I went there last night and we got a Karaoke room for an hour and it was super fun!! The staff were very accommodating and the atmosphere was perfect. I love the cups the drinks come in. Good old music too which is refreshing. Definitely will be back. Proper!!

Ambiance you would hope for and expect in a tiki lounge. Tropical cocktails and a nice selection of small plates served with style. The vegan dumplings were delish!

Amazing bar with delicious cocktails and one of the best private karaoke rooms I’ve ever used with an endless selection of amazing songs. Staff are so friendly and wonderful and my friends and I have already decided to make it a weekly tradition to come here. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This bar had us wait in line for 30 minutes then wouldn't let us in because there was 8 of us. We offered to split between two tables (4 and 4) and they told us to get stuffed. Ridiculous place. We will not be back.

Drinks were good but food wasn’t great. We ordered the chips and pineapple salsa, sadly half of the chips were crumbs. We also ordered the spam Musubi, I could only eat one bite, but I’ve also never had it before. And finally we got the teriyaki wings. I’m not sure if this is a style of wing, but it seemed like they were boiled they were so soft. The sauce on the wings was good, but the texture threw me off.

Great atmosphere, and the drinks all come in funny or cute cups. $15-20 / beverage. Food menu has spam on it and nothing else memorable that I can think of. None of it appealed to us, but the drinks were really good. Also a karaoke room that can be rented out by the hour. Will be back soon.

I was there the other day with my girlfriend to try out the place, and we loved the bar's atmosphere. Food was not tried during the visit, but it is not a place I would expect to eat full meals. I loved that you could rent a room to do karaoke. Also the drinks were a nice spin of that sweet side of drinks. Fun cute place that you should hit up to experience.

Based on their menu, drove all the way down from Sidney wanting to try the Grog specifically because it was described as being over shaved ice. What I got was a drink just served over regular ice which filled moist of the cup. For a $15 drink, that's really disappointing. Cool atmosphere though.

Has a lot of potential but need better / more knowledgeable staff. I asked for a “spirit forward cocktail with the plantation pineapple rum” waitress pointed me to the menu and had no idea. I simply wanted bartender to make me something using that rum.. tried to explain what spirit forward is and she asked if I just want it on the rocks ????

Nice spot. They've got the tiki vibe down. The Mai Tai was great in terms of using the OG recipe and execution. Was less of a fan of their take on the zombie. Would still recommend as a spot to soak up that tiki energy :)

Cute place. Tikiphiles will find it lacking in depth and authenticity. Hopefully more commitment to a traditional ‘escape’ will be added in the near future such as staff in aloha wear, authentic carved tikis, more artwork and layers of treasures filling up more of the open space... Also the chicken wings came very burnt but due to the low lights we couldn’t tell right away! Gordon Ramsey would’ve had a heart attack with how charred black they were.

Great experience. Small space but great drinks. Small-medium size dishes to pair with the cocktails. The location attempts to give off a tropical vibe and does a good job at it. We had a bar seat and the bartender did an amazing job at being conversational while providing great feedback and information regarding the several cocktails ordered by myself and my girlfriend. As far as cocktail bars go, this place is at the top of my list alongside Citrus and a Cane, but with the addition of small plates.

When we first got there an awesome bar tender greeted us and tried to find the best seats for us at a busy time. He was so cool! But once we sat down some grumpy guy (I think management) told us "hey next time don't seat yourselves" in a very aggressive way. He totally put a damper on that great intro. We were then served by a sweet girl, but the our chips were like bottom of the bag (every chip was the size of a quarter or smaller, like come on). For the expensive prices there I was expecting a better experience

Had the best time, our 1st time at Tora Tiki, and are looking forward to returning. It was a super busy Saturday night, and the wait to get seated was not long at all. Took our seats at the bar, which I highly recommend, as the bartender Ryan is excellent to watch in action. He made me some custom fancy rum concoction of pure divinity. We tried the tasting platter of appies, with the spicy pineapple stealing my heart.

My partner and I stopped in for a pre-dinner drink at Toratiki. He is a tiki bar enthusiast so we had high hopes, and we both really loved it. The drinks were great - I don’t drink much so I asked the bartender to surprise me with a mocktail, and I got a delicious modified piña colada. The decor is fabulous, the thatched roof on the bar and the greenery hanging from the ceiling are amazing touches. We’ll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my experience. The design was awesome, fantastic atmosphere. Top notch staff and a couple darn tasty cocktails. I find the difference between 4 and 5 stars to be really challenging. 4 stars to me is great, 5 is perfection. I give them an A, so maybe that is supposed to be 5 stars?

Cool ambiance. Different vibe then other places around town. Fun selection of drinks. Friendly staff. The pupu platter was good. A little lack lustre. The pineapple with tajin was probably the best thing on there. Drinks were a bit too pricey for the size. You'd think that if you were paying $14-16 a cocktail you'd get more bang for your buck. Don't know if I'd keep coming back.

Either severely understaffed or just poor service. Waited over 15 minutes to have our order taken just to have another table which walked in much after us place their order and get their drinks. When I enquired about placing an order I got snapped at. Disappointed to have wasted 25 minutes of my night. Many other spots in Victoria with good service.

My husband and friends threw me a surprise 40th birthday at Tora Tiki and it was amazing!! Love the atmosphere, the management and staff were a pleasure, and the karaoke room is SO FUN!! We will be telling all our friends about this little gem, and we’ll be back for sure!
