Very good small family owned bar. My girlfriend and I were looking for a non chain place to eat and found these guys. We love pizza and wings and Yanks delivered. The wings were cooked well, crispy outside, moist inside. The pizza had a good crust. We had the double bacon cheeseburger. I recommend adding a veggie to it. The place only has bar seating and 20 tables. There was only one sever but she was very nice and came by as often as possible. The price is extremely reasonable considering the tourist location.

We are from Vegas and wanted to find a bar who would turn their music off and play the Stanley Cup for us and Yanks said of course. Ryan, the bartender is AWESOME. He was running the entire place by himself with over 30+ people in here and he worked his butt off and rocked it. To the owners you should have another person here and you should definitely give Ryan a raise for being the hardest worker. he was taking orders, making drinks, serving food, bussing tables and was still so friendly and kept checking on everyone. Thanks for a great experience Ryan.

Very disappointed and quite sad as we used to love this place. Must be under new management. Pizza was decent but is much more thin now and not alot of toppings consider they charge 2-4$+ per topping. My friend ordered the burger and it seemed like a frozen patty that was way overcooked. To top it all off they forgot our wings for the pizza.. won't be back.

They need to warn their customers they dont take debit when you walk in. Then you find out one back machine works in the whole town after checking 4 of them. On the other hand, the food was excellent. Maybe they should put up a sign to avoid bad reviews.

My boyfriend and I weren’t too sure about this restaurant at first but we read some reviews and decided to give it a try and were so happy that we did! Not our usual type of scene but the food here was amazing. The burger was delicious and they give you a generous amount of fries. The alcohol prices are good compared to other spots around the area. My boyfriend had the wings and he said they were definitely one of the best he has had. Service was good - very friendly. So glad we decided to eat here!

The food was good, the bartender was extremely nice, and we just wasted a couple hours here while we waited for the lights to come on at Niagara. There's a free pool table and good beer. A couple of roudy, older Irish gents were being a nuisance but that didn't bring down the evening. If you are in Niagara on the Canada side, it's not ridiculously touristy and a bit away from the crazy hub of the hill.

No beer on tap. Only in bottle. We also bought some salsa and guacamole, which we waited for 30 minutes.(at one point we taught they forgot about us.) The salsa came from a Tostito's jar and the guacamole was also pre-baught. So, I paid 45$ for 3 bottled bears and store bought salsa, guacamole and chips. Don't make the mistake I did and avoid this place.

Went in to pick up wings for my friends and I ordered 5 lbs of wings a pizza, fries and poutine. The food was overall okay, however the problem came from the fact that the wings we ordered were not the right flavors at all. We ordered 2 Buffalo hot lbs, 1 homicide or suicide hot forgot the name, and finally 2 honey garlic however we only got 4 hot buffalo lbs and 1 homicide they completely missed our honey garlic order. Poor service for a place that's so highly rated.

On a Saturday night one of the only places without a line up. Service was friendly. Washrooms were problematic, (lost them a star). Pizza took a long time and was okay - the sauce was the weak point. (Tastes canned). Felt like this was a place more for locals than tourists. Kind of a young crowd. Highlight was the nineties sound track (Got them an extra star).

I loved the location and the layout of the place, but there was something missing. Maybe it was the pool table that obviously used to occupy a corner of the establishment, maybe it was the fact that we were there at shift change mid-afternoon on a Saturday, but the place didn't seem very busy (I counted 14 people in three groups). Add to the fact that it took nearly an hour for a dozen wings and a burger to arrive at the table, but I didn't get an authentic vibe from the place. When the manager took over for the bartender at shift change, he had his back to the room the whole time, it took a while to get his attention to bring the bill. I'll grant them this, the wings were huge and obviously homemade, not store bought, and the burger and fries were ostentatious, but the level of service was low when you consider this is a world-class tourist destination. I'd like to come on a weekend evening to see how this place functions as an after dark pub but I wasn't inspired by what I saw on what was clearly an off season, down-time period of the day on a Saturday. If you're world class, you'd be world class 24-7-365. This place isn't that.

By far the best pizza and wings in Niagara Falls and probably the side of the Border. The burger was really good as well and so was the steak sub and the Mexican cheesecake was a killer appetizer. I still can't get over the pizza and wings though. I don't know what day do to not pizza but it is by far my favorite pizza I've ever had.

