The atmosphere was good and the staff was friendly. The servers made sure to check to see if you were good and if our meal was ok. The food it self is ok. I had one their specails on Friday where it was buger and smoked meat and found ok. My family member had the prime rib there and just loved it as it melted in their mouth. I know for sure I am going back again to give that prime rib a try. XD

I have been coming to the Chris Rock since my 19th birthday and although I stray or take breaks from the bar I always end up at this glorious pub. The draft is just as good as it was 17 years ago. Its where dolks fo whrn they xome home from out westbor Asiam LOVE the C Rock!!!

I went there a while back for their wings night... I was there by myself and ordered 12 wings. After an hour wait I was ready to leave when my order came. I told the waitress that I didnt think it was gonna take that long and that I needed to leave. Asked if I could get the wings to go. She said no. So I sat back down thinking I would swallow the wings as fast as I could so I could leave. Well they had to be the grossest wings I ever had. They were small, cooked from frozen and very soggy plus the sauce was not good at all. They comped the whole thing and I left the rest of the wings there(10 of them). The whole hours I was there no one asked if I wanted a drink or anything... If there was a way to leave less than one star I would!

The Friday prime rib special ( after 5) is superb. So tender and juicy, with mashed potatoes and gravy. Free parking off the street. Highly recommend this special. The oldest tavern in New Brunswick.

Jack was working, so bonus points there. Hadn't been here in a while, almost a year ago maybe. The Moosehead Pale on tap was as good as my first one in 1997. There's a reason why it's the longest running tavern in New Brunswick.

While everyone may have their opinion, I found it great! There was a 'Pub Crawl' group there, friendly staff, a couple beers that my buddy & I had, a pool table and a washer toss board, which I was victorious in. I will definitely go back again!

Tonight I went to Chris Rock Tavern and I sat down with 6 of my friends. I ordered a turkey club. I didn’t even eat two bites of my sandwich and I looked to my left in a room that had a see through door beside the back door of the establishment and I seen a mouse running around. I got up and quietly told my waiter. She apologized and I went to go sit down. I lost my appetite. About 5 minutes later a woman named HEATHER in a blue winter jacket came over to our table. She wasn’t very apologetic she was mostly just trying to blame the mice issue on the house that was apparently tore down beside Chris Rock Tavern. She left the table and I felt disgusted so I didn’t want to eat my food. My boyfriend brought it back over to the bar. HEATHER came back over and said alright so we’re going to give you a discount on your meal. I said, a discount? She then slowly and loudly said “YES .. WE .. ARE .. GOING .. TO .. GIVE .. YOU .. YOUR .. FOOD .. FOR .. FREE.” I was speechless. Our whole table got silent because we couldn’t believe the way she disrespected me by talking to me like I was stupid. If I was a man I guarantee she wouldn’t of spoken to me like that. She treated my complaint like it was nothing and that I was over exaggerating. I did not feel for one second that my complaint was taken seriously. I will never go back there again and all of my 6 friends agreed they won’t either. Our waiter was extremely nice so it sucks that HEATHER had to ruin it for all of us. We just live up the street so we were planning on going there often so that sucks for the business. I hope HEATHER gets the punishment she deserves. Her attitude and tone was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. This was only my second time going there. The two other people I talked to that worked there were very nice.
