Manger was rude, Waiters were consistently forget want we ordered and bring our group cold, then lukewarm, then hot on top cold on the bottom. It was so rough, then we we told them that the food it so cold they were getting mad at us to replace it.. come back in my feeling with half down food. It felt like they throw out the top and keep some in the bottom then put some hot ones on the top.. but even the hot was was way over cooked, they was so hard and some burn. My group and I just decided. To go and not really with it anymore. Great songs experience but food was horrified, and trying to talk with the management didn't help. He didn't try to fix anything. So very bad first time experience for my friends and I.

Young st. Karaoke was a nice clean place to sing. Rooms provide great privacy and it feels like its closed to the outside. Music selection was great, really updated song selwction. The only downside is they are not searchable directly.... You have to play around with the combinations of filter searches they have on their interface to find the song you want.

Standard karaoke place. If you're coming here at night, bring friends. It's not based on people but on the room, with minimum amount spent per room. Remember to bring ID, or you'll never reach the minimum amount you need to spend as everything is actually fairly priced. Rooms are clean and the atmosphere is good. You may need a reservation for the weekends.

The Karaoke quality is good, the staff are very friendly. Also they do have happy hours there from 3:00 pm- 8:00 pm, 5 hours along, they only charge $12 per person, such a cheap price, and I had a lot fun there with my friend. Amazing, I love it!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place to hang out with friends. At the entrance there are two pool tables, where you can play if you wish. One of my main problems is that you cannot do a custom songs. They do have a wide variety of songs to choose from. The room itself was a bit dirty, but it was big and had enough room for like 10 people.

Everything is good except cash only. They open afternoon till late morning so it is a good place for night life. 3:00pm-8:00pm is only 14.99 a person if you are more into just causal singing and get-together with friends. This option is extremely recommended because they also include a free drink. After 8:00pm, however, will result in a much higher rate. I believe they the payment is minimum spending of 150$ a room or something. Although you can buy alcohol and get drunk, 150$ a room for smaller group is still ridiculous. Overall this place is okay for the price and enviornment. However I would like to have more support for smaller groups under 6 people because the night rate is just too high.

Initially the experience started of amazing--- we told them we only wanted to be there for an hr as it was just 2 of us and we didn't wanna stay any longer and spend so much $$$ just for 2. I mentioned to the girl serving us that it's my birthday on Sunday and I am treating myself to some karaoke because I felt like it. She said happy birthday and few times, was very kind about it. Then when our time was almost done, one of the men working there came to the room and said something, we couldn't hear him at all (loud music). Right after, the same girl came again and said, you can actually stay till 3 no problem but if someone comes you'll have to leave. Mind you, she didn't mention we had to pay, she made it seem like they were being nice and the room wasn't being used so they let us continue using it for a little longer. Lo and behold at the end the man at the counter charges us for 2.5 hrs or something instead of 1 and goes of course you have to pay. He said a whole bunch of other things that indicated that he was assuming that we "tried to stay for free and not pay". Hell we only stayed because we thought we were getting lucky and were given extra time for free as they didn't have anyone else taking the room yet. Bad communication and bad service. At least don't assume that the customer "on purpose" decided to stay and not pay. I understand you struggled through the pandemic but so did others looking for jobs or losing jobs. Won't return here because of this. I don't like to pay for rudeness.

The karaoke experience was decent, but there werent a lot of songs in the selection. The place was also smaller than expected. This place might be a choice for smaller groups 5-10 people.

They have wide range of langauges in karaoke mostly langauges or east Asia and South like Tamil and Hindi. They have recent songs and good ol' classics like the beetles and beejees and so on! Even if it's cash only, If you want to go with a group of people it's crazy fun and 12 dollars per person. Yet I believe before 8pm. I personally loved the place and will definitely go again !

I looked at some of the reviews before going here and none of them really answered my questions so here's a review that hopefully covers a lot of important points. First thing is that this place looked great! The rooms were a good size, the couches were comfortable, the lighting was really good and I loved the general appearance of the place. Secondly, there was a button to call for service right inside the room and whenever we pressed it we got very fast service! I ordered regular and sweet potato fries as well as a classic black tea bubble tea and they were all delicious! Some of the others in my party got other food items (I think lobster balls and chicken strips or something?) and they didn't like them as much, but I'm gonna be honest I didn't go there to have a meal as much as I did to have fun doing karaoke, and they definitely delivered on that front. The price was very reasonable. We got a small room on a Saturday night for our group of 7 and the minimum spending was 150$ (you buy food and drinks equal to 150$ or more and the room is free) and we ended up spending about 30$/person by the end which is very reasonable for hours of fun on a Saturday night! The system to pick and play songs had a lot of good functions, like making it easy to change the volume, pitch of the song, pause it, add or remove the actual vocals of the song (this was very helpful as we could add the main vocals back in when we forgot how a song actually went, then take them off and go from there). My biggest and only issue is that it was incredibly difficult and sometimes impossible to work the search function effectively. I tried searching for many songs and no results showed up, but then while manually scrolling through the entire list of songs I would see the songs I had previously searched for! I found some results by putting the first letter of the song and searching through all of those for the one I was looking for, but then if I put in more letters sometimes the results would disappear. For example searching for 'teardrops on my guitar' you could type in 't' and find it amongst all the 't' results but searching for 'teardrops' it wouldn't show up, and the same thing happened with many other songs too. It was admittedly very frustrating at times. Overall though it was a fun time and we enjoyed it.

