Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the runway...so much green. Lots of plugs for charging up...a nice TV to watch the game. Good selection of food and drinks as per usual with maple leaf lounges. Smaller than the Toronto lounge, but it's nice and modern inside. Plus I talked to Randy from Trailer Park Boys there!

David Leblanc

Really nice lounge that was recently open. It's one of the nicest lounge in Canada and I know since I have seen almost all of them!

Wilfred Goodwin

Great coffee, good strong wifi

Richard Portugese

I have to say, this was better when the last food service company was looking after the lounge. The food is always the same. Pasta, potatoes, overly salty edemame and a horrific cold broccoli salad.... The saving grace is the self service bar opens at noon....soup is always overly salty chicken soup, or some kind of rice based stuff that looks like it comes from a bag. I have to say that the star alliance (united, etc) have a way better spread; cheese, veggies, etc. Air Canada, it's time to step the lounge game up a notch... UPDATE NOV_2021 Lounge is "open" again with no hot food at all. Small selection of cold pre pack items, cut fruit and yoghurt. some muffins and coffee. That's it. Warning, if you come here for an early flight and were hoping for breakfast, you are out of luck. The full lounge is open in Toronto. The staff are very nice and understanding but a piece of toast would have been nice...

Vincenzo Trombetta

All foods items have carbs... so I can't basically eat anything

One of the smaller lounges that I have been in. It does have all of the basics. Seating, couple of TVs around with either sports on or the news. I find that the food has been getting really basic throughout the years. While I was here they had a very well done bruschetta, but then after just laid out nacho chips with salsa and sour cream. There were a couple of additional dishes like a cauliflower salad and a quinoa salad. There was also two different types of soup. Fresh baguette cut in pieces was fresh and chewy. They have a couple of coffee machines, and of course wine, spirits and beer. The staff here seem to be friendlier than some of the other lounges I have been in. That makes this lounge a little more desirable to go to.

It's dinner time and they only serve soup as a hot dish.

Not the best ML Lounge I have been in. Probably the worst in fact. Food was very poor quality although the staff kept everything clean.

Don't accept Amex Platinum, only Aeroplan Cards. Doesn't really add up considering Aeroplan and Amex have an affiliated program.

We were hired to re-dye and repair their leather seating. The staff was great and everyone was in awe at the results.

Terry Riyasat

Decent lounge with snacks and drinks, no real meal options like other Maple Lead lounges.

Jeff Berry

Clean and most importantly, open!

The bathroom has CHEMICAL scented sprayers. Thank you for the toxic migraine !!!!!

Great lounge in Halifax located in a convenient location close to security and gates. Didn't try the snacks and beverages because I was mesmerized by the amazing fish in the aquarium. Would definitely come back just to see the fish and relieve the stress from a day of traveling.

Rick Brown

I'll never ride couch again.

Ray Newman

Nice place to refresh and hangout before your flight.

David Falldien

No espresso machine currently, just "fresh drip" coffee. Limited food selection and seating is kind of hit or miss where you can sit. It does have a nice "business centre" which is great. Hope the food selection and typical amenities are made available again soon.

Great spot to spend a 7 hour layover to Fredericton that is 3 1/2 hours away because air Canada decided to cancel all the flights except for the last one going into Fredericton

Colleen DeVeyrac

Smaller but nice..

Alain Savoie

Nice lounge and all. Service is great and very clean. But good is very basic. It's an average lounge.

Although there's no hot food (I knew it from other reviews), it was much better than expected, thanks to the salads and sandwiches. It could be better if they had one of the local beers.

This is my least favorite AC lounge. Selection isn't great and the hours for drinks make no sense when the rest of the airport is serving.

Sébastien Lauzier

Mark Baker

Great experience.

Ardy Arefi

They would not allow us to pay tor entry. Place was empty.

Dan Davies

This is one of the nicest, small lounges. Well laid out, nicely kept, and well stocked.

