This lounge is now ran by Plaza Premium serving British Airways passengers. The first class lounge is small as before. For the BA’s few first class routes and Toronto being one of them, this lounge is really underwhelming and unforgivable. Definitely not the first class experience you would expect… Very small selection of wine, they still serve a la carte here, but the food is just ok. The beef I had is warm at best and the gravy is too salty and the Yorkshire pudding is too hard. The seats aren’t very clean either. For BA to lose its own lounge in one of the few remaining first class routes is somewhat unacceptable in my view!
