Huge Caesar salad and delicious sirloin burger. Sat by the open window area and a cool breeze made the experience even better. Looking forward to coming back one day to sit at the long bar and watch a game. Washroom is a bit of a jaunt but it is a hotel bar.

To be in a good location, it is a place that unfortunately has bad environmental music, the service of the waitresses is unpleasant, they are not friendly and they seem to be tired of working there, they do not support providing information about the drinks they sell and the snacks; anyway. I honestly do not come back there. Hopefully and improve it.

Went here for a birthday celebration and called ahead to reserve a table for a large group on Saturday night. They guy on the phone said they typically don’t take reservations but would do it given it was my birthday and it was for a large group. I arrive at the restaurant to find out it is closed for a private event. The manager came out and spoke to me and said there was nothing he could do and made no suggestions for accommodations.

Fantastic atmosphere, while we were there it had a great band and the decor is very up to date and clean. Only complaint would be that they are pretty slow to greet their guests. There was maybe 5 other table in the place but we still sat there looking around for well over 10 minutes for someone to come over. Server was super friendly when she came by so that was a major plus. Overall 8/10!

We like to try different places all around and this place is supposed to be good and nice. It was busy and we order some drinks for start and food. After over an hour waiting we never get the food and after some drinks of course we really wanted the food. So we decide just to asked for the bill and they dont even apologized or asked if we still want the food. They just charged the drinks and bot even say nothing else. We got very disappointed and we dont recommend it to anyone. Worse customer service. We instead decided to go to delis restaurant at casinoand they did an amazing service like we deserved. We recommend just honto casino for drinks and food lol

My fiance and I went to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted by an exhausted server "Hi ladies", even though I'm a man. The appetizer was not put into the system and never arrived. Music was blaring loud. Halfway through the meal our server informed us he was leaving and a new one was taking over. No one ever arrived. There were about a dozen employees mingling and talking near the bar but no one ever came over. Apparently there is a shift supervisor AND a manager, but no one took responsibility for the poor service. Food was only mediocre. Horrible experience, will not return.

Food and drinks looked ok on the menue. Live music a bit too loud, but nice. However they were not willing to sell our 6 year old daughter a portion of Fries without the Burger (they had Fries on the menue included with the burger). So we had to leave and find another place. Very inflexible....

I found it pretty hard to actually find this place as the images on here are NOT what it looks like in real life. The bar/ restaurant was grotty and unfriendly. I went here with a group of friends for some food. The serves got our orders wrong bringing out twice as much food as we ordered and then refused to let us eat it and still charged us over $150 dollars for food we didn’t eat or order!!! Expected better from the Hilton to be brutally honest. Read a few of the reviews below and it seems lots of people have had bad experiences here. A silly move from the Hilton to cohabit space with a ‘restaurant’ such as this one.

Great bar to grab a drink before or after the casino. It's right across the street. They have live band playing on weekends and holidays which is great. However the time I visited, the speakers' sound quality wasn't that great and it hurted my ears whenever the band ripped a chorus or did a guitar rift. Drinks were great and my bartender was very generous on the alcohol pour. I had a double gin & tonic and a espresso martini.

Long wait for the food. Waitress was often seen chatting with the other waitresses, looking at her cell phone while my drink remained empty. Sirloin burger was nothing special. Ketchup came in tiny sealed bottles that are too small and unnecessarily difficult to open. Fries were pretty good though.

I live in Montreal. My friends and I decided to go to Niagara for a few days. We were starving so we were looking for somewhere to eat something. We chose this bar I mean ((Spyce Lounge)) by random. We all ordered hamburgers and wings. The hamburger tasted awful and the wings were inedible. Our foods were also cold. Also, the behavior of the staff was not good at all. I never recommend here to anyone.

Do I need to be blond to get a good service? This is the second place in Ontario where I felt discriminated. I notice that other people (white) got helped right away and the weitress go their drinks very quickly, they cleaned the their table and gave them the menu. In our case my husband needed to go to the bar every time we wanted a drink because we were ignored all the time.