Yesterday (September 17), my husband and I went in for their "Burger and Fries" deal for 12$ tax included and that's what we both took, we were not disappointed, what a burger! And the evening shift waitress was really great and had a great smile! With a nice personality, we really liked her! It is a great, humble resto/bar. As an out of towner, I dropped in for a casual pint on the recommendation of a friend. Ordered a pizza and a few pounds of wings. Simply spectacular and the type of food that should be served in a tavern. The wings are some of the best I ever tasted. Dried and then fried (no batter) for super crispy skin. A fine quality tavern and much recommended.

Great location at the top of Clifton Hill. It is a straightforward bar/restaurant close to all the activity of the Falls. It is a great break from all the tourist traps and attractions. The food is great. There are a variety of beer taps ranging from macro to micro brews. Wait staff is friendly, attentive, and prompt. I strongly recommended Yank's.

A patio literally on the street. The restaurant has cordoned off one way of the street for its patio setting. This place was full but we could get a reservation easily. Instead of waiting in huge lines for branded big restaurants we can try the local favs. this was very close to our parking as well. we got a beef burger which was okay. nothing too great about the beef patty. Chicken tenders and wings. Wings were really good! Its nice place to spend a casual evening for beer and wings with family & friends. The service was pretty quick and the staffs were very friendly. will definitely vista again

We went there for lunch. First off please try mexican cheesecake. It's not a cake it's like nacho with cheese in a bowl.super delicious. Also ordered mushroom pizza which was really good. I can't believe this restaurant has good rating!! You guys wouldn't believe what myself and my family experienced here! On August 18, 2020 at approx 7:30 PM, we went to a few restaurants before this one to dine with my niece who is 7 months old, but we realized they were all busy so we saw Yanks and thought, oh this place is empty why not try it out and enjoy our evening. We sat at the patio. The waitresses (did not get any names) were extremely nice in the beginning so we thought perfect! We ordered wings, nachos, fries and beer and advised the waitress that we would like the Nachos before the wings so we can enjoy it with the beer she said no problem. It is evening at this point, so the sun went down and it got colder. Remember, my 7 month old niece is with us. So we asked if we could sit inside they told us we're not allowed unless it's raining. FIRST OF ALL, who's rule is this? Because last time I checked, we can dine in at any restaurant now with the limitation of 50 people. So after explaining that we have a baby with us and the restaurant is empty, they agreed to let us in. The wings and fries comes after 20 minutes, but no Nachos. We told her to cancel the Nachos as we ordered it with the beer not the food, and she said oh it was never charged. (HUH!?) We begin to eat and my sister and brothers wings were too spicy (they ordered Mild but they brought out Medium because the waitress said here you go Medium wings, oops! I meant Mild) so my brother tells them it's not busy here and you got our orders wrong, we are hungry and the Nachos never came so we don't want to wait too long. The waitress never apologized and started to give us attitude, so we decided not to eat and just pay for the beer and fries and leave. The other waitress says just pay and leave since you want to be rude, we said what kind of a customer service is this? DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THIS GIRL SAID!? "I think after this you guys should go home since you're so concerned about your baby getting cold, just stay home" like WHOOO says that in a restaurant facility? UNACCEPTABLE. Nobody has the right to say anything like this to a PAYING CUSTOMER. It was as if we were begging them to serve us. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT EVEN ADVISE MY DOG TO COME EAT HERE. Not to mention, the chicken wings tasted terrible. And this is Niagara Falls, so usually there are tourists here. LOL CANADIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NICE, BUT I GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN USA. 0/5 Stars for this garbage restaurant.

This was just sad. There were seven dishes we ordered. One was completly forgotten, one salad had the wrong dressing, the steak for nearly five bucks was ridiculous. The best pizza ever, thin and crispy, you also get to pick real toppings and that was my favourite part. The place is tiny but the food is plenty. Plenty of beers to chose from and a full bar. Free use of the pool table and good friendly service. We also had poutine and it was good. Decent washrooms and not far from all the action around the tourist area.

