Great spot. This older hotel has been refurbished nicely and is a great themed destination. Great options for food, drink and spa. My only concern was with parking as it's confusing and not marked at all.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was courteous. Excellent location in town. Amazing restaurant to boot. Lots of great vegetarian options. Nice soft beds. Worth a stay.

Wonderful service and amazing staff altogether. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the romance package. The massage was so relaxing I dozed off partway through, then mozied back to our room to enjoy champagne and chocolates with my lovely lady. Neither I nor she could find a single thing to complain about during our entire time here. We'll definitely be coming back, likely for the ski season next time. Thanks again!

The Hume Hotel is beautiful and I love all the history behind it. The new renovations have made the rooms and suites even more comfortable. The Spirit Bar is a fun place to dance and see amazing live shows. My friends and I enjoy having a beverage and throwing darts at Mikes Place. The staff is always friendly and the premises is kept clean and in good repair. I highly recommend the hotel and it's various establishments.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Our only complaint was the lack of a reading chair in the room. I went to the lobby to read and there is no quiet place to read there either. Please put a comfortable chair in the rooms!

Jody Fergson the front desk manager, Richard, Greg, julie, Dawn in the restaurant, Lola and Carla in housekeeping, Greg in outlets, are so loyal and friendly work so hard to make your stay comfortable as possible and so many more staff I can not name them all, the ones mentioned are the smiles and team players that keep guests wanting to come over and over again.Beautiful hotel, great rooms modern but yet still holding the original heritage charm, food is awesome, service is outstanding!

The Hume Hotel never fails to impress! We really enjoyed our one night stay here on our way through. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful! The only issue (very minor) was upon arrival - it was an incredibly hot day and I asked for some water from the front desk upon check in. The staff member said it would be a charge of $3 added to the room charge. I declined. Perhaps a complimentary bottle of water (especially during a heat wave) would be a thoughtful and much appreciated service?
