We used to go regularily... Especially for their fish & chips. However service and food has declined dramatically over the past year. We kept giving them second chances thinking that maybe it was just a bad night. Nope. Just gone downhill. The last time we were there the fish and chips were covered on a thick greasy soggy batter.

Worst customer service ever. Beware! There is no one at the front desk in the evening, fire alarm went off all night in the room next door. Did not get good rest at all. After trying to reach all the numbers for service to shut the alarm off the Fire department came and addressed the issue after all neighbouring guests calling in. Owner didn't respond to complaints and staff was not accommodating. Complained to get our money back and owner, who was nearly impossible to reach, refused and just said "too bad". Bad service, bad attitude, not family friendly or restful as they stated.

We stayed here with a group of our motorcycle friends to participate in the Ride for Dad. Very basic rooms but clean. Wifi and a coffee maker would be a nice addition. Very reasonable.

The rooms were clean but the maid service and management were rude ignorant and not friendly. The food is nothing special and over priced. The people staying in near by rooms were very friendly and helpful. I had to clean my room myself the three weeks i stayed and changed the sheets myself and had to use the same blanket the whole time. The hot and cold water is hooked up backwards in the bathroom and in the kitchenette. If it wasnt for the people i met staying there it would have been a lot worse.

OUR SERVICE WAS GREAT, ARJEAN IS THE BEST. WE'VE NOTICED A CHANGE IN THE PIZZA HOWEVER. CRUST IS LIKE CARDBOARD AND THE SAUCE HAS TOO MUCH ACID IN IT. IT WAS MUCH BETTER LAST YEAR. OH WELL, NEXT TIME WE'LL TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

What a find! This has your typical sports bar feel, but the food is way better than what I expected. A few of us had the full rack of ribs and if you can finish them, you're what I would call a glutton - but I say that with complete admiration. Huge portions, cheap prices, kid-friendly and good staff. You don't need much more.

A must have are the won tons! A clean, friendly environment with a good selection of food. Noticed an abundance of male servers which is a refreshing change and they were all very efficient at staying on top of the busy restaurant. We enjoyed the tapas night and draught special. Took longer to get our bill than what I thought it should but otherwise all was good. Will for sure be back.

Why you want to stay here !!! If you are looking for cheap price, this place is for you, you I’ll find lot of bed bugs, beetles and dirty floor mats in the room . Yes, it’s cheap price but eventually if you are visiting Niagara Falls you have to pay for parking $25 each time, If you are visiting twice than it will add up to $50 cost, than why not to choose hotel close to Niagara Falls and which is bit expensive than this!!! During my stay I found many bed bugs, uncomfortable beds , washroom without lock , dirty carpets, hair on bedsheets, dirty tables and beetles in washroom There is no purpose to stay here. If you want to stay choose something else, rather than this one

Good place to play slo pitch. There is a bar between the two diamonds. Fields are relatively short, but the fence are a decent height. Great park for coed softball. There is plenty of parking, beach volleyball courts and a playground area for kids. There is also a sports bar with a patio that is a good spot for post game drinks and snacks.

The service was great as always but I find it hugely disturbing that somehow you can pick up on my cell phone and send me this message. I find it an invasion of privacy because nobody should even know that I'm there on my private time. This sort of thing is enough to make me not frequent your establishment in the future. Perhaps it's something you should look into changing or discontinuing if it's a service that you are paying for. I don't think it's worth losing customers over. Thanks for your attention in regards to this situation. Wayne.

RAW LIKE I MEAN RAW CHICKEN WINGS! they changed something! used to love it, place would be so busy when we went! within a few months, it's dead, their mussels were really good and now they are the worst!! then I tried the chicken wings (can'T fail with chicken wings, they are very simple) 4 to 5 in and bam I realized how raw they were! bad!! very very bad

Went for dinner tonight. The service was absolutely terrible. We didn’t order alcoholic drinks (only fountain drinks and food) so our table was completely ignored. She sat there chatting with all the bar customers though. Took half an hour to get our appetizer even though we were the only table there eating food at the time. They dropped off the appetizer at our table without saying a word and quickly walked away. Had to stop her and ask for a refill on fountain drink (we were waiting a long time for her to even come near our table). Food came out shortly after, and they dropped off my salad and again quickly walked away. I had to stop them ask for salad dressing (?) They never checked to see how our food was (was not worth the money they charged by the way). When it was time for the bill, she processed payment by card and didn’t say a word. Literally swung around and didn’t say anything.. no “thank you”, “bye” or “have a good night”.. nothing. Our table looked at each other in disbelief. She was so unfriendly and RUDE. We felt like we were unwelcome and were treated very poorly. We will never be back.

Hate to give a bad rating but it is what it is ????. Chose the pulled pork sandwich on the last visit. Turned out to be ????. Contained more wet coleslaw than pulled pork nestled on a plain old kaiser. The real kicker was the menu. For some reason someone thought it would be good for business to cover over all the previously advertised food prices and etch in the new inflated prices with pen/marker. Very tacky to say the least and not professional. Shall not return.

Was just there. Have to say food was very good and staff very friendly. Although the motel room had been updated recently, was clean, had running water, and heat, one might say you want more? Many items were lacking that you would expect nowadays. No soap, shampoo, glasses, microwave, clock, radio, ice machine or pop machine on the property etc. When I inquired at front desk, I was informed the they don't provide shampoo or glasses and that they had run of soap? Really? Rooms had been booked under a group with at least 2 months notice

What happened?! It was a great spot when they first reopened...great sports bar food, lively atmosphere, reasonable prices. Went up for ribs tonight and menu has been 'fancied up'....I guess to justify the incredibly high prices...(eg $8.00 for fries and gravy, $24 for 20 wings....no more ribs!) NONE of the TV's were sports- we ended up staring at a wall full of muted CBC shows. The service was very slow and all 3 of our tables' bills were incorrect.( Our server seemed quite inexperienced but he was very nice.) All in all, so disappointing when everything that they WERE doing was working so well. Sadly, I don't think we'll be back.

We came there for a birthday celebration and we were very disappointed with the food. We ordered Pizza, wings, a quesadilla and a wrap. The pizza was tiny and soggy and was falling apart. The wings were supposed to be half medium half mild but none of them had any flavour. The quesadilla was embarassing; burnt and falling apart, the smallest quesadilla I've ever seen and the lettuce inside was rotten. The wrap was the only decent thing we got. For a high priced restaurant we were extremely disappointed and will not return.

I really hate to do this and this just happens to be my very first review I've ever done. My husband and I used to go here last year for $5 pounds of wings 1 night a week. The wings were huge and the hot sauce was amazing. Also fell totally in love with the chunky blue cheese. We hadn't been in a while because we've been saving our money and not going out. Yesterday was my birthday and I had a craving for their amazing wings. So my.husband wanted to treat me for my birthday. Wow. We were very disappointed. The wings were tiny...not saucey...different sauce...and totally different blue cheese. ???? Also During dinner we were the.only ones in the restaurant...it was early. We could hear music bass coming from the kitchen. At first we thought it was a band playing outside or downstairs. The server went back and told them to turn it down. They listened and turned it down for about 3 mins and it was right back up. Super annoying and they didn't seem to care that we had to listen to it. I'm in the industry and if I was managing these guys they would be in trouble. Super rude. No respect. Unfortunately we will not be back. This makes me sad cause we loved this place. New owners? New management? Something went wrong.