This place kinda looked like a biker bar when we first rolled in but boy we're we wrong! Very kid and family friendly place. Service was great and fast. It's a "find your own seat" kind of place and the prices are fantastic for it's location. Two drinks, a pizza and chicken dish only cost us 54 bucks

Been popping into Yanks many times over the past 8 years. I enjoy the old school vibe of the place with old cabinet fridges. Wings are crispy and delicious. They serve oast house barnraiser country ale and brimstone sinister minister ipa local beers. With the covid regulations centre st is blocked to vehicle traffic and you can sit out on the street and enjoy the clifton hill lights while sipping on a beer. If they chose to keep this a thing I'd be all for it. They could do cool things in the winter. The place needs a old juke box playing good old rock and roll to go with its title for being old.

Most people would consider me a connoisseur of wings. I have had the opportunity to sample "buffalo-style" wings all over the world and I eat them 3-4 times a week. I have to say that Yank's made my wings PERFECTLY! I asked for "extra, extra, extra, crispy and they had a crisp skin with tender juicy chicken inside. Even after adding the sauce they remained extremely crisp, which is hard to do. I had to go back the next day to have another order. They are that good...

I was in this bar for a drink a couple weeks ago , never been to downtown Niagara falls before . what stood out to me about this place was the overall concept , I had never been more confused . was it suppose to be a sports bar ? a pub ? a local hangout tourists didn't know about ? The BEST pizza! It is a bar and grill. Walking in I thought I may have messed up. I was wrong! It was friendly and awesome! Pizza was thin crust. Perfectly baked. Toppings were plenty and very evenly spread. Looked like it should have been in a commercial. Kid friendly. (We went at 7 pm) .

THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING ON YOU PIZZA, INCLUDING THE CHEESE ($3.00), i have never been to a resturaunt that charges for cheese. plus it was either over cooked, or they used old cheese from the way it came out. definatly not up to par, Cici's makes better pies and for only 5$ too. instead of the minumum 15$ for their pie Wings: very little sauce, and flavor, we had the medium. juicy but once again not over the top. was not impressed after reading previous reviews Mrs. Abbru’s Mexican Cheesecake : Definatly Worth getting, I am not a fan of mexican food and i ate these liek they were going out of style. it was great. probably one of there best items on the menu~! Atmosphere: quiet, right in the heart of Niagra. Pub style inside and reminds your of your own local drinking hole when you walk in. friendly service and reasonable prices (minus the pizza which they charge you for cheese~!!!) would go back again and recomend only for there burgers and Mexican Cheesecake

Probably the best local spot in a heavily saturated 'Tourist' Market. Always a great spot to have a cold Pabst on tap, enjoy the best thin crust style pizza, and some of the tastiest and crispiest wings around, without the tourist tax. Waited 35 minutes fpr wings that never came out. Wish we couldve tried them because we heard good things. They comped our 2 drinks for the inconvenience which is great customer service that you dont find often these days. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A nice bar to grab a beer and get away from the bustle of Clifton. This is more of a local bar where industry workers hang out after shift, which tend to be my favorite bars when I'm on vacation. The bartender was a solid guy and gave us a brief history of the building. (Be sure to check out the old ordering computer it was running UNIX! I can't believe it was still functioning! We had the Mexican cheesecake as a snack. (Just a plate of nachos and cheese dip we call it skyline chili dip back home. All in all a good experience worth checking out for a beer.

Nice Atmosphere & the staff was super Polite. The appetizer (Poutine Fries) was so delicious! If I hadn't ordered an entree they would have gotten five out of five stars! They only make well done burgers which is fine but mine was way over done, (like a charcoal briquette) And we waited over 40 min for our food. And on top of that they got it wrong! Forgot toppings on my burger which I was still charged for. And there was no ketchup, mustard or mayo. After a few minutes the older bartender brought us a caddy full of burger support, that contained all of the necessary items!But all she did was throw it on the counter & smile. I guess that's what passes as being courteous in Canada. All in our meal & drinks came to $60 + tip. I went to Burger King Afterwards and got better food how I wanted it, & the staff was excellent!

We have lived in Niagara Falls all our lives and never been to Yanks. On Saturday night, we ventured into the tourist area for something different. We walked past Yanks. I recalled the positive comments from some of our friends. Parking is a pain, but the wings and pizza worth the aggravation. Great server too!! We will be back!