After a long day of exploring the area for the first time, my girlfriend and I decided to grab a bite to eat here. The food was fine but our waitress from the first minute was cold and unfriendly. Appetizer and entrees came out all at once, we were barely followed up on regarding how the food was or if we needed refills, and once we did get the check after ten minutes of watching the waitress chat with her fellow employee, it was incorrect. When one mistake was fixed (charged an extra drink), we noticed the cider sangria was rung up as 10 as opposed to 8 as advertised on table displays, we were met with "No it's 10 because its the same as the other sangria in the menu." Once shown the table display, her only response was "Oh that's weird" with no effort to remedy it and handed us the card machine again. At this point we just wanted out and will not be going back.

Great place to enjoy some live music and a beverage. I recommend stopping in to hear the great bands that they usually have, I find that they generally book the best acts in the Niagara Falls area. If you are visiting the Niagara Region for a weekend I would definitely add this to the list of places you should see.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband eloped today and we’re staying at the Hilton hotel. We saw the spyce lounge and thought we would give it a try. They told us to take a seat and someone would be with us. No one ever showed up to take our order. Then we decided we would order takeout and they had my husband stand there while they all looked at him and didn’t provide service. Once someone finally took our take out order we decided to sit on the bench outside and look up the reviews on the place because we thought maybe this is just a one off thing. We were wrong. WOW I should have read before we even went. Avoid this place at all cost. And now we have to eat this order of food that the reviews all say is disgusting….

Absolutely loved it. Very friendly servers, excellent atmosphere. They took safety measures due to the pandemic. The menu was compact and satisfying. There might be cute lil birdies in the restaurant due to the open window. It was a really nice touch. I would like to highlight Bret and I believe his name was Paul for their excellent service. We will definitely be back here when we visit Niagara Falls.

Great staff. Best mojito I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his old fashioneds. We come back every time we are in the falls. Last night we were there twice. Once for pre dinner drinks. Once for live music and late night refreshments. We also shared the Mediterranean trio which was a good sharing snack for two. James Blonde played live music and they were a smash! I’m told they are a regular appearance so we hope to see them again.

Although beers are good, service is terrible and we were completely ignored and neglected by the staff. The first server said he will be with us any minute but I took a long time for the second one to come and finally take our order... After a long time of being ignored, and only after asking three times we got our bill from a different server. Please be aware that clients appreciate not only the food or drinks, but good service as well. Try to work on that to improve as we saw several tables in the same situation.

We stopped by the Spyce Lounge (on the ground floor of Niagara Falls Hilton) to have a drink after dinner. But the live band was so loud, we decided not to stay. The next night, a different live band was on and not as loud, so we had some beer. My sister ordered a passion fruit sangria and it tasted like Robitussin. The waitress had a grave face, perhaps having a long day. Needless to say, we were not going back again.

My boyfriend and I decided to eat here before heading to the casino and we had a great time. It was a “quiet/slow” night since it was a Monday but the staff was nice and the atmosphere was great. Food was good, nothing special just basic bar food - we ordered chicken strips, wings, and a poutine. My peach sangria was pretty good also! Prices are fair, few items on the menu are a bit overpriced but not the worst! Only note is to keep in mind this is a bar/lounge - so it’s a relaxed atmosphere. We didn’t feel rushed to order right away, we had drinks then ordered food.

Honestly. It mozzarella the worst experience. They could not even get mozzarella sticks out before wings and a Caesar salad with chicken. The server checked on us once. We had to flag her down to take our order and to get her to even check on us. I ordered two drinks, mozzarella sticks and wings and it was over $75 dollars. What a joke for bar food and drinks. The manager tried to help with a free drink, I thank you. But the experience was horrible and I still paid full price tiny no meet wings and mozzarella sticks $75. Please do not waste your time and $ on zero quality food. Leave the over priced Niagara and their fees and go to St. Catherine’s.

I had a Monte Cristo and my wife had coconut shrimp. The Monte Cristo was very plain and the shrimp were way overcooked. Advertised home cut fries that were obviously frozen,and they had to get my vinegar from another resteraunt which came in a plastic condiment cup.

This was the worst service I've had. My boyfriend and I went there to have lunch as we were staying at The Hilton. We were seated and had to wait 10 minutes to order our drinks and then wait for them to come. As we placed our order for 1 lb of wings each, calamari and torpedo shrimp i ordered another drink(different from the first I ordered). Fifteen minutes later 1 order of wings came to the table and my drink came...too bad it was not what I ordered. We waited over 45 minutes and no other food ever came out other than 1 lb(that is now cold)! We had to wall up to our waiter and let him know we were leaving and that this was ridiculous and he gave me the wrong drink. His only excuse was the kitchen was MAYBE busy...and never even apologized. Will never go back.

