Slow Service Most of the time, used to go there a lot, recently, paid for a friends table then found out my friend had to pay also after i left, the waitress supposedly made a table mistake, i believe my 60 plus dollars mysteriously disappeared would not have known other then by chance , owner ( Ian ) never even had the courtesy to contact me, his staff had to handle it. Beware of possible scams is all i can say. i will never return. Not really worth a star at all, but cant post without one

Subject: Pre paid table
Ian this is Richard Marriott there was no mistake about the table I paid for it was made quite clear I was at the waitress station over by the windows and my server was told the table directly behind me, I was standing at the station and my back was to the table next to it., She went and asked the server for that table to come over and again the one serving the table i wanted to pay for asked which table to be sure I said its the one directly behind me, we were standing right in front of it, it was the one right next to the station. Later in the week when i asked my friend if he enjoyed a meal on me he said he paid also, so i asked him what he had and it matched my receipt. The menu was the same for everything they had, and there shouldnt have been a mistake on the table number. There was no mistake my feelings are this I paid $62 for a table prepaid that I didn’t know either that or I paid $62 into her pocket anyway I showed your manager my receipt and she said that its not uncommon for two tables to be the same bill, which is not that common at all, and said that she would talk to you about it. I had to go back a week or so later as i never received a call from you or her and she just said it was a table mistake and thats it. How would you feel in this predicament, I feel taken. Also in my experience with running a business for over 40 years i would have eaten the 60 bucks and kept a satisfied customer. I have been coming to your business since you took it over, many years and many dollars later and i dont even get a courtesy call from you. I will not come back.
Just so you know my feelings on the matter I think you should have talked to me about it and it should’ve been handled by you and not through your employees thanks Ian. Bye
No Reply Was Given, so you make your own decision, when an owner of a business cant reply to something this important then there is definitely an issue that they do not want to address. Not good business or Employee Management is my thoughts from the owner
