The place is clean, food and drinks are nice. But there are something wrong with the music system coz there is always harsh noise when we are singing. And be CAREFUL— they charge you double tips!! The bill they give to you already includes tips, but they won’t tell you, and the POS machine would show tip percentage from 12%. So your bill is actually much higher than you thought it should be.

I had such a good time with my Friends. First time i ever came to a place like this. Very large sized and smaller sized rooms that can accommodate all types of groups. Will definitely come back. Food was also on point. My only problem with this is the music selection. If it's possible to get some reggae, soca, dancehall, afrobeatsand a few latest trap music... This would be superbb. Excellent place guys! Cheers ????⛷️

It was great. The place is clean and the rooms are really nice. It's great to go with a large group of people, however, I still had a good time with one other person. They had a large variety of songs and you're able to search songs via YouTube as well. The only reason they didn't receive full 5/5 is because it was pretty pricey. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Whet there recently the owner was very kind. Gave us a discount because of New Years and allowed $15/hr happy hour for an additional 1 hour over the advertised limit. Very nice karaoke place and good selection. They also allow you to use Youtube lyric videos. It's an option on their karaoke machine. they also offer free wifi.

- Great alternative to the heavily congested and dilapidated Young St - Furnishings are new (and admittedly a bit gaudy with the heavy usage of gold) - Bathroom is clean (huzzah!), for now anyway. - Song selection is primarily Chinese, with a decent selection of English, Korean, and Japanese. It's not the easiest to navigate the karaoke machine as foreign artists are not classified under the correct tabs/search criteria most of the time. - Price ranges based on room size (party size) after 9PM. Happy Hour between 3-8PM, flat rate, and includes one non-alcoholic beverage per person. - Call button is secured to the wall instead of on the karaoke machine - Staff member was pleasant and prompt in tending to our requests/call for mic battery changes.

This was my first time trying out karaoke and it was kinda fun! The sound system is great, good variety of songs to choose from, the place itself seemed pretty new and cool enough. This could be a great place for a party with friends but I found it a bit too pricey. Not sure how price is determined, but 7 of us got a room for less that 1,5 hours and it was $151. Not drinks or food was ordered. So if you go, better bring enough friends to use the right room size and then the price will be better.

we had the VIP room, the venue was nice . the flow had some hiccups. - the Karaoke machine was having trouble connecting to the internet and we were told to wait over an hour and we had to ask 3 times for support. - the tab. it was very hard to keep track of 40 people and they insist on 1 bill at the end of the night. i asked that they notify us once we reach out limit and they didn't so it was $500 over. when we realized i told them to stop and people could pay at the bar. it would be better if for the VIP room they had a designated server taking orders . they are making the money regardless. - the food was very small portions regardless of the "portion sizes " on the menu. - drinks were good . great prices for bottles. we all had a great time but it would have been even nicer if things went a bit smoother.

Friendly service. Under some sort of renovations, so didn't really get to enjoy everything they had. Rooms are spacious, lighting is awesome addition and the double TV monitors is a plus! Karaoke console needs work as many songs cannot be played. Cushion in the seating need to be refilled or replaced, unpleasant after 5 hours. This place has crazy potential, a little bit more love from the owners and it'll be incredible place to be at.

Held my wife's surprise 30th birthday celebrations in the VIP room with 50 guests and I can definitely say that everyone had a blast! It went better than I anticipated! The manager, Homer, was phenomenal through the entire planning process and even more so during the event itself. The entire staff was friendly and quick to get us whatever we needed. The best part is that they upgraded their machines and have a bigger library of English songs as well as a YouTube feature to allow people to search whatever sing they want on there. We had no issues finding every song we wanted! The food was very tasty and the drinks were poured to perfection! I highly recommend High Zone!!

This place is a hidden gem! It’s absolutely amazing! We came here for a friend’s 21st and were not disappointed. The servers are amazing and the owner is also great! They do everything to make the experience enjoyable. 11/10 would come back 100 times.

I love Karoke, but this place is not my first choice. I went recently and was told that the English selection wasn't very good (40 songs), but the gentleman on the phone said that they offer YouTube access to search songs! That sounded even better, so I booked the small room with them. Keep in mind that the gentleman on the phone had told me this and booked the small room for me, so he knew why I was okay booking because it had access to youtube. Upon arrival we get the room and the layout was horrible, absolutely horrible. You have no room to move, the tv is too close to your face, AND they had no access to YouTube! I politely ask the lady how to find and work it but she informs me that it is only for the medium and large rooms... I was baffled by this and explained what I was told, she apologized but I saw no point in staying and immediately left. The larger rooms seemed fair in size from what I could see walking by. Just be cautious with the small rooms.

Had a good time, I like the payment structure (room is "free" but you just spend up to a certain amount in drinks/food). Song selection was alright, we mostly used the YouTube feature. Large room was clean and very spacious, service was extremely fast.

Amazing Karaoke bar! The food is pretty good too, drinks are at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly! Great for small groups and large groups. We were in the VIP room, which is great for a large party! Highly recommend!

This is a Chinese Karaoke. The music is mostly Chinese and if you want to play other music there are rooms that can connect yo YouTube, sadly they don't have enough of these rooms. We had to get one of the rooms without YouTube. They have mostly Chinese and few English songs and even some spanish. I had a great time, drinks and food were good too and the employees were good too. It was clean and comfortable.
