommodate waiting customers. When we were seated, the table was messy. The server was surprised when I asked for our table to be cleaned like it was something new to them. Our order was taken 20mins after we called a server. After that, our shisha arrived quickly but the food took 1 hour before it arrived on our table. I was so hungry that I couldn't even enjoy the shisha. The worst service I have EVER received. For 1 shisha and 2 plates of shawarma, the total was $45. I wouldn't mind paying at all but I honestly could not believe I was paying for a service having waited that long. Ridiculous.

Only good thing here is the shisha. One of the best in the GTA area if not the best (as far as price goes) Service is just terrible. Consistently have to wait 10-15 mins to get the attention of any of the staff. Food is okay, not incredible but far from terrible. Floor layout and ambience is decent but could use improvement If the service was even adequate I would give this 5/5. But unfortunately it's one of the reasons I don't frequent this lounge despite having great shisha.

Great place to go with friends to enjoy some Shisha or some of their various foods. The location isn’t the best and parking can be an issue especially during peak days. However, the lounge is decently spaced; but isn’t anything too fancy. It is a nice change from the other places near by, but I wouldn’t say it is better than the other options around. Regardless, I would still give this place a check.

Very very avreage. I’ve made better hookah at home. They charge u 1.50 for hose, ask for orange head and you get one the size of a tangerine. No mouthpieces which is my first time seeing. Food was okay but chicken wings were not cooked well, could see blood on bone. Washroom only gave boiling hot water so I could not wash my hands. Overall, what you’re paying for, but would not recommend.

This place is disgusting. I ordered a milkshake and there was a fingernail in the drink. The people are rude, they take forever to refill on coals. The shisha they don't work! Don't order food from this place! Dont come to this place. They spit and put fingernails in your food. Zero stars.