I've walked by this place so many times and i always thought it looked nice. I'm sad to say that it wasnt the best experience. I understand the place gets busy but I've never felt so neglected as a customer in the downtown Niagara area. We had a party of 8 and we were seated at a table for 6. Two of us had to rotate seats and stand. They mistook our drink orders and we had to wait 45 mins until we got our app. The portion size for dip was very small but I guess that's expected. We asked for extra chairs to seat our guests twice. Each time time the waitresses were nice but they didnt come back. I had high expectations for this place but I'm sorry to say that it fell extremely short. There are so many nice lounges and restaurants to spend your money at. I would not recommend you spend your hard earned money here.

One the place looks nice inside, more of a club lounge vibe. The menu needs an update! Our only option for food was pizza and it was served in a box !! No social distancing in between the table!!! I was shocked !! For Niagara in Hilton very disappointed. It was also really expensive, for what pizza and wine? Good Luck!

Had a fantastic time there Saturday night. The managers were so friendly and got us a seat right by the band. The band (The Pubjugs) was amazing! They left the crowd begging for more. Drinks are reasonably priced. Like others have noted, the washrooms are incredibly far which can be a bit inconvenient but otherwise a great night.

The live music is ridiculously loud. You cannot have a conversation with the person next you . Drinks are made with the least amount of alcohol possible. I ordered an Old Fashion and the wife ordered a Bellini ( hers was a 12 dollar Icee , mine was bitters and soda water). I would suggest walking down the street for a relaxing drink if you stay at the Hilton ( which is a great hotel , by the way)

Charged the tourist tax on top of 10.00 well drinks. Not acceptable. Tried to tell me I had to pay the tourist tax on top of provincial tax. I said I wouldn’t pay. So opted for no tip. We already pay a premium price for hotels, meals, drinks etc. No way tourists should be tricked into an additional charge. Shameful since a huge amount of visitors don’t speak English and have no idea that this charge is optional. Don’t tip where places impose this. A blight on Canadian tourism. Shame.

I literally created a new account just so I can send a review about Spyce Lounge. Waitresses/waiters, lazy, try to smile maybe! Very uncomfortable lounge, will not ever return, and will ensure my friends who go to Niagara Falls, to not EVER go to this lounge.

I ordered a nachos and drinks but our nachos didn't come out. After 30 minutes, we asked about our nachos, the server, Sarah apologized for the incident and offered us a free one. Then, after 1 hour of waiting, we asked about our nachos again, another server, Andrew told us Sarah already left and asked us if we would want to cancel the order. Seriously? I saw five other tables that came after us got served with their food and their lame excuse was there was a problem in their kitchen? I would never visit this place again. Their service was just terrible and left us awful feeling in this wonderful trip to Niagara falls.. If you don't want this feeling in your trip, I wouldn't visit this place.

Attended this place on a Tuesday night at around 8:00pm. Firstly, the service was fantastic - both the host and our waiter. They provided a really speedy m and efficient service. The waiter also had the perfect times on when to check up on us - which is what helped it be such a speedy service. Our orders came quick! Likes: $5.00 beers, speed or service, quality of service, patio, location, Nachos Dislikes: Washroom is a bit far (not in the restaurant itself; you must walk a little bit into the main building to get to the washrooms)

The food was abysmal. If you are considering eating here, I would recommend stopping by the gas station and getting a microwave version of what you plan on ordering. My wife and I ordered the two versions of their burgers, and both of us (despite extreme hunger) ended up eating the mediocre French fries (the Truffle fries are roughly 20% better than the normal version in case all restaurants have been quarantined). Service was poor despite it being a Tuesday night with ~60% occupancy. I almost never write reviews, but the shock at this being a Hilton bar/restaurant and the fact that I paid full retail make me want to warn any person seeking anything other than libations.

Called and asked if the kitchen was still serving food the woman said yes. Walked from casino to restaurant (2min) and was told by the male "worker" (he was at the bar on his phone) that the kitchen was closed and it was drinks only. So ended up at another restaurant for 30mins but spent well over 150$. Sorry you missed out on a quick buck...

