Just received an email saying that Deafheaven's July 2020 show has been cancelled. In March 2021. I emailed MRG several times MONTHS ago asking for a refund and was denied, and now they're offering a credit to use for other shows when live music/public gatherings aren't happening again any time soon - what a great business model! /sarcasm

try finding a phone number, address or anyone to contact if you have an issue with MRG Group. They cancelled a show/concert the day before with no explanation & said they will refund tickets - then ghosted everyone. I've tried their "contact us" online site & have heard zero back after 4 emails. NO phone number anywhere listed. Do not trust The MRG Group/MRG Concerts - you are gambling your hard earned money with them. From now on I will only trust ticketmaster as they at least answer the phone.

I will NEVER buy event tickets through these guys again. It's literally been a month since they told us we'd be getting a refund for our cancelled NYE event and I'm STILL waiting. Trying to obtain an email response from them is futile too. Jesus christ.

This building has multiple units, one of them is Dublin Calling which is an Irish Games Pub with 27 large screens and games ( darts, ping pong, basket ball, and fussball). Great selection of drinks and good.

After buying 4 tickets to the Bowie Celebration, there were multiple rechedulings due to Covid, which is understandable. Once the show was cancelled, it took multiple increasingly nasty inquiries from me to get my refund. Many are still waiting for refunds. Won't ever again buy any tickets for shows from this promoter.

Horrible customer service. They gave me a credit after a show was cancelled and then the only vendor that they book for where I live closed down. If you google MRG Live google auto populates with "MRG Live refund" which should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Terrible customer service and will not respond to requests in a timely fashion. They sent an e-mail months ago stating they were issuing a refund to me, and they still have yet to make good on this. If you're in a position where they owe you funds, escalate immediately, otherwise you will likely go unnoticed.

The tickets were not cheap and its been well over 2 months, and still no refund. Hugely disappointed with this company and the lack of response/accountability. No contact information and zero support for inquiries.
