The friendliest service I have seen in a long time. We were a big group , and we were welcomed with big smiles. Big groups can get a little hectic for servers, and we initially came in for dessert only but the menu got our taste buds aching to eat. Our server was totally accommodating to our requests. She worked quickly and kindly. And surprisingly the food came out fast (even though she asked us to just be a bit patient because it was only her and her husband working there that night). The honesty was great, the service was great, the speed of service was great. The food...yes, also great! Burrito was yummy.. very flavorful, loved the addition of veggies in it. The chicken jerk burger ..it was delicious, we asked for another. The plaintain fries and patacons were a perfect side dish and also very yummy. The jerk chicken was Soo good, but was quite spicy.. I love spicy so I didn't mind at all. If you love spicy food I highly recommend it. My minis loved the patties,.they were perfect for them as they were mild. The atmosphere of their place was quite authentic. We were told they hold event nights there as well and sometimes bring live bands. Definitely recommend this place.

Took a drive down to Niagara found plush imperial restaurant the host was a delight the atmosphere was beautiful ,music in the background was great and up beat just what I was looking for , the menu was fabulous ,a lot to choose from but I had the beef with noodles and vegetables it was the best tasting beef I’ve ever had .I will go back and I highly recommend this place with family and friends for a day or evening out .

Came with the whole family! Everyone got something different and we all shared. 5 stars all around, everything was delicious, amazing atmosphere (feels like we’re on vacation) outstanding service. Don’t leave without trying the Spanish chips. Hubby says he thoroughly enjoyed the best burger he’s ever tasted. Try something new, this place does not disappoint! Next time we’re trying the burritos!

Ur Best Deal

If you come to this place you NEED to order the patacones, they are to die for. We were a little doubtful when we found this place as it was empty, but we decided to dine in anyway. The jerk chicken was a bit dry but full of flavor,. The red snapper was also good. Would come back just.to have those patacones again

What an experience! While visiting Niagara I received a flyer and decided to check it out. SO GLAD WE DID ! There oxtail was good and so was the atmosphere, great music. The overall venue was clean and bright. The best service was there customer service, our server was so funny, just overall excellent experience. Would recommend 10/10

First time trying it out. Ordered Red snapper, lobster and steak and Island flavour shrimp fried rice. Amazing tasting food. The portions were large, price was great and everyone LOVED the food. Very friendly employees. Will definitely go again..

We both ordered the jerk chicken which was absolutely delicious-spiced and cooked perfectly. We picked it up, as there is no in restaurant dining because of Covid, and it was ready just as we arrived. Arlene, who looked after us was friendly, engaging and informative. When life gets back to normal, it is a club we will visit as they feature many types of live music. We will definitely order dinner from Plush Imperial again. We recommend it!!

When you say a 9pm show please have the show begin. Typical west Indian attitude. It doesn't matter how many people in your audience. Not the performers problem. Food was ok. Need more staff one person on the floor to serve not acceptable.

Really good food and flavor, really great service. Loved sitting on the patio to eat even on a hot day it was great. Make sure you stop by, they always have music going but not too loud so it drowns you out. Keeping with the vibes that should be in Niagara.

I took my family to Niagara Falls and was very happy to know there was a Caribbean restaurant in the area. My husband and i both ordered snapper fish which were warmed over and dry, we could not get this fish eat. When I told the waitress the situation she said "oh ok" and brought me the bill. There was no rectifying of the situation or refund offered so i paid and will not return...

The noodles tasted weird, and the rum cake was very dry. The raisin bread pudding tasted like it went bad. The fried chicken with the fried rice was great though! Friendly service as well.

This place is an absolute discrate...not only did it cost me 24$ for over cooked coconut shrimp. But I also got the "garlic shrimp" which were so incredibly over cooked and nasty. Like eating rubber bands...mind you didn't taste any garlic only cheap cooked shrimp with some sort of disgusting sause on it. I'd never ever go back.... It's a complete rip off and I bet won't last long. GROSS!!