Spent a few days at the Hilton seen that there was a great guitarist playing, husband and I went in. two waitress working and had to go up for service. 2 drinks cost $28 totally crazy. Musician was amazing but was afraid to ask for water not sure what they would of charged for that. Would of stayed longer to see show but never again will go in

My husband and I were there on Friday evening. Spent $92.00 for very below average food and 1 glass of wine!! The "Crispy Calamari" was white and soggy. We sent it back and it came out with the rest of our food not looking much better. We did not eat it. My husbands $24.00 sirloin burger was a patty on a dry bun (no sauce or mayo), with a small piece of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. Topped with a melted cheese square and some dry onion. It was the worst burger he has ever had. My "Montreal Smoked Meat with thinly sliced meat" was ice cold, with thick slices of meat and a slice of cheese. There was a blob of mustard in the centre of the bread. It made me think of the prepackaged sandwiches that you purchase at the airport!! Clearly they need to find another cook!! We were also freezing sitting by the windows. Very low standard considering it is in the Hilton!!

Me and my girlfriend went for lunch, there was 3 people we could see working, we sat ourselves just on the patio and waited 15 minutes before leaving. We were starved and watched the staff talking to eachother like this was a social event and not their jobs. Pretty sure they didnt even notice us leave

my boyfriend and i came here to eat our first night in niagara. he ordered a burger and i ordered a salad, 10/10!! amazing food & the waitress was beyond helpful also they had a guy in there (i believe his nane is mark) he was so helpful to everyone and didnt complain when asked to help! would come back for sure

From the outside looking in, it seems like a nice place to grab a drink. The atmosphere seemed negative and the servers are unfriendly. This place needs better management and more training staff wise. Especially they staff that was there yesterday around 7:30.

Just walked in for drinks, two guys working the front hostess desk we’re more interested in texting on their phones than sitting us down or even welcoming us. We choose our own spot sat down took the jackets off and not even one sever acknowledged us. This all took place on a Monday night with maybe 10 people in the entire establishment so it’s not like it was busy for them. Needless to say me and my fiancée walked out there and You can guarantee we will never be back. If I wanted to visit a joke establishment like this I would recommend yuk yuks.

Unfortunately my experience at Spyce Lounge was very POOR! My husband and I found this place to be a bit unorganized (dirty tables, only 1 chair at many different tables), we had to ask after several minutes of waiting at a dirty table (which my husband ended up cleaning for us) for a server to come and take our order.... this isn’t even the worst part!!!! As I took a sip out of my water I felt something very gritty. IT WAS A PIECE OF GLASS! I asked to speak to the manager but she put up a finger (signaling 1 minute), and then sent over one of the bartenders. I explained to him what happened. He was apologetic and that’s about it. A manger never came to address the problem..... it wasn’t even busy! I would never expect this from such a well known establishment.... Especially since it is attached to such a exceptional hotel! I’m very disappointed with my experience and will be sharing my experience on multiple social media platforms!

live music is great, love it. But the food took like a century to come. Bad choice when you are starving. I didn't get the food and the check came first, hilarious. The server made my order as takeout, and made me wait for sooooo long. Anyways the manager took care of it at last, the food is free. But I am in such a bad mood. Three star is the most I can offer for the resolution

Great place for a cocktails and appetizers. They have a patio and also a live band that performs at night. Located on the mianfloor of the Hilton and faces the casino.

This place sucked! On arrival, they tried to seat us in this completely empty room off to the side that felt like an abandoned banquet hall. The burger was dry AF and baconless. Shrimp were good but way overpriced. Upgraded from chips to frozen French fries for $2. Charged a horrendous tourist tax. The live band was very good, but music was blaring in a bad way. Avoid this tourist trap - pack a lunch and sit at the fountain across the street to enjoy the music and nightlife.

Poor service. Obviously, they have a big problem with the communication between the kitchen and the server because they had no idea what was going on with our order. The only reason that they deserved one star was their kind manager. Period.

We spent about 4 hours here (two different 2-hour visits) and we have never been around a less friendly staff. We weren't greeted although they did take our drink order. The bartenders weren't sociable at all, they didn't pretend to be friendly even once. They were on their phones almost the entire time (in this picture the girls who seem to be facing computer screens are actually on their phones.) it would have been nice to hear "how's your drink" or "where are you from" or any attempt at making us feel like they wanted us to be there, but all we heard were them discussing with each other how they couldn't wait to go home for the day. The only time we saw anybody smile was when a man who appeared to be their boss came in. $5 drafts for football were good though! We will not be going back.
