Terrible experience. We were not informed that their debit machine was down and they expected us to pay 200 in cash at the end of the night. When we said we did not have enough cash, she proceeded to try and ask each of us how much cash we had on ourselves. Started whining when she was confronted about the cash issue and acted childish. This bartender/server was very rude, worst customer service I have ever seen, rolled her eyes at us and asked one of our guests if we were leaving soon, terrible attitude problem. The shots were not full that we ordered, and when we asked them to be filled, she said she didn’t have enough vodka. Offered us rotten limes to chase our shots with as well, disgusting. Both bathrooms were disgusting, no paper towel or toliet paper in either. One of the mics died as well. Will never be coming back here, worst customer service experience ever.

They had no ice which was fine but they wouldn’t even serve us drinks even if they were warm so there were just shots. The service was terrible and the waitress was rude and rolled her eyes at everything we asked for which wasn’t much either. The karaoke part was fine, pretty good song selection but the room was very stuffy.

A great spot for karaoke with friends. The location is great, and mood and seeing are really cool. For an English speaker, it's a little difficult to navigate the song selection and the choice of English songs is good but not great. I do like that they mostly have the actual music videos to go with the song instead of a generic montage of scenery or something. The sound is really good, there were three microphones in the large room that fit 10 people wow comfortably. The price is a bit much if you're paying for the room yourself, but a great price to split between friends.

Grungy place with a confusing layout. It feels like you're walking into an abandoned warehouse when you enter the building. We weren't greeted by the staff when we walked in. They simply shot us a strange look. The bathroom had to have been the worst bathroom I've ever seen (or smelled) in the entire city.

Enjoyed that they have private rooms. The establishment itself is not inviting and was dark and dingy. Pricing structure is a bit confusing especially if you haven't been there before.

Dark and kind of uninviting atmosphere. They didn't have a drink I ordered then couldn't tell me what was in a drink I asked about, instead immediately recommended/told me a drink I could get. We were the only 5 people in here aside from staff. Would not recommend

Dingy, hole in the wall with the worst bathrooms in the city but also one the best nights out I've ever had in Halifax. Limited English with the service and karaoke machine so can be difficult initially but easy once you figure it out. Will definitely be back.

Super fun. Kareoke with your own room for just your friends. Good drinks and wait staff. Just be ready for some obscure gemes from your favorite artists!!

The place was looking a bit run down, nothing a little fix up wouldn’t help. Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Staff were really nice and tried their best with the drink selection, could use a fan in the karaoke rooms, wish the karaoke machine was able to select a different language it made it a bit harder to find songs. Still highly recommend!

I came from Toronto, once I came to red, it’s small but the service I really love it, people are friendly. And people who visit there are also good, I mean I make new friend from the Red karaoke, I really like here
