Great place for children to learn and supportive staff. Cleaning Staff could use our services.

I visited here in February 2020 to participate in a volleyball parasports tournament with the Brock Niagara Penguins. Convenient location central to many areas throughout Ontario. Big cavernous space for holding spacious activities and large crowds of people. An upstairs viewing area with elevator access. Off-street parking lot. Nice experience. Tournament was great fun.

Our children absolutely love the Boys and Girls Club. The instructors personalize the classes according to the likes of the children and I couldn't be happier seeing their smiling faces after every class.

Worst place ever to send your child if they have mental health problems. The staff is not equipped to deal with children whom have behavioural issues and they call you everyday to pick your child up because they don't want to deal with them anymore. It got to the stage that we had to contact 3rd party places to ask for assistance for the child while at camp, but the facility isn't licenced during the summer so no additional support could be granted. The repeat phone calls eventual led to job loss. After the job loss they still wanted to be paid for 2 weeks as they require notice when removing your children from care. Place is a nightmare to deal with. They stand in the hallway and talk to your about your childs behaviour in front of anyone who is in the facility and in front of your child degrading your parenting. They also used volience when dealing with my child and forcefully dragged him down a hallway. I suggest you look into other options if your children have any kind of ADD or other diagnosis