Came here for a birthday party and must say the room was quite small, but it was doable. Inside the room were neat little neon lights, nice comfy seats and a big screen to sing off of. The song selection was great, my group had an absolute blast with the karaoke. The food came late and honestly the servers arent much help. They take orders in a rush without a note pad. A lot of our orders were forgotten and the food arrived up to 30-50 minutes later. Mind you we had ordered noodles at around 10:30pm and did not receive them until last call was over. It would have been ok if they had let us known what was going on in the kitchen. Our server Sherry was miserable and had often rolled her eyes at my peers and I for ordering more drinks and or food. (She had also spilled one of the drinks we ordered into the food and didnt even apologize) One of the other servers, C.W? (His name tag had a C and another letter) Was absolutely amazing. His customer service and hospitality made up for Sherrys subpar service. It it wasnt for the other waiters service, I don't think I would even consider coming back. overall I give it 3 stars, they need to work on servers attitudes.

If you’re the type of person who appreciates fast service and precise booking from a venue then I strongly don’t recommend selecting a place like this for your future events. I recently booked a room to celebrate a reunion and they severely disappointed me. Unfortunately they booked my room an hour and a half later than what I asked for, also took an hour and half just to tell us that they did not have what we wanted to eat this whole time, and they do not write anything down while taking orders causing them to forget parts of it making the delivery of the items later than expected. Overall very poor experience with this place, probably won’t come back for a while.

Searching in English and Hangul didn't seem to work (The Beatles didn't show up in a search starting with either "The" or "Bea", and Hangul didn't seem to have vowels) Prices are good during happy hour and the equipment and establishment is nice though!

Song choices are ok... But if you're ordering food, don't expect it to come on time. I ordered at 10:30pm when we arrived and it came at 1:00am. I followed up 4 times, and was told my order was coming. I had to remind them again when they told us it was last call. I was so frustrated as the orders for my friends (which were placed well aftet me) came before mine. And I only ordered curry fishballs. My friend also ordered chicken wings and it arrived 1 hour after and was cold. Such a let down.

We were quoted $38 (taxes-in) for 2 hours in a room. We only used the room for an hour and a half, and they charged us $47, and refused to even discuss it with us. They also tacked on a gratuity charge for a group of 4 people. I told them you can only add gratuity for a group of 8 or more. He just said "What? Noooooo." They also refused to split the bill 4 ways.. As far as the karaoke goes, I was not a fan. They did have a very large selection, but as a karaoke host myself, they appear to be using very odd Korean versions of most songs. A large portion are not even karaoke versions, just the original song and video. So you sing over top of the artist and there are no words on the screen... If you are legitimately paying licensing... you could get proper Sound Choice, Sunfly, KV, and other reputable versions of songs. It is also very inconvenient to search English songs. Korean songs can be easily searched, yet English ones can be found by the FIRST LETTER on the title only. So for example, to find "I Want It That Way by Backstreet Boys," your only option is to search the letter "I" and scroll through 200 pages of songs that starts with "I" to find your song. The computer also froze, and we spent about 5 minutes waiting for assistance. When the guy came in he was very abrupt and said that we paused the song. 100% we did not. Nothing on the screen could be tapped and it was frozen. Overall, I would have found the experience a lot more pleasant it they hadn't so blatantly ripped us off. They should take a glance at the Consumer Protection Act and get a vague idea of how to treat customers.

Forgot to take a picture, it's a really nice place for Karaoke. They have a pretty decent selection of songs( me and my bf went for Linkin Park's new album and they had it!), it was $12 for each person before 8pm and we got there at 5pm, so it comes to about $30 for both of us singing for 3 hours( they did put 10% service charge), which is a really reasonable price. I did see on their menu after 8pm you need to consume $150 per room, so if you're going with a small group, the deal before 8pm is obviously better. And the room was really spacious for the two of us, we definitely had a good time.

Great song selection, happy hour prices are excellent, amazing service, wouldn't hesitate to come here again. As another reviewer mentioned, the song selection machine is a bit wonky (buggy search system, easy to hit Service button), but I found that it just added to the overall fun! Love the restroom projection light.