My favorite LHR *A business lounge. Nice views (though if you only want a view Lufthansa Senator by A gates is best). Not as big as the United Club, but less busy when I've been there, and still a great food and beverage selection. The only business lounge in T2 with real champagne as far as I know (it's a house label but still champagne - on the crisp citrusy side). Some private day beds in the back corner.

Andrew Campbell

Got in on a friend's guest pass, definitely makes flying a lot easier, you're almost hoping to get delayed.

Nice place but they could improve their breakfast, for example, oatmeal looks like dry wall filler!!

Grumble Leather

Decent food and drinks are well stocked. I believe this AC lounge is too small for this airport, my visit was crowded and certainly not a quiet place to relax before a flight. Seating is comfortable and lounge is clean. Not completed it seems as there is insulation coming from the ceiling tiles and there is filler material on the ceiling bulkheads. Overall one of the less nice Maple Leaf lounges I have visited.

Small lounge, as always in Air Canada domestic lounges the food choice is very weak, just a few salads and soups.

Limited good choices in some lounges, the bigger the airport the better the lounge

Absolutely terrible rude staff. They need more training

This is a run down place with scratches everywhere on the walls, dents on the furnitures and damages furnitures, not worth the membership or the $35 they want you to pay, the charging phone station doesn’t work, staff doesn’t care, the place is dirty, the toilet are dirty, avoid at all cost

Honnestly? Deceptive Poor maintenance (curtains are torn down) and no service. Photo show the food offer...

Jennifer Long

Was told by the front desk you need to pre-purchase a pass at least 24 hours in advance. (And was only told this after asking multiple times how to access the lounge). Even more frustrating: found out after the fact that I should have had free access to the lounge based on the ticket type I held, but there was zero signage, or assistance from the front desk staff, to let me know this option existed. Head's up to other travellers: they also do not accept Priority Pass or Lounge Buddy passes (but other AC Lounges seem to).

Gavin Crutcher

Alexander Vinje

Don't accept LoungeKey, couldn't even purchase access. Horrible service.

Diane Davis

Space was bigger from our first visit to second visit in Dec 2018 as renos are done. Breakfast options provided a nice variety but other times are high carb, standard orzo salad, pita, etc. Maybe some whole grain or gluten free options even boiled eggs for protien would provide variety? Workers were diligent in collecting dishes, cleaning furniture including wiping down chairs. We had long layovers due to routing from Gander to Dublin but the lounge made it much more comfortable. Pleased we invested in a membership.

Kevin Bauckman

Small, crowded, hot and noisy. Food is atrocious. Hard pass.

Paul Brooker

Overall good experience but not as extensive selections as available at the Toronto Maple Leaf Lounge. Clean, and currently well marked for available seating although the staff do not do anything if people ignore blocked seats. Excellent views of airport operations

Wade Boutilier

Good but leaves a lot to be desired, never have news papers or magazines that are worth reading.

Would not let my wife pin unless I gave them 45.00 plus tax .Not happening 25.00 is more of a fare price it's snacks and a beer not a 3 coarse meal.

Pretty basic lounge honestly. It has not really seen an update or much improvement in years. Most of the domestic maple leaf lounges across Canada are bounds ahead.

I personally didn't feel the selection of food was that good. Breakfast was on when I arrived, only one type jam for toast, few boiled eggs sitting out, fruit was gone. I was delayed and ended up there through lunch too, potato salad, quinoa and that's about it.

Mark

Always a great place to stop.

George Vonapartis

Air Canada lounges have got to be the worst lounges in the world, excluding the one for international flights in Montreal.

Tom McCaughey

Cody Clifford

First time and wont be my last, loved everything about it.

Cameron Campbell

It's ok. A bit dated now compared to some of the newly renovated locations. Does not have warm food other than soups. Tends to get fairly crowded as it's small given the size of the airport. Air Canada - what's with the horrible water / ice machine?
